Hey Ben, you are a good dude and not like the FUD polluting this board and so many in OTC.
If you get a chance to read up on VRUS, you'll come to the same conclusion many of us have and why we've been here over a year through RBIZ BS to VRUS blossoming.
I've not sold one share and this is the only holding of 15 in OTC I have, which operates like a REAL company. They've never over promised and under delivered. Very solid businessmen running the company with ethics they prove with their actions!
My only mistake was not accumulating more than 3.5 when it was much lower. I had been jaded by a lot of other OTC holdings like RNV+ you're familiar with and RET+.
These guys are the real deal and Columbia Bank out of Tacoma has put faith in them along with Andrew Garnock who is accomplished.
If there is one company to buy and hold in OTC and just leave for a year, it's VRUS. This board is a by product of the company with lots of intelligent, DD crazed folks. It's why there is no real FUD here but 2 clowns that think their clever.
Anyway, hope you buy in and join us on this journey as it should be a good train ride.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for providing the news update JMM! One step closer to justice being served and corruption taking a hit!
Congrats to the shareholder who picked up 400 today.
Abba, as always, thanks for all your efforts with SECI.
Peace.
CF
That caught me by surprise. Thought they'd wait until Oct to announce the purchase once rules were all sorted out for CO.
Hold your shares, stop flipping and lock them with GTC of $.20 or higher! The OS is only 39M and we ran to $.30 last December on award news. So, we have just begun our climb north and with real buying pressure, this will explode again as there just aren't that many shares to go around.
This is a good start. DPWW leadership (Ron/Nello) need to execute from here which I'm sure they will with their heavily weighted stock comp packages as a motivator.
For those longs who have weathered a lot with DPWW, we're finally heading the right way after a long journey getting dragged down a rocky path. Hold for glory!
Peace.
CF
Agreed 8th! VRUS leadership does nothing without thinking through all variables. We are in good hands. Just need to hold, add when one can and leave it for 6 months and let them do the Voodoo that they do so well!
Also, just want to thank all the true longs on this board (they know who they are) who provide such great DD and value for so many of us. I salute you and am with you, just in the background as I'm not needed at VRUS.
This is the most solid leadership team I've run across in my short 18 months in the OTC. They are the REAL DEAL!
Peace.
CF
We have an opportunity. How Ron, Nello and Chris perform from here out will tell the tale of Diego Pellicer.
They have been paid all along this train ride and will continue to do so. They get 10% of OS whether RS occurs or not so they are NOT in the same position as you and I.
What's important is shareholders don't become complacent and make sure you are reaching out to Nello and Ron and making them aware THEY NEED to perform for US.
Nov 1 is the catalyst many have been waiting two years to have occur. If FED Gov't changes their stance towards cannabis by end of year, that would be a second major catalyst. If they occur simultaneously come mid November, we should benefit tremendously.
It's important all shareholders not become complacent. Reach out to Nello and Ron and make them aware we need THEM TO PERFORM. How DPWW handles the buyout of Denver come November will be VERY IMPORTANT as they will naturally want to dilute a bunch of shares to acquire.
We need them to NOT jump for easy money and really think this through. We still have a lot of debt to contend with in addition to acquiring dispensary/grow ops. Unfortunately, Ron, Nello and Chris get 10% of OS whether RS happens or not. So they are not in the same position as US regular shareholders.
Please all shareholders let them know YOU are paying attention and demand they do things right so we have the best chance for success. Posting on the board feels good, but does nothing to help our SP. You are without INFO if you don't communicate with Ron, Nello and Chris.
Peace and best wishes to all DPWW longs.
CF
Great summary. It's clear to anyone who reads your posts, they are well thought out, logical and on topic.
There are positives in CANB's favor and issues as well. We are set-up to be uniquely positioned with FDA rules/guidelines once published regarding CBD. At the same time, we have issues which have impacted our SP.
Excessive expenses via comp plans with nothing tied to revenue delivery on a small growing company, does not instill confidence. I have read each directors bio but don't know what they do daily to help CANB become a strong CBD company. Lots of shares given out, but not a lot of accountability.
After communicating with Marco multiple times the past 9+ months, I don't see his strengths outweighing his weaknesses as an executive. It's one thing to have vision, it's another to be very disciplined and understand how each action taken will have a reaction.
