kp,
it didnt fill my order. I try again today. Looks like a down day overall to me. Hope you like what you see at RZ. I got in at about 9. It is risky from the standpoint that they dont have earnings yet. But I believe they are sitting on the sweetspot of green energy including geothermal energy, automotive electric engines, plug-in hybrids, etc. The potential is quite significant. About 13% shorts and investors expect announcements any time soon. They are presenting at Roth conference today.
Check out their latest 10Q

That really impressed me.
Good Luck!!
kp,
thanks for the MCCY tip. I got some play money so I put in an order at 37c to see if it fills. can you tell me more about it. it has good press releases but I have not had time to research it further.
TIA for any more info.
Check out RZ. (I think it ll hit 20+ by Xmas)
Good luck
kp,
thanks for the great clips. I heard about the salt water story before somewhere but I really liked the cancer story.
I actually know the doctor on sanibel island quite well. We used to work together, what a small world!
kp, are you still linked to the company?
kp,
thanks for the info. one of the reasons I got into MSRM/GBRC was the tremendous excitement I felt about the technology when I saw an interview with Frank on the website.
we need this kind of visionary approach to face the challenges of the future. Recycling of tires, unleashing hidden energy resources and possible applications to other areas including the medical field is truly fascinating.
happy labor day!!
dragon,
just read the 8-K filing. found the AMEX info there. this is very encouraging. converting into a reporting company places GBRC on a whole new platform.
dragon,
I sure hope you are right about "GBRC going on the american exchange". But in all seriousness did you hear anything about that or is it speculation at this point?
I am long on MSRM and hopefully will get a nice bagful of GBRC shares once they convert. It is my speculation stock but I believe it has tremendous potential. Any listing on a repectable exchange would increase the influx of new money significantly.
Happy Labor Day Weekend!!
Is that per GBRC share once converted or for MSRM shares?? It is hard to believe that anybody would pay that much for MSRM shares, however, it may not be an unreasonable offer for the converted GBRC shares.
I actually have e-mail confirmation that the converted GBRC shares are NOT restricted. Why would you pay for something that is actually a non-issue?
We are getting closer to September when I am expecting some kind of announcement about conversion of the shares. I truly believe that MSRM shares are worth North of 70 cents and I wouldn't take anything less. For all we know if the tire business takes off GBRC could be trading way past $20. Sometimes it is better to sit back and wait. Remember when the shares were trading at 5 cents and nobody wanted them?? Sit tight and enjoy the ride.
Good luck to all MSRM shareholders!!
kp,
no clarification. glad you e-mail them.
good luck
kp,
the letter can be found on global's website. Half way down on right side it's a PDF file that can be downloaded.
Good Luck
Kennypooh,
I am aware of the SEC filings. However, there was a letter to shareholders dated July 20th, 2007 in which it says that the warrants will be extended to expire on March 31, 2007.
"2007" was obviously a typo and was supposed to read "2008".
Good luck.
Here is how the warrants work. There will be a conversion of MSRM shares to GBRC at a ratio of 7.143 to 1 i.e. for every 7143 shares of MSRM you get 1000 shares of GBRC.
For every 3 shares of GBRC you own after the conversion you can buy another share of GBRC for a fixed price of 4.75. You have the right to buy but NOT the obligation. If GBRC trades below 4.75 the warrants are worthless. If it trades above 4.75 the warrants are in the money. They expire end of March 2008.
Ideally, you want to own MSRM shares at a multiple of 7143x3=21429 shares or about $6000.
Good luck. GBRC may be working on very important technology. God knows it may take off and trade above $20 one day.
I am ready!! Yes, I am ready to have all my shares converted to GBRC. This waiting game drives me nuts! I really want to see if my warrants are worth something. Let's face it if GBRC goes over 4.75 these warrants are the gravy we were hoping for.
I am so ready...
Anybody feels that way?
Is there any trading with MSRM?? I don't see any shares traded today. Is it halted pending conversion??
Dragon,
Diane is in Accounting. See Globals Web Site under "contact us". Everything should be filed by end of September and hopefully the shares will convert before end of year.

