Mr. XXXXX,
No current 504 funding is in the works. The goal is to get US Wireless cash flow neutral and alleviate the need for any additional financing, but in the meantime we're also working diligently to complete the 2006 audit and get the company's SEC filings up to date. Once these are completed USWO will be able to apply for re-listing on the OTCBB, which would surely be good for the shareholders.
For the time being, we'll add you
to the investor email list to help keep you up with our progress. Thank you for your interest!

Brett Jensen

NP, hope it all works out for everyone.
I am also thinking that Azerin is working with ATLJ. Galib Gurbanov (the President of Internet Association of Azerbaijan) runs the state-owned Azerin. Azerin is set to be privatized
"- With what kind of succession will the privatization be carried out?
- Teleradio Unit will not be privatized so far. The Government’s participation in television and radio activities is necessary because there are lots of problems in this field. Azerpocht will not be privatized so far either because it is not considered profitable. Aztelecom and Bakitelecom can be privatized. Internet providers- Bakinternet, Aztelecominternet and Azerin can be privatized. Telephone outlets will be privatized earlier than Teleradio and postal ones."

Yep, There is a ton of money up for grabs right now over there in this sector, Just a little piece of that action and some better communication to the public and we have a winner.
They are laying cable all over the place in Az but they don't mention each contractor by name. I used to work on huge jobs doing state contracted work and the project might get mentioned in the paper or whatever but not our company.

Baku talks revive Europe-Asia fiber-optic cable project
The parties to a project on laying a fiber-optic cable along the Caspian sea-bed gathered in Baku on Thursday in an effort to revive talks on building the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan section of the route to link Europe and Asia.
The participants of the three-day meeting have agreed to speed up construction of the segment of the Trans-Asia-Europe (TAE) sub-sea cable stretching from Siyazan to Aktau, which has been delayed so far.
The Azerbaijani communications ministry official Jalil Jafarov said problems over the project implementation emerged a long time ago.
“The line was initially to link Europe and Asia through Azerbaijan and Iran. But since other countries were not actively involved in the project, other routes came to the fore,” he said.
Jafarov emphasized that to become a transit state, Azerbaijan should primarily expand its potential of communications and telecommunications. The construction of the Trans-Caspian segment of the line is pivotal for Azerbaijan, which is a strategic country in the region. “Therefore, our goal is to make the construction of a sub-sea line between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan a reality.”
The ministry official noted that if the fiber-optic cable becomes operational, this will bring immense revenues to the country.
Jafarov noted that the cable will be of strategic importance for Central Asian and European regions.
Under the project, a 576-km fiber-optic cable has already been laid to link Baku with the Georgian border, along with a 250-km long cable stretching to the border with Russia and one that links the capital with the Iranian border (345 km).
The operations are pivotal given the heavy Internet traffic and high demand for high-speed communications. The project will allow to link the Caspian and Black Seas.
Representatives of international and private ICT operators from France, Russia, Georgia, Iran, Ukraine, Turkey and other countries are taking part in the discussions.*

Maybe company holding back news to let some friends in. Been moving up nicely with not much attention on the stock.
There is some connection between AYAZ KARIMOV and GALIB GURBANOV and IMO that is a very good thing.
This article has already been posted but Karimov and Gurbanov both mentioned.
Today.Az » Society » Internet in Azerbaijan cheapest in CIS
13 January 2006 [04:21] - Today.Az
The price of the Internet in Baku is cheaper than elsewhere in the CIS, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Internet Society, Galib Gurbanov, told the “Internet in Azerbaijan: demise or development” news conference at the International Press Club Wednesday.
Assa-Irada reports that according to Gurbanov, while the price of the Internet in Baku is $0.15-0.40 per hour, the figure in Moscow is $0.90-1.20, in Kiev $0.15-0.40 and in Tbilisi $0.30-0.50. As for the price of monthly packages, it is $35-60 in Baku, $60 in Moscow, $400-500 in Astana, $30-60 in Kiev and $120 in Tbilisi. Gurbanov said there are 50,000 Internet users in Baku, 1,000,000 in Moscow, Astana and Kiev, and 100,000 in Tbilisi.
“In 2005, Internet providers reduced the tariffs by 40%,” the director of Oxygen Internet company, Ayaz Karimov, told the news conference. He said that starting from January 1, 2006, the Baku Telephone Communication Production Association had raised prices for those using broadband Internet (ADSL) eight times.
“If the tariffs of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies are lowered, then users will be able to pay less for the Internet,” Karimov added.