They should be very focused on getting Pure Leaf into retail chains along with creating an exciting, interactive website for Pure Leaf that gets folks wanting to try those products. I don't see strong sales for Pure Leaf and that must be addressed with a concrete, executable plan with timelines for delivery. Otherwise, we won't be able to carve a niche in the very competitive CBD space. There is no one in CANB who knows how to develop a retail strategy and we will suffer.
Canbiola is different audience. Doctors and patients and they are doing OK here; however, the idea of vending machines is BAD. They are expensive to build and maintain and I don't see CANB getting bang for the buck (using OUR shareholder money to do so). They need to focus on delivering exceptional products under the Canbiola umbrella which are worth the money as they are high priced. People will pay if they deliver exceptional products which doctors recommend to their patients.
I hope more shareholders reach out to Marco as I've done and hold him accountable. It's OUR shareholder money being used so we have some clout. No one forced CANB to go public. With that comes scrutiny from forces much more powerful than the Hub.
For now, my 550k shares are holding as they've done for many months. I was disappointed after reviewing the most recent 10Q on the issues which are front and center impacting our profitability and SP.
Without shareholders going direct to Marco and voicing concern, I don't think they will change and ultimately that may keep us from getting to $.20+ or higher which is well within CANB's reach with solid execution. Posting on the board is OK but won't change things. Going to the Marco direct is action.
Thanks for all your contributions. I think you should change your handle to The Professor!
Peace.
CF
QS- go read your posts on INND. I can't take you seriously as you've shown zero consistency with your posts.
No one is saying anything about time value of money and economics.
What I am saying is we need a shareholder call. It forces Mark/Matt/Mom to speak to a wide group of people and investors and answer questions within legal guidelines. It is an uncomfortable call for any exec unless their business is really doing well and most signs are positive.
Tweeting by Matt is easy and keeps him in the drivers seat. I want to have them be uncomfortable and answer questions as should any shareholder. Without that information, we are blind and flying in heavy wind all over the place.
The only OTC stock I have zero concerns with is VRU+. It is an investment and they do everything properly. I rarely post on the board and have been an investor over a year and seen what a solid game plan that's well executed can achieve.
SP will go up and down in volatile OTC and has with VRUS. However, character and integrity count along with accountability and money flows in from outside investors and banks who see those attributes in VRU+ leadership.
It's clear no one has held Matt accountable and the company is all over the place as a result of his tweets over promising and under delivering. Our SP (whether you're a investor or flipper suffers) as a result.
If you all want to speculate and not demand answers from the only people who can provide them, well have at it. I will stay away from the board and visit Matt/Mark at their office soon when in Sac to visit my dad. Action and effort is important with any stock you own.
Peace.
CF
We NEED a SHAREHOLDER CALL ASAP! Reading posts this morning of folks speculating on things that can be addressed direct through Q&A via shareholder call. That's how we get real answers as we can ask questions direct as a collective and they will need to address within legal parameters.
Complaining on this board does nothing. It's not a psychologist office as needed by one poster on the board, and it does nothing to help our SP.
Getting into CVS or Walgreens stores is a huge process. I outlined it before as I've sold to both HQ's during my career. Won't go into detail further other than folks who know, understand this may never come to fruition.
We need to make our retail stores productive, get Zounds contract producing hearing aids sold in our stores while adding complimentary products (ie hearing health vitamins/cbd) and create a unique niche in a crowded field of players.
We have too many balls flying right now and none on target! Our SP and the investment community sees what is obvious to me and therefore, we are not getting necessary traction to succeed. Our SP should be above $.10 now but we have not delivered 1 thing successfully that will drive revenue and value.
So, until folks get out of their comfort zone complaining on IHub like school kids and demand a shareholder call, we are just floating in the wind.
And flippers aka "traders", have some respect for folks who are invested in this company and want to see it succeed. You wouldn't like it if we showed no class on something you were invested.
Enjoy the weekend all INND longs.
Peace.
CF
TSG-Appreciate you taking the time to stop by DPWW dispensary on your next trip to Denver.
I am acquiring at this level as Nov 1 is just over 2 months away. In addition to the CO change regarding public company ownership, we should see progress from US Gov't standpoint on cannabis banking and getting closer to legalization nationwide.