Hope that helps.
Dragon,
got two e-mails today.
One from Jeff saying that MSRM shares will not be restricted.
The other from Diane saying that MSRM shares will be freely traded once the SB2 filing is completed in September.
On a personal note, I really like the companies' prospects in the recycling business. The idea of converting coal, plastic, and tires into renewable energy is truly worth investing for. Granted, the company needs to shift from an intellectual property firm to an applied technology company. This will take time and there are some risks involved. I never dealt with a company that I actually was able to talk to the CFO (and I did) and my e-mails are answered in a timely fashion.
I really think there are great prospects here, but don't forget to do your own DD. More public exposure will lead to higher PPS for GBRC which in turn makes MSRM the compelling buy IMHO.
I read the "complaints" letter of this analyst too and again all these concerns need to be addressed but in the meantime September is just around the corner and I sure don't want to miss out on this opportunity.
Do your own DD and Good Luck
Jeff e-mailed me back today:
Converted MSRM to GBRC stock will NOT be restricted. That's all I needed to know. Got more today. I think GBRC will do well.
Good Luck
It all comes down to one question:
Will converted MSRM shares be restricted or not??
I truly hope Villain's post is real. I will e-mail Jeff to get confirmation on this. If MSRM shares are freely tradeable after the conversion we will have a winner here.
Besides, after all the detailed press releases this puppy better convert exactly as promised because otherwise I am sure we are getting together for a nice legal squeeze.
Good Luck
don't mind at all. ordered 30k filled 13.5k. 12k+1k+0.5k.
Got two tips for you (do your own DD):
RZ (before you buy check out this Jan 2008 options; unreal)
at 11.50 based on option activity we could see 18+
MSRM.PK (a holding company that was bought out and its shares are converting over to GBRC.pk and a ratio of 7:1; GBRC is trading at 5.00 i.e. MSRM should be at about 70 cents; its trading at 28 cents; no brainer; hey if you get stuck with the shares GBRC is actually a good company!!)
Actually I picked up the 12k shares just before closing. Thought NNRF is ready for a bounce.
Good luck
Somebody must have read my post. MSRM to go higher since GBRC at 5.10. MSRM to GBRC conversion 7.143:1. Therefore, MSRM should be 71 cents plus impact of warrants (5.1-4.75 = 35 cents/3) about 12 cent; Current value of MSRM at 83 cents; that is if GBRC stays at current levels; if it goes higher that all bets are off;
My prediction is that MSRM will edge up into the 60-70 cent range until we know about the actual conversion date.
Good Luck
Question to the board.
I sold my NNRF stake after July 1 for personal reasons. I still like NNRF and I will get back in as soon as I can. Am I still qualifying for the Dividend even though I actually don't any shares anymore??
MSRM is the better value. Currently trading at 0.23 MSRM shares convert to GBRC at a ratio of 7.143 :1; GBRC trading at $4.59 MSRM should be trading at $0.64; that is an easy triple from current values.
The warrant issue will accelerate MSRM share price; once GBRC reaches 4.75 the warrants will be in the money. Therefore, once GBRC trades passed 4.75 MSRM's warrants will make MSRM the compelling buy (for every 3 MSRM shares you get one GBRC for 4.75); my prediction is that GBRC will continue to move up and I wouldn't be surprised if we see $7-9 at years end.
Initially I thought that MSRM and GBRC are 'bogus' companies, however, reading the press releases it appears to me that this is a classic case of "fake it until you make it" and at this point GBRC to me is a tremendous opportunity. They are 'making it' and moreover fill a much needed gap in the waste disposal field. Call me crazy but I think that this is the next big thing and hold on to your MSRM shares for the ride of a lifetime!!
FYI: I am not the CEO!! haha just a shareholder
Good luck
PS I posted this on the GBRC msg board too

What am I missing? GBRC trading at 2.89 the conversion ratio is 7.143:1. MSRM share should be trading at 40 cents. What is the chance that there is no conversion? Has anybody called the SEC to find out if anything has been filed??
There is something up no doubt about it!! Just look at Jan 2008 options activity; my bet is that we are looking at $15-18/share by year's end. Hey it could be higher if automotive contracts are coming in.
Happy Investing!!
just wondering if any news is out when MSRM shares will be converted into GBRC shares??
What is going on with this company?? I really like what they do. Would like to see it stabilize and get some contracts.
dragon, thanks for the info. just one clarification. the warrants are voluntary i.e. you can choose to exercise them. if the stock price is less than 4.75 than the warrants are worthless. if, however, the stock is higher..... :)
good luck
aries, just wondering what you thoughts are on the timing of the conversion of MSRM stock to GBRC; After all the announcements that the merger is completed I really would like to see my MSRM shares to be converted; I am not happy about the restricted nature of the shares but I really don't worry about it too much since I don't have any plans of selling them anytime soon anyway. why is there a delay? and what happens if you buy more MSRM shares at this point? is the conversion ratio still 1 for 7.143?? hard to believe what am I missing??
thanks in advance
thanks for the info. it appears to me that this company is ready to move from intellectual property to applied technology; I truly hope the tire business is set up soon to finance the other business ideas. for some reason I am truly fascinated by the potential this company may have; if there is a 1:7 split to acquire GBRC shares why on earth would it not trade closer to 20 cents? quite a mistery esp in the setting of being a reporting company; pringle needs to get rid of some shares to institutional investors IMHO.
good luck
According to the 8-K filing it appears that the stock conversion may actually be common stock not restricted stock as mentioned in earlier filings. I wonder if there is any news out on that subject?
