Nope that’s not even the same subject. They talked about the rs and that they didn’t see a need and would reduce the share structure another way. I didn’t save it. It was awhile back. I’ve been here since early December. It was sometime around then. Was a selling point to me to get in.

I saw it back in December when they announced there plan. They plan on reducing the share structure without a rs. So like NYD said, it would make sense to keep the ya gagged until everything is worked out. Then release the pr about it.

I see what you mean. But I look at the basics here. Utop is planning on using the Andi shell as it’s entity on the public market. Andi will soon change to something like UTOP. The share reduction will be announce plus multiple deals. This thing will be on another level this time next year. Amazing potential. It’s all gambling in the end. And only time will tell what will actually happen. In the mean time I’ll enjoy flipping partial shares and growing my stock supply.

As long as this company keeps slowly growing at the very least then yes there is money to be made here. It would just be nice if the ceo would remove his head from his... well you know, and get back to actual work. Last run I sold at 5.50 and made over 100,000. So I know this stock has potential. I’m loaded and will only buy more if it drops. Which of our quarterly has been put off now till next month. There’s a possibility to do so. Time will tell. I like the stock and potential. But I’ve grown to hate the flip flop ceo. Started investing in this company long before they even took the crypto path. I’ve seen a lot of the same games with the company itself. It just gets old! The issue is that your statements bore no relation to what is happening here. You keep pointing out a fact that everyone knows and doesn’t argue. Andi doesn’t own utop. Utop took controlling interest in Andi. The way most companies do for a merger. It’s not hard to understand.

Yes this is known. Andi didn’t buy Utopya. Utopya bought Andi. So they could merg there new company with a public trading shell. This is all known facts. And a basic reverse merger in the otc or anywhere. Is this hard to understand?