I am really curious to see how the new Denver dispensary is coming. That provides DPWW with 2 dispensaries and 1 grow/processing operation in Denver. This provides vertical integration (seed to sale) for their own cannabis in their own dispensaries all as part of a public company as of Nov 1.
I am willing to be patient for 3 months (through Nov) and see how this plays out. The acquisitions will be expensive so we will have dilution; however, having the revenue on the books for the first time is what we need to become a company folks want to invest in.
It's all a gamble and I have a lot of money at stake. We'll see how this plays out. But we are moving to where I wanted them to be when first invested in DPWW in Jan 2018 when share price was equivalent to $1.60 today.
Still have some of those shares and sold some on the run to $.30 last December. So, in my opinion, $.015 is cheap but my perspective is different from being here so long.
Enjoy the weekend all DPWW longs.
Peace,
CF
Nice retort Slider! May CANB have much success carving out a unique niche in the burgeoning CBD industry and advance revenue stream(s) that continue to grow significantly over the next year.
If they do that, manage expenses and minimize debt, the SP will definitely be in our favor and everyone (except FUD) will be very happy.
Time will tell. My shares will be along for the ride.
Peace.
CF
We must ALL DEMAND a SHAREHOLDER CALL!! You can prognosticate what can or may happen with INND. The shareholder call forces INND leadership to answer questions from smart shareholders and investment community which halts a lot of BS.
The 10Q report allows them to direct the narrative not the other way around. We need to direct the narrative to get answers necessary to make informed decisions.
The 10Q won't answer the family dynamic (all c-suite positions held by family members) which is hurting our effectiveness and SP.
It won't answer why Matt has been running things helter skelter (over promising and under delivering) and balls falling through cracks. Those are the issues impacting our SP from moving to much higher ground.
If you are unwilling to go direct to Matt and Mark and demand a call, then don't bitch on the board when things don't as you perceive they should. Get a psychologist for that.
I'm not saying this repeatedly to be annoying or an ass. It's what we need, now! And it takes everyone telling Matt/Mark via social media or calling their office to demand it take place in the next 30-45 days.
For those of you who utilize Twitter/FB, that is where Matt roams and where to keep putting up a message we demand a shareholder call until it happens. Our money is what is running this company. We have the right to answers within legal framework.
Enjoy the day all INND longs.
CF
Sorry to see you go Sammo. You brought a lot of strong DD and that is appreciated by us longs and those that are flippers.
Hopefully, we will see some good fortune with INND yet. They have a low OS and float for OTC, regardless of shares being used for growth.
At the same time, we're like a $3 kite flying in heavy wind rising and crashing. If they don't course correct, our kite (INND) will be destroyed at some point.
That's why I keep pushing everyone to demand a shareholder call. We need to have Matt/Mark be asked questions by the investment community and make them aware things must change.
I probably should have flipped at the run to $.10. But with just execution of 1 objective well, the SP will go beyond that. Probably why Chartmaster keeps on about $.30. It's there to be had with our low OS/float with any significant buying pressure from delivery of any 1 of their key objectives.
INND has to realize these self-inflicted wounds are killing their 60M shares which I would believe mean something to them. We need a shareholder call ASAP!
Anyway, best of luck to you and hope to see you around.
Peace.
CF
Like your breakout GC. Well thought out!
Anshu and company are the real deal. From my limited time in the OTC, I've noticed 90% of companies CEO's over promise and under deliver. They do that for various reasons, but mainly, because they can't deliver and know it. Anshu does not.
It's not difficult to do what you say your going to do, if that's how you live your life every day. Anshu does and we will continue to benefit as others, much more important than ourselves (Garnock, banks, etc), see that and trust him with their capital and provide favorable terms.
Prior, I posted my sell target as $.08. That wasn't pulled from the air but based on backlog revenue, margins and OS (assuming no dilution from current). That's still my target even with TF telling me I'm being short-sighted. And she's probably right as she's the real deal too, just like Anshu.
I rarely post but read most comments daily. This board is strong with solid investors like yourself who do tremendous DD, there's not much to add.
Now if I can just get some other OTC holdings CEO's to become a little more like Anshu, all would be well.
Wishing all VRUS longs a great evening.
