Well done on getting to speak to Jeremy. Twice in the one day.... that must be a record. He sounds positive about progress.
I was a little surprised to hear that he holds restricted shares. Must be a slice of the 100 million that were issued for "services". It's hard to see what he brought to the party but we don't know the full story.
I thought you'd skipped town. Now what was your buyout target price again? Twenty five bucks comes to mind. :)
I wouldn't take their words too literally, Spec. Very unlikely that Kartix would hand over the money in advance of getting the shares. Probably a complex legal process to be followed under Russian law.
At least we know that the bean counters and legal eagles are working on it and maybe we'll get more details soon. It would be nice to know who the new owners will be and I can't see any good reason why that couldn't be disclosed.
Okay thanks 2C. I'm just tired of all the negativity from the prophets of doom here and was hoping for a bit more substance in the PR today. Hopefully we'll get some real details about the deal soon.
That's so pathetic! You've explained to them in detail what is required and this is the best they can come up with? Just more fodder for the naysayers. Very disappointing.
Interesting. However when a news service publishes a company PR it proves absolutely nothing at all. These news services do zero DD. I know this from bitter experience.
Having said that I do believe this is the real deal. Go AURC!
Thank you for this, Joe. It is very helpful.
About 100 million shares issued for services, eh? Presumably they are included in the ~330 million O/S that Party mentioned.
It would seem that the 10% share dividend is not included as they are only getting those shares issued now.
Final O/S should be ~363 million (330 plus 33).
Thanks misterbull. I would think that K means thousands (as in kilometers, kilograms, kilobytes etc). So 60K would be sixty thousand.
I was responding to Asus who mentioned that he knew people with 60M shares. He indicated that this was a large number and 60,000 AURC shares isn't a lot. On the other hand it's hard to see anybody holding 60,000,000.
C'mon Joe, give us the scoop. What else did Martin have to say after he cooled down?
People with more than 60M shares? That's over half the float. Big rollers by the sound of it.
Can you guys go and chew the fat some place else. This is an AURC board. Thank you.
"That-signing-part-was-contemplated to transpire beforehand within the given framework"
Can anybody translate this into English?
I hope you're right. The constant negativity here is wearing me out. Let's get this buyout done and get on with our lives.
Thank you, Party. You had me worried there for a while. Can these jokers get anything right? Sheesh!
Martin is in Canada. Get a grip.
Huh? What's the story here? It seems Martin G denies this rumor. Do you know better?
"Many a tear has to fall
But it's all in the game"
Maybe that could be our theme tune. :)
You obviously believe the NSS story, Dave, and you could be right. Still no sign of that elusive short squeeze however.
Right.... even a legally signed document. Chances of that happening given AURC's track record? Think snowballs and hell.
Agreed. It really annoys me how this company continues to play into the bashers' hands. Jeez!!!
Absolutely. These PR's with minimum information are the reason this baby can't get off the ground. Maybe the BOD don't care about the shareholders at this stage if they have their money in the bag. Maybe they are working diligently behind the scenes and all will be revealed very shortly. We just don't know what's really going on.
I suppose it's possible that Kartix are being duped by some bogus bidder. We just don't know. Why not release the name of the company making the bid if they are on the level?
Makes sense to me too DOS. This stock is so frustrating to own. Surely after all the time they had they could have said more than a couple of sentances in their PR. No wonder the market doesn't believe this buyout is for real.
C'mon Martin.... get your act together and give us some details!!!
Kudos to you, Paul, though this long and at times painful saga. Your sheer tenacity and perseverance has amazed me at times. But you took the blows and you did it your way.
Very well done! Best to the missus.
Yes, Tim, looks like we're nearly there. Just puzzling why this AURCraft still can't get off the ground. It's been a long and at times gut-wrenching 18 months but the end is finally in sight.
Congratulations to all true believers. Hang in there.
Agreed that there is a lot that could be done on the public relations front to improve the companies image with the investment community. Reports on production for sure but even if the production hasn't been ramped up yet, they could tell us what equipment has been purchased, who supplied it and when it will be fully operational.
This has been a frustratiing stock to own. So much potential but so little to show after 18 months. It's up to the company to work the shorts out of the way. If they can't do that then sell out to somebody who can.
Do you speak Russian? No point in calling them if you don't.
We'll take that as a Yes so.
Good to get your balanced views as always, rrufff.
I know that Stargold trades on the Frankfurt market and the volume there is impressive. Also they put anyone who fails to deliver shares up against a wall and shoot them over there in Germany. (j/k)
I haven't forgotten Belchenko. Isn't he on AURC's BOD too and that hasn't helped the pps since he joined.
As I say there may be more to SGDM than meets the eye but at the moment I don't see them as a desirable partner for AURC.
Right. The inclusion of a major in the deal would change the picture dramatically.
True. We could all play 'fastest finger first'. :)
Would SGDM hold its price if it merged with AURC? Personally I doubt it... and I hope we never have to find out.
You think the American market is moral???? Now that's funny.
Vic, I just can't see why you think getting shares in SGDM is a good idea. I've looked at SGDM and can't understand why they are trading at the level they are. I've asked to be enlightened about that but nobody can tell me why.
They appear to be an empty shell. Somebody has loaned them a million dollars and they plan to merge with Univer which would give them some assets alright. It's true that they have an OTC BB listing which would help AURC.
A merger with SGDM would not eliminate the short problem however. The shorts would simply transfer to SGDM and then probably go after that stock with a vengeance.
I respect your views and would appreciate if you could explain a little more.
Agreed.
However many of us thought that the dividend would be cash and the PR's implied that it would be. There could be a few twists in the story here yet imo.

Correcting this list again. My vote is Yes but somebody had added me to the No list also. Party said take the money so I've added his name to the Yes list.
The audit as it stands is not suitable for SEC filing. We were told that LaPosta was going to come up with a consolidated audit and make the filings with the SEC. The fact that no filing has been made seems to indicate that the company is going in a different direction right now.
We've already established that Sokolov is the "AURC expert" at Kartix. Eik says that he spoke to him recently. Nobody said he was working for AURC.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=19162930
The audit has been published on the website to a great wave of apathy from the market.
Now if you had said SEC filings that would be a different matter. The audit on the website can't be filed with the SEC because it's not US GAAP compliant. If they can get the audit cleaned up and filed then there might be some hope of AURC climbing out of the toilet.
I'm not sure that management want to go down that road though.
They seem to be focused on the buy-out/merger/whatever.
