Good points Kevin and I-Glow. If Derek and company decide to cash out, when would they chose to do so based on current regs while assuming banking and legalization occur by Q2 2020?

What would be a fair market price to sell for if your in DP's shoes assuming there's a buyer or major player investment with subsequent leadership transition?