Peace.
CF
Same to you Pharaoh. The OTC is truly a sewer with scum and corruption all around.
Best wishes on all your investments moving forward!
For flippers/traders, please have a little respect for folks who are investors in INND.
Exit with grace, not to try and stir the pot through inciting doubt about INND just to stop any forward momentum.
Some of us have invested considerable sums and believe the company has an opportunity to succeed. No one knows what will happen with INND but the Moore's. Hence I keep kindly reminding INND investors to request a shareholder call as it's important to hear direct from the Moore's.
Twitter is NOT the same as hearing the voice and asking direct questions with many other outsiders participating. There is accountability when you are speaking direct to many and being asked questions. Otherwise you are just waiting/hoping and have zero control except to buy, sell or hold without the knowledge necessary to truly make good decisions.
Peace and enjoy the day INND longs!
CF
The volume is still low and look at our SP rebound with any buying pressure and no dilution.
The family has 60M shares locked and we have less than 90M in float as many are locked by longs outside of family holdings. Those are low figures for OTC.
If folks can hold their shares and let INND really run with good news, there is no reason we can't get back to $.10.
I am finally back close to breakeven and will not sell until we get to that point. But we need others to do the same and not dump for smaller profits.
Work together! EVERYONE on this board has skills to add to help us all make money. I want a shareholder call as it's important we hear direct from Mark and Matt and folks are less likely to BS when they are speaking to an audience that includes an analyst or a few from investment community.
Please keep pressure on Matt/Mark to have the shareholder call. We have an opportunity here to make some very good money. We just need to be better aligned with the company and as a board to really see the results we all want.
To those longs that added at the low levels, nicely done. Those shares are in stronger hands I believe.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for sharing your DD, Sammo. You've been honest and actually visited the stores which makes your assessments credible.
I've been advocating that all shareholders demand a shareholder call. It needs to happen and puts Matt on the spot as investment folks outside the hub will want to take part and ask questions too.
We must ALL push for a shareholder call. We need Matt and Mark to share direct via phone with everyone. Sooner the better!
Peace.
CF
That wasn't the point of my post AC.
We need to have a shareholder call as other transparent organizations do.
Nothing like hearing direct from the source and being able to ask questions.
Without that, we know only what random tweets are posted and at the mercy of the market.
Not sure why others don't demand to hear from the leaders of a company direct if their an investor. Unless you're a flipper or FUD and couldn't care less if this company succeeds long term or not.
I've invested and due to seeing things coming apart, want to hear from the leaders directly, not via Twitter as that has proven to be harmful to our SP.
We need a shareholder call! You can type away on this board, but it does NOTHING to change the SP.
We need to hear direct from Mark and Matt what is going on and be able to ask questions so all shareholders can hear the answers. There are only 47 shareholders, so putting together a call is fairly easy.
Until folks start demanding a call as HJ and I've done, we are in the dark and have zero control.
You can complain all you want to each other, it does nothing to help the stock. Have at it.
Peace.
CF
Good points JAG! Glad you're on the INND train with us. Where we're headed is anyone's guess at this point.
Still want everyone requesting a shareholder call from Matt and Mark. We need to hear direct from them on their 6-12 month strategy as we have a lot of moving parts and not a lot of people at the HQ to execute.
If any shareholders are Twitter people, please send Matt a note to schedule a shareholder call. He needs to hear it on his favorite form of communication from many.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for requesting the call HJ! Enjoy the day brother.
CF
Agreed Sammo. I like they are trying to disrupt the hearing market and make a name for themselves.
I am not a fan of building out kiosks (which aren't cheap) and not charging the retailer any fee hoping to get the customer to buy your products, which aren't part of the kiosk itself.
To me, they should be laser focused on the Value Audiology locations they are building out and $$ should be going to get all doctors/hospitals surrounding those clinics telling patients who suffer hearing loss, to visit Value Audiology.
Next is launching the hearing health line and getting that placed in retail.
Next is Nexus launch and having that be effective.
Everyone who reads this, we need a shareholder call to hear direct from the Moore's and ask basic questions as you pose. Sooner the better.
Peace and enjoy the day all INND longs.
CF
Nice quiq! I agree, it does help and Nello will engage which is a positive.
