I believe those talking about no debt were refering to BANK loans, as some had suggested.

We all need to look at the bottom line. In a few weeks or months what will it take for you to call the RS a success.
It doesn't matter to me who owns how many shares, CB,JB, or whoever. The only thing that should matter is the SP. You still have you shares weather it's 1M at.06 or 40,000 at 1.5.
Are we going to make money? I like many others believe so. CB is trying his best to build a great company. Sure we don't agree with every thing completely but we have reason through personal and collective DD that this little Co. will fly.
Watever you decide to do with your intrest in the Co. I hope it is best for you. This is what CB wanted so let's see if he can produce the goods. If he can't I join your bandwagon. Fair enough?

Well it was a gallant effort by the no voters. Trashing the RS, CB,JC, Amep in general. So, here is my thought; not that anyone ask or cares. The RS will pass,we will see good reports from the company,the sp will rise, you'll wish you hadn't trashed GEH,CB,JC, and the others that have stayed positive.We'll become the O&G company that we've all been waiting on. Of course this is just talk not supported with alot of FACTS. You know like all of you that have been relentlessly bashing without a clue. Get a grip! You are either IN or OUT! Don't drag the rest of us down with you.

Well said Fish. I believe you are right on. I wold probbably sell off some too if the RS doesn't pass. I still believe this will be a good long term investment and wouldn't sell out completely.

I'm glad to see some positive post again! I understand being upset with the way things have went lately. Lack of PR's,RS,etc... I expected this stock to be between .1 and .2 by now; However, I still believe CB has the company as a whole in good shape; (not the sp but the wells,rigs,leases, etc) It has taken longer than I or anyone else had expected to get the ball rolling. We went from the famous "It Rained" to flooding in the Mineral Wells area. Who would have thought. after the RS passes we will see alot of good things, IMO. Good luck to all longs. GO AMEP.

I will vote yes to the reverse split like many longs I know with millions of shares. Why? Because the personal and collective DD that we have done. We know and trust the management unlike some of you that have been doing nothing but raising **** on this board. C.B. and company are on the brink of becoming a top of the line Oil and Gas Company. They have the PROVEN leases,the equiptment,and all they need is the monies to " Run with the Big Dogs". It's pure and simple get on board or sell and get out of the way. You do know what happens if your caught standing on the tracks don't you! My point is don't ramble about something you don't fully understand, this isn't RB. C.B. is what brought all this about and deserves to be treated and respected like the president of a great O&G company; not like you all have been so foolish to do. As I stated before JC gave me a diffrent response. I also would like to hear the WHOLE story on paper before we jump into a dog fight. This company has come a long way in the last few years we would all have to agree. No debt, 2 rigs, many GOOD leases, partial list. So mabe I'm gulliable enough to believe that their ethics haven't changed as much as some would lead us to believe. I guess I could get a few friends together and buy all that disbelieved out! What would be a fair pps.

That's really odd to me. I talked to Joe yesterday and ask him if that was true. He said if it did not pass the company would continue on as it is now. The ONLY reason for the split is to grow this small oil company into a major player. You don't spend countless hours for years building something just totear it apartright when your dream is comming to life. All you nay sayers need to get a life! This company will continue on the road to succss with or without you. If you want to give your shares away at this pittiful price; so be it and please don't go away mad just go away. ARK

I have listened to both sides. Talked to Joe today and have talked privately with a few on this board.I now more than ever believe that CB is ONLY trying to develop this company into a major player. I'm in for the long haul, I trust the management,and I think we ought to vote YES to the RS. This has great potential and I believe the money generated will be used to expand. AMEP has all the right tools for success and we need to let it run. IMVHO
