There’s a saying, “It’s always the quietest before the storm”, even the M&M’s are sitting back waiting to see what’s going to happen. I’m not looking for a storm, but a good soaking rain wouldn’t hurt it's getting pretty dry with NNRX this spring.
"WE"????
NNRX is now Current in filing, at least till the middle of the month
Reading the first part of NNRX’s second quarter report (income part) that seams to refer to “The Plant” which is NNRX’s current source of revenue, this is my assumption/interpolations. Everyone can form there own that is there right as this one is mine.
Under “Issuer’s Facilities:
The Plant is 60,000sqft, which means the plant building is complete. Note: 30,000 sq ft is most likely used for seed production it is not large enough area for any meaningful product production.
TOTAL LIABILITIES AND STOCKHOLDERS' DEFICIT:
Shareholders Deficit has only been increased by just $75,880, a small amount in the skim of things.
Revenues have increased by $220,123 over what was done in First Quarter of 2023’, while Cost of Sales has decreased by $10,568 for the same period. Looks to me like "The Plant" is doing better on this stand point. Not as good as I would have like to have seen, but better than what I'm hearing being posted lately.
Gross Profit (Loss) has decreased by $392,122 between the first and second quarters. Which is a plus for the company.
TOTAL OPREATING LOSS for “The Plant” HAS DECREASED BY $1,924,142 between the first and second quarter. Which is a plus for the company
NET LOSS HAS DECREASED BY $ 1,110,226 between the first and second quarters. Which is a plus for the company.
Note: These numbers are for "The Plant" not NNRX as a whole.
As to the Resignations of three of the “The Plant’s” officers as noted below, it appears that they DID NOT meet there required milestones. As a former owner of a company till I retired 10 years ago, I would most likely have fired them. The way I would have done it would be to ask them to resign, in that way they would not have the stigma of being FIRED on there résumés.
"NOTE 13- SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Officers and Board Members Resignations
during January of 2023, Scharratt Reicher and Mattie Cooper resigned from officer positions. During March of 2023, Clayton
Wiedemann resigned from his officer role. The resignation is related to disagreement over Company shares to be issued following achievement of revenue and profit milestones (see note 1), that have not been achieved. The Company is in settlement discussions with the former officers and believes that an agreement will be reached during May or June."
NOTE: Just as a reminder, “The Plant” is a company owned by NNRX and IS NOT NNRX it’s self. We, or at least Myself have invested in NNRX not the plant. Even if, which is most unlikely, be returned to it's previous owners NNRX would still remain as a SEC stock ticket (our/my shares)
I see nothing that changes my investment in NNRX at this time, knowing full and well that NNRX is a Sub Penny Stock and is a very risky investment in the first place with a potential of large profits in the future.
P.S., AS A SIDE NOTE IF YOU NOTICE THE THREE RESIGNED MEMBERS WERE LISTED AS DIRECTORS.
You seem to have your dandruff up; I do not see referencing you in my post or anyone else for that matter. I was just making a statement, also Yahoo Finance seem to be more up to date than I hub for that matter, I hub doesn’t even list board members. P.S.; I though you closed this subject of talking to me on this matter in your post# 69131. You’re starting to act/sound like a Karen preaching.
Going from memory here I seem to recall that it was said somewhere that NNRX never added the two Key Executives form “The Plant” that was part of the purchase agreement. If so way does I see Ms. Laura Riffel and Mr. Neil Zoller listed as key executives for NNRX on Yahoo Finance?
Using your logic which would look better in the eyes of a judge looking at a law suit filling?
1) an employ who resign there job and looking for restitution, or
2) a disgruntled employ that was fired and trying to get even?
I’m thinking number one would look better in the eyes of the judge.
Have you never heard of an officer of a company being asked to resign in lieu of firing them?
“Brainwashed”, No. Free thinking, yes. I’m not just taking what ex employee wrote and did as the guessable, do you see anywhere else on the internet anyone referring to the lawsuit or on IHub or SEC or OTC about the filing besides your own statement on the internet, as listed on IHub?