Enjoy the day/week all DPWW longs. I'm just staying in the background adding as it makes sense and looking towards Nov 1.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for reaching out to Chris! All longs should be in touch with either Ron, Nello or Chris to keep them aware we are not happy with how things have unfolded with respect to dilution.
At the end of the day, if Diego Pellicer acquires the Denver dispensary and gets the new one operational by end of this year, we will be in a much better position to succeed.
That's why I've been here for 19 months and down a lot having gone through a brutal RS. At the end of the day, adding those dispensaries to the balance sheet, changes our whole value in the market.
I will continue to add as we get closer to Nov 1. I don't know how they intend to purchase the Denver location doing $7M in sales. That will be something else to deal with; however, as the sod guy who visited the new Denver dispensary stated, it's in a better locations, higher traffic and better parking. I have no doubt it will do well once open.
If you just put $3M in revenue for 2020 down for the new dispensary and add in the current location doing approximately $7M, it's easy to see our MC and SP will adjust much higher once those deals are done and the revenue is on the balance sheet.
I'm just banking on them bringing it together as they have a lot of shares at stake and want this to succeed. We could have another very interesting December based on when Colorado lets public companies buy out dispensaries come November 1.
Thank you for reaching out to Chris and look forward to hearing your reply. All shareholders should keep the heat on DPWW leadership as they are the one's who need to deliver. We've invested in them and need to hold them accountable to making things happen.
Peace.
CF
Can you help me understand why you post on this board everyday multiple times?? You hate the stock and just put it down over and over. If you have any shares, it would probably be better for your mental health to sell and move to another stock you like.
This isn't a scam, just a poorly run company. However, it has value and assets higher than MC today. I'm down on 25k shares, but not posting negative comments all the time.
None of us on this board can control TRTC. I like that they have shareholder calls and are active trying to improve the business realizing they made a lot of costly mistakes. But, the enterprise value is still higher than our MC and that will have an impact once cannabis rules change.
Are you paid to post here?? Is that why you stay. Makes no sense to me.
I think you have some logical thoughts and appreciate insight. Just seems you're angry and want to destroy the company but this isn't the place to do that. The hub doesn't have power over a stock trading at $.40. It just doesn't.
Peace and enjoy the day Kev.
CF
It's clear who the TRUE longs on this board are and those that flip.
Nothing has changed, except some folks got shares at bargain prices today.
I imagine there is one long shareholder who picked up a decent amount today to add to their stash. Just lock your shares at whatever your target price is and go do other things.
Looking forward to successful commercialization of IsoPet over the next 6 months.
Peace and go RDGL.
CF
Add me to your groupie list LJF. Haven't sold a share as this is my ticket out of a self-inflicted huge OTC hole. My price target is much higher.
Called my 85 year old dad who spent his career in banking to let him know that VRUS received their commercial lending agreement with Columbia Bank. He just said, "you finally picked a good stock in that OTC sewer".
We are on our way. Just lock your shares for another 6 months and watch Anshu and company do the voodoo that they do so well!
Back to my cave, as this company and board are rock solid! Now for a little Judas Priest as a warm-up for our headliner, Garnock!!
Peace.
CF
You sound much better equipped to be CEO of CANB, than Marco. I have 550K shares in the 4's that I've held for months. I sold a small portion on the run to $.10 but wanted to keep the bulk believing we'd go higher with time.
Here we are less than $.03. Marco is a nice man and we have communicated in the past. He invited me to join his networking forum in a separate email.
Unfortunately, he's not the best person to be the public face of CANB. The powerpoint they put out for the shareholder meeting was lacking, to say the least. I know having at least 100 over my career.
We need either Teeple or Dr. Weissman (rock star!) to be the face of the company. They will instill more credibility. I let Marco know that 6 months ago and encouraged he get them more involved.
We (CANB) should be utilizing our advantage with no THC CBD to our advantage. The only one I see really pushing that is you on this board. Let Marco know we have an inherent advantage with a small window to exploit. He should be all over this with our marketing efforts.
Investors want to invest in companies with buttoned up leadership that under promises and over delivers. Just my 2 cents sitting on my shares for a long time watching all events unfold.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for being a voice of reason Pierre! My suggestion is a shareholder call so we can hear direct from the Moore's. They have been beneficial with 2 other holdings and helped mitigate the noise.
