So..what if this "large company" decides to absorb the share offering.. somewhat of a joint venture, if you will.. and the shares don't even hit the open market..

They know what they're offering, and know what the JV will cost/save them in the long run.

Ex: If they can save (or make an additional) 20 million, and the shares cost them 20 million...

From a business model standpoint, it would make perfect sense, at this time, to perform a reverse split to destroy all shareholder value.

While the folks that have done proper diligence still have their shares, and may well become very wealthy.

Why, BMR, it MUST be because Sound Concepts knows we have, and will have no revenues, our tech can be copied with "as little as 1000 lines of code"- it's already been done!, our management has no idea what they are doing, and our product is already obsolete..OH...and we only made $8 grand in the first quarter!!!