No reason to get testy, we are just two people looking at something with two different perspectives nothing more nothing less. Like you said “its waaaay more involved than that”, so far we’ve heard only one side of the issue and I am guessing Bishop Lawyer has told him not to comment on it till it goes to court, if it in fact gets that far. I’ll hold my judgment till then.
Just looking at your words i've quoted below:
“Sometimes you have to realize you've been hoodwinked and call for a change in management.” In this case we'd be gifted by the courts handing NNRX over to seasoned ethical people who could turn things around.”
The employees/executives you refer to as “seasoned ethical people who could turn things around” are the ones Bishop bought the company from. It appears that they are the ones that “hoodwink” Bishop into thinking they could deliver 10 million in sales when they sold Bishop the company. That is the reason they were suppose to get the bonuses in the first place under the contract they failed to complete there end of. The “seasoned ethical people who could turn things around’” could not meet there own quotas, if the company was running so well and so well off, why would they sell it in the first place to Bishop, who had to finish the construction. They say they quit, what seems more logical is that Bishop refused to pay there bonus money and let them go. Bishop bought the company and finished the construction, it was up to the “seasoned ethical people who could turn things around” to manage it's daily working, Bishop was the financing for the construction not the one running the day to day workings of the company that was suppose to have been done by the “seasoned ethical people who could turn things around”. The day to day workings of the company was not Bishop’s job, It appears Bishop may have either put existing employees in there place or has hired outside help the run the daily working of the company. No One Knows what went down at this time, when and if the law suit makes it to court we may find out. Till then it’s all speculation here, including my words.
Nothing against all the Nay Sayers out there but I hope you will be eating crow by the end of the year, my self I’m rooting for NNRX and Bishop to come out on top. There’s only one thing different from April 30 and now and that is allegations in a civil lawsuit brought on by ex-executives who quit NNRX after not meeting their quotas outlined in there contracts and being denied there bonuses. The lawyer added everything he could think of into the lawsuit to help make it stick some of it is facts and other is conger which will most likely be disregarded by a judge if it gets that far. I’ve look around the internet for anymore information on the lawsuit and could not find anything and see not references on SEC or the OTC in reference to it. Nothing has changed on the status of NNRX on the I-Hub’s wed site to date related to any lawsuit. I am holding any judgment until I see a court ruling, SEC or OTC comments stating NNRX is in valuation of SEC rules, so far there has been nothing listed. If anyone has more information about the law suit or anything listed in it please post it so as all the share holders may read it.
Fish, I was just making a point, my reply was to someone that said that you couldn’t sale because there was no bid showing. No one should sale at market unless there is a definite downturn/crash going on and they want to get out quick knowing its going lower.
Try it you will be surprised, put a sell in for .0001 or at market and see what happens.
There is no optimum solution, the choices are to sell or hold. As for my self I’m holding and waiting to see the outcome. That’s the chance one takes with sub-penny stocks you win some and you loose some.
Agreed, that’s why I’m saying that we should be hoping that the case is dismissed by the court and not what I’m hearing on the board where everyone is hoping that Bishop looses the court case.
NNRX and The Plant are two different companies. The Plant is owned by NNRX, it is not NNRX. If Bishop looses the law suit, he looses “The Plant” not NNRX, NNRX will still be owned by Bishop. Share holders will loose if Bishop looses, we will loose the income from “The Plant” plus any court cost and fines. Every share holder should be hoping that the case be dropped, not that Bishop’s looses.
I would rather see the law suit dropped or Bishop win it. What people are missing here is that if The Plant goes back to its previous owners were screwed. Bishop will still own NNRX which is the stock we own and The Plant will not be listed on the exchange. A better result is that the law suit is dropped and NNRX continues to grow, of course Bishop keeping NNRX current wouldn’t hurt either.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but when I look at the trades I see more buys than sales despite the MM’s trying to discourage buying with there 6 dig trades. It could be just that the word isn’t out yet or that the larger traders aren’t that worried and are picking up the loose shares as soon as they show up. Sitting tight till the fat lady sings.