I have been part of scams (4 to date in OTC in 18 months) and know a bit about what to look for from experience. INND is a family business and there is pride.
Matt caused issues from his over promising and under delivering tweets. Since he has reduced the tweeting, I'm assuming he has learned a valuable lesson maybe with outside assistance.
They have 60M shares restricted. Unless they are dumping and we are unaware, they have every motivation to see this company succeed. They own their HQ building which is very nice. I know the building as my dad lives in Roseville. They have means, but they want to really make something big.
I have 1.1M shares locked at more than double our current SP. I'm not worried about INND. I would like a shareholder call in the next 60 days so we can hear directly via phone what they are trying to accomplish and roadblocks getting in the way. They can't say certain things which we all understand, but a shareholder call will add clarity and trust IMO.
Wishing all true INND longs a great day.
Peace.
CF
Sounds good CEOs. Thanks. You're one of the good eggs on this board.
Actually my questions formed after reading a post of Kevin's today. I may have misinterpreted his message which talked about DP cashing out.
Hopefully I wasn't asking a horse regardless of which end. However, this is the OTC so nothing surprises me anymore.
Peace.
CF
At this juncture, it may be wise for INND to communicate to all shareholders via a shareholder call where we can hear from Matt, Mark and mom and most important, ask questions.
They can only answer so much, but based on our current situation, it may provide clarity and trust to shareholders.
You or HJ may want to request it via Matt's favorite vehicle of communication, Twitter. I won't ever sign up for Twitter nor FB. If anyone on the board has better thought or idea, please put it out there.
Peace.
CF
Thanks HJ! You do excellent DD with INND. I'm pleased they've stopped the tweets and become professional and more private in their response to you. Let's hope this is a step in the right direct as I'm down 55% on my basket.
Peace.
CF
Good points Kevin and I-Glow. If Derek and company decide to cash out, when would they chose to do so based on current regs while assuming banking and legalization occur by Q2 2020?
What would be a fair market price to sell for if your in DP's shoes assuming there's a buyer or major player investment with subsequent leadership transition?
Peace.
CF
Someone who either knows something as insider or someone taking a gamble.
When you think about it, it's a great bet. If there's a settlement for just $30M, that would equate to $100/sh. That's $300k from the 3k shares bought for $18k. Not bad ROI.
Peace.
CF
Mojitos sounds perfect! Thanks for all your efforts with the RDGL board WALL.
Peace.
CF
Looks like we're ready for Monday. Our board is now back under RDGL. Didn't think that would happen until Monday morning.
My gut is saying good things are coming. We have a strong, high character individual leading this company. I feel good as the OTC has too many bad characters leading companies.
I just need to acquire more shares.
Enjoy the weekend RDGL longs!
Peace.
CF
VRUS! Still have all my shares. Post rarely as this company and this board are rock solid!
I have 15 OTC holdings and this, along with one other, I have zero concerns about.
So MM's do what you're gonna do, I leave it all up to you, time's on my side.
Peace and enjoy the weekend all.
CF
Your avatar picture is how I feel after spending 18 months in the OTC. What a swamp.
Enjoy the weekend. I believe your in WA state. Lived there 10 years and met my wife. My home was in Kirkland just up from the lake in Houghton neighborhood. Love WA state, OR and CA. West coast rocks!
Peace.
CF
I agree with you here. It's almost like a deal was struck between the US and Canada to give them a head start with cannabis.
Greed with a small number of powerful people in congress and outside congress who have interests. Canada is so important to the US because of it's land mass, access to artic waters, massive resources, values that align, fairly small population of educated English speaking people, etc.
So my theory is the US has made some agreement that allows Canada to capture market share before we go legal next year. Capitalists with agendas and deep pockets and spheres of influence don't care if their money is pumped into Canada or the US, except potentially tax issues.
The US controls a lot of the world and Canada has helped us with Iraq and other BS regime changes all for oil. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the US is stalling legalization to give them the opportunity to get a significant headstart, thus ensuring Canadian companies control the pot market.
Just look at the investments from US companies into Canadian MJ companies. Big money knows what's up. Nothing happens by chance. If you have power and massive wealth (multi-billions) you are in the know.
Peace.
