Same here, ol' buddy.
Presume away, day and night. You and I both know, only time will tell.
I owe you nothing and you have done nothing for me. I said "if indeed, that is what happened". You greatly overreact, and that is the first sign of guilt. I never said a CEO won't play games like that on Ihub, becuase I am sure some do. But no proof Matt is, too any credence for me. Your demands of a CEO are somewhat disjointed with the real world, and only on the game of message boards.
You really need to stop yelling, especially at me, like I am a five year old. It amazes me the levels any poster will reduce themselves to on any message board. I have been here since reinstatement, and have made decisions along the way, have traded and bought, sold a little and bought even more. I bide my time in the tall grass, basing decision on what I DD.
Your screen shot is NOT DD, and it is not factual in any way when associated with what is published and on record at SOS FL, SEC or OTC.
And No Thank You for the work you have done here.
Matt has the "original" e-mail chain and it would be easy to prove you published a modified one, if that is, indeed, the case to present false information of the company.
Need some news.
Yes it does, and so do your comments. They can be said for almost every pink sheet stock, without documentation or a crystal ball, these comments are mute, hence my point. The status of BCAP can change on a moments notice, and only time will tell. Commenting on the current status is not a predictor of future confirmation of events. So BCAP has as much chance of progress, and future action towards the business plan. It all still remains to be seen. Time will tell all....
and the fact remains, "yet".
Depending on the size of the turbine, each one can feed about 600 homes on average. My guess is they will install about 10 first, generate income, and then proceed further. The cost each, at least for our area is $80K-100K. The government coughed up 50% of that. The state of Wisconsin about 12% of that. That cost was all inclusive, so if the trunk lines are there, may be less.
This thing moves up and down very easily. One hit of positive news and I believe it will go.
If the slow rise can continue, we may have a good game here.
Nice to stop in and see the UT.
Think there will be any news coming?
E-mailing Matt and asking him, if the concern is there rather than asking the board, or better solution is to wait until a Press Release comes out describing the preferred / brokerage situation whether it be good or bad.
There are enough investors involved, including some on the board, that are curious about the situation status also.
But posting the question on the board will not result in an answer nor evoke any reasonable response nor cast any doubt on the situation becuase no one knows, yet...
Good Morning, Pharoah. Accumulation should continue today.
Expected dip after yesterdays price and volume.
Good Morning, tiptoe. Good things coming, IMHO. Member marked ya'.

Good Morning, been out of commission for a few days. Computer crashed. Waiting on news....
Everyone have a GREAT weekend.
I did get some. I have been waiting pretty long for a fill. Opened the order this morning. As the Brokerage gets closer, this is going to do some wacky trading.
Someone , or many sure wants 2's. Maybe they know how successful Baron is going to be.
So am I, but it sounded good. One small trade at 2 for someone that does not have L2, could overreact.
It's only a 100k trade. Trying to spook the herd..
Actually, that's information that should probably come out in a PR. If it was posted here, it may cause trading, and the info is not available to the public.
I do not expect to see it posted here.
Wow. Nice post dmcc.Completely agree.
Good Morning, everyone. Let's have a good day today. $BCAP

Preferred stock is a hybrid corporate security. It represents an equity interest in the issuing corporation. Unlike common stock, which pays a variable dividend depending on the corporation's earnings, preferred stock pays a fixed dividend based on a stated par value.
A letter could indicate the order of issuance: If shares
were the corporation's third preferred issuance, they would be called XYZ preferred C.
There are a number of other variations on preferred stock.
Here are some examples:
Adjustable-rate preferred stock has a dividend yield that, instead of being fixed, floats with specified interest rates according to some formula.
Convertible preferred stock has an embedded option that allows the holder to exchange each preferred share for a specified number of common shares. Convertible preferred is usually callable. This allows the issuers to call the stock and force preferred shareholders to choose between accepting either par value or common shares. This is called a forced conversion.
Participating preferred stock pays a regular fixed dividend plus an additional dividend if the common stock dividend exceeds some specified value.
Other variables or a mix of variables can be incorporated into any level of preferred stock by the corporation. The key for preferred stock, is, it is all considered Contributed Capital. Depending on the nature of the accountant, preferred can be listed as a debt or a long term liability on the balance sheet.
Some examples of corporate issued preferred shares:
"Common Stock ” and “ Preferred Stock ”
“Series A Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series AA Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series B Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series B-1 Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series BB-1 Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series C Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series C-1 Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series CC Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series D Preferred Stock”
“Series E Convertible Preferred Stock”
“Series F Convertible Preferred Stock”

Good Morning, robert and everyone.
Picked up 2.5 mil shares @ 3 today. It'a always a 50 / 50 gamble until it happens. But each 50/ 50 gamble "piece" of the business plan has happened and I expect more to come.
It's the blip in the chart that matters to some, it serves their purpose, not the size of the trade.