Not looking good for Bishop, but so far this is a one-sided argument placed by disgruntled employees, I would like to hear Bishop’s side of the argument which seems to be headed to court. I don’t see where the court has review the filing and accepted it and given a court date as of yet. News this coming week should be very telling as to the direction this will go.
I will hold my judgment till this case comes to trial or is settled out of court. I must admit, with Bishop’s past actions it doesn’t seem things are leaning in his favor though. But, everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty in this country, unless of course you are a part of the Woke movement that is.
I wonder from time to time, why people expect more form NNRX than any other stock on OTC as well as the major markets. While the present times we live in things are so screwed up, whose IRA’s have growing in the last couple of years, how many Banks have gone under, how many Banks have had to be bailed out or sold. How many drugs are coming across the boarder, including Marijuana? Marijuana is a very lucrative cash crop and is pouring into the country every day, I’ve even heard that the cartel has and even owns farms in California. NNRX may be holding there own against the illegal sales of Marijuana, but I am guessing they could do so very much better if the illegal sales were reduced. Now lets do some summing up of things: Illegal sales, pour state of the economy, high taxes on the legal sale of Marijuana, no banking privileges for legal farming or merchandising of Marijuana products, a very bad stock market in general, high food prices, high gas prices, high energy prices, inflation through the roof; and all I hear is come on NNRX why didn’t you perform in 2022’ like you said you would in 2021’ and here it is 2023’ and your still not performing. Give it a break, the whole world is in a shit storm right now and the USA seems to be leading the way, in time things will straighten out, but for now I’m glad NNRX is doing as well as it is, a lot of bigger companies are doing a lot worse right now. I say stay alive NNRX and keep growing even if it is at a slower pace than predicted, I’ll wait it out .
I can’t remember NNRX twisting anyone’s arms or blackmailing them into buy stock in NNRX. Posters are a wonder us group of people, myself included. We browse the internet looking for cheap companies that we can put our money into hoping that they will make it big and we ride on there coat tails and get rich. I once read that only about 4% or less of penny stocks make it to the major indexes and most go under. Yet when they don’t do like we think they should do with there companies we pitch a fit. There doing what most would not even try, and I can tell you from experience they will put in way more than a forty hour week trying. They go into business to make money for themselves first and foremost. I retired ten years ago working for a construction company as a superintendent drawing a 6 digit salary back then, why would you not expect the owner of a company not drawing a salary much larger if they could. Salaries are tax deduction along with cars, trips, travel expense and such. The company I had on the side made very little profit, but I and my employees made a good income off of it. This is a gamble we are trying to get rich off of someone else’s efforts and are investing our extra money above what it takes us to live comfortably on we should be spending the access money and not household money. I often wonder what miracle of science poster have to be able to read the minds of the owners of companies and there employees. I walked into this venture eyes wide open and will always hope for the best for companies I invest in because when they make money I make money off of riding on there backs.
Well lets see: if I said I made a record 2 million sales last year and my executives said there were going to make 10 million this year for a bonus and they only made 8 million, what would that look like. 8 million would be smashing the 2 million the two million record and the executives left because I didn’t give them a bonus because they didn’t make the promised 10 million. Go figure, looks like both statements are right I’m guessing????????
Would be nice to see all the notes that NNRX has accumulated over the years, including the ones before Bishop took over to be paid off. Don’t know it the banking bill would help NNRX consolidate all of them into one payment to a bank, and if it were to accrue before the pps started going up think of the shares that would not be added to the count by way of conversions. Just saying of course, the dept would not change but sure would make the reports more condensed and cleaner looking.
I have a question, if the only reason the pps is trading in the 5 and 6 decimal places is about performance within NNRX, how does one explain all the trades at five and six decimal places which can only the MM can place. I’m guessing you don’t think that the MM's have play any role in keeping the price down which is discouraging new buyers? As far as executives leaving the plant doesn’t it seem more likely that they left due to not meet the quotas that were part of the acquisition agreement to receive there bonuses, and instead of being laid off by Bishop they resigned by mutual agreement. Don’t you think it is more likely that buyers are waiting for NNRX to get current again and the MM quite manipulating the price while they are accumulating shares themselves for future trading? Just asking of course and yes speculating as are everyone on this board.
Had the same thoughts time and time again through all the years I’ve owned this stock, and keep getting proved wrong in the end as new things keep developing again and again. That’s why penny stocks are such a big gamble. But, it beats wasting all that gas driving to AC for the same thrills though and just as good a chance of wining. Keep the positive thoughts. Sort of like the weather, it's been raining for over a week now and the weather always keeps turning around and the sun comes out again.
You are right; Tesla would have a hard time making this stock move at this time. It’s going to take hard facts at this point. The third quarter report will be due in a month and were still waiting for the second. What I’m gambling on is that when NNRX does catch up with reports that they will be positive for the company and followed up with some good news. Even Tesla had a rough time getting started and almost went bankrupt at one point because of financing problems. MM seem to be playing games with this stock, for what reason I don’t know but they seem to be positioning themselves for something. Just guessing of course and taking the gamble, but aren’t we all doing the same things? Don’t know if I would use the word “gibberish” about News Wires comments I posted though, more like very speculative but there is a chance thing will work out to the best. I’m going to keep the positive vibes going for my part for as long as I’m holding shares in this stock, that’s the reason I bought it in the first place.
Here's another quote from that November alliance: "David Morgenstern of RE Strategies, LLC, and Marcellus SaenzRico of NEX Capital Group played a key role in facilitating the transaction that brought The Plant, a white-label manufacturer of premium cannabis-based products, under the NutraNomics umbrella. Mr. Morgenstern's cannabis industry relationships and capital investments, in combination with Mr. SaenzRico's work to capitalize The Plant, were instrumental in bringing this critical acquisition to fruition." Things are starting to look up again here for NNRX.
Back in the end of November 22’ NNRX stated they were forming a business alliance with “RE Strategies, LLC” and ever since then there have not been a share count increase. Bishop stated in November 22’ that quote "We are very pleased to be working with RE Strategies," commented Jonathan Bishop, NutraNomics' CEO. "RE Strategies has been very instrumental in not only assisting us with our financial needs, but helping us to source complementary merger and acquisition opportunities to grow our business. There's no one better equipped to help us reach our goals than the team at RE Strategies. NutraNomics looks forward to further collaboration announcements with RE Strategies in the near future." RE seems to have played a large part in the acquisition of the plant for NNRX as well. I think I might have to start adding to my share count again while were still in the basement. :)
It sure makes one think something is getting ready to happen, there catching up on everything now. Share update has never been this early, also this makes the sixth straight month with NO increase is share count. I’m getting more optimistic by the week. Something is going down or has already happened. I’m starting to think merger again or an out right purchase of something big. Nothing quite like speculating the future to get the old blood pumping and hopes up is there?
You are not quit right in your post, a long time ago NNRX filed for limited reporting, also the size of the business is in there favor for limited reporting (under 10 million). If you will note at the top of OTC page: "Warning! Limited Information OTC Markets Group has confirmed that this company has limited disclosure or financial information publicly available, but meets a minimum requirement for public quoting under Rule 15c2-11" . I will reserve my opinion on there Current Status of NNRX until I see them catch up with there fillings or News comes out one way or the other about there status. Something is in the works and no one on this board or any other board knows what it is at present. Till then it is still wait and see game and in my opinion i'm not going to sell a single share, though i am going to hold off on buying more for now .
Quarterly Report is out for October 22’; just glancing over it I don’t think it was a very promising report. Will reread it detail though I don’t think my opinion will change much. That being said the report is five months old and a lot could have changed since this. I will hold my shares and opinion till I see the latest report. NNRX is catching up on reports for a reason hoping it’s a good one.
Agree with you, though I would prefer it not being a reverse merger the existing investor usually wind up loosing share count. Now a merger with NNRX staying the as the main company I wouldn’t mind seeing, share count for the investor that owns NNRX would most likely stay the same. Something has to be happening in the background or else the SEC and/or OTC would be stepping in by now. It could be even NNRX going into another state and the state regulators are holding up the process, who knows. I do think you are right about the dollar signs, I see them as well being in our future. I’m sitting on close to 40 mil shares now, been picking up a few here and there to add to the pot. I seem to be doing well after the heart procedure I had Monday and am looking forward on getting back on the road come mid-July which would be more to my liking in a newer camper van. Dropping 20 mil shares at .015 would make that happen and still leave me with close to 20 mil in the pot, which would be all profit working on free money so to speak.
Amended Annual report is out, next will be News or the first quarter report.
I for one am going to take the Amended Q Report as a good sign, though it maybe just a simple stall tactic we will see soon enough. When you add the extended delay in reporting with the up dating of a Q Report from a year ago I get the feeling of a merger is a hand, not just acquiring another company. It could even be a reverse merger both of which would require going over the books with a fine tooth comb. It is quite evident that what ever is going on the OTC and SEC are going along with it, the stock is still trading. Dr. Rob and Bishop could be joining forces to form one company which would make since they are next to each other and Doc has the Farm connections. Guess we will just have to wait and see the good thing that has already been stated several times is NNRX is a viable company sitting at its lowest price and the only way to go is up. Another Quarter is coming to an end in a couple of weeks; one would think something has to give in the near future.
Share count is very encouraging, this makes four straight months where there was no change. I guessing NNRX is self sustaining now. Thinking we’ll be seeing some dept pay downs as well when they get caught up on there Q Reports. Makes me feel a lot better, also woke up with a lot less pain this morning, and heart is beating a lot better after the Atrial Fibrillation ablation was done Monday. Day is starting off on a very positive foot for me. Expecting to hear some good things from NNRX by the end of the month, fingers crossed.
!!!New Share Count is Out!!! NO CHANGE (:
Still looking forward to that party sometime
I've been on the road the last few days, but not very good cell reception in NC Hills. I've got one bar now. I'm glad to see a few posts amazing what a two buy will do. Speaking of being long, my seed shares were converted from BUKA, but I haven't sold them, I've bought and sold quite a few since then, though. Great little stock to play with, I'm guessing one day it's going to click and make some real money for us before the years end. Got stuck in the sand on a service road I Ocala National Forest last Monday evening and had to spend the night there got towed the next day, NNRX is sort of stuck now, it will also get towed out in the near future as well.
Nice read, it’s a shame that Senate seem fit to always piggyback bills that would pass with bills that they can’t get passed to try and get the bad bills through Congress. If Chuck would quite piggy backing the Marijuana Banking bill and submits the bill as a standalone bill I’m sure it would be passed in both houses. Just one of the games the Senate uses as a power play with out thinking what it is doing to the people involved.
Everything you said is correct, but you forgot one thing to add. I know when I was in business for myself I drove a company car and charged the gas to the company. And I gave myself Business Trips as well, with a few side stops on the way to relax a bit. Have to assume there doing the same, neither one are dummies and I don’t blame them a bit, I’ll guarantee there putting in way more than a forty hour week with what they are trying to accomplish with NNRX. I’m wishing them all the Luck there is, as well as All of Us. And luck goes a long ways when you’re playing around with Penney Stocks.
The only thing I see for sure today is that Money Makers are moving shares around and there is no news or disclosures out. Beyond that is just pure guessing and speculations.
Now that the share count is out, could we be getting some News, Disclosures or even a Q report tomorrow??? Pretty sure this Wednesday is the dead line for the second quarter report,
