some whacky trades there, who's the lucky MFer that got filled those .11s LOL
Randomly looking @ potn and saw that 6.7mil dropped way below the bid, ouchh!
Great stuff as always!
Wtf?! Why do u not mention they are a CANADIAN BASED company, just as many other cannabis companies who operate in the US but are listed in Canada..... canada regulations not up to par for ya?
I’m simply exposing the fact you said they do not file 8Ks... well they do file lots of em.. an 8K in Canada = Material Change Report... my link shows you all of them plus many more filings, plus AUDITED financials...
nice try, u are now exposed, either that or just very ignorant.... https://sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00033202
From Crop IR... Bioscience is held by a private company (no name given) based in Europe and sells their product to the European market for some years now. Bio was created this month in California to serve as a US entity to purchase crops in North America. They cannot get enough supplies in Europe to meet demand apparently. Nick confirmed that Bio paid a deposit that will be over $850,000 in total. Bio is apparently securing a line of credit for $100,000,000 and the prinicples of the company have about $10,000,000.
I don’t consider any start up growth companies an ‘investment’... trade em and take profits... this leads me to believe you didn’t take any profits last sept/oct ... I’d be a raging alcoholic too if I had to see all my profits dwindle down week after week
Yup, I bet you flew out and did your DD on all their operations in person
Yes mr genius, thats typically why a company goes public, to receive funding to grow their operations... a few public offerings, some warrant conversions... it’s all part of investing, no need to scare people.. this will go when it is time... everything is going according to plan, no need for doom&gloom ... it’s almost 10am, time to down a guiness already!! Burrrppp!
“Nothing is easy in life... hard work, best efforts & thrive” ... does posting bogus messages on investor boards count as ‘hard work’ lmfao!...soon as you use words like ‘scam’ when talking about a real, legit company you lose all credibility & become a laughing stock... you’d gain more respect being more transparent..
You been sounding salty lately lol, got a vandetta out against frlf? When a trade/investment doesn’t go my way I usually learn from it and move on to greener pastures...
This is from Crop FB group.... “I spoke with Nick at Crop H.O. today about this Bioscience (Bio) deal. This is what he had to say:
Bio is held by a private company (no name given) based in Europe and sells their product to the European market for some years now.
This puts my mind at ease to some degree because Bio is such an enigma. Like someone said: Crop must grow their hemp successfully and they have had mixed success with that. Their Master Grower has much experience with cannabis growing but very little with hemp hence their recent test grow which saw success with the first pivot but second not so good. (apparently due to planting too late). But Nick said Crop learned and are ready to move forward but there is still much to do for Crop to prove they can execute.
On another note Nick says there will be an update about their phase 1 Nevada production facility within the next couple weeks. I don't expect it to help the sp. Only revenue will do that now.
Crop is also seeking hemp crop insurance to cover in case of crop loss. I was happy to hear that.
Thanks for reading GLTA....”
It’s obviously a typo, 2.2mil
Hehehe thx for the laugh... enjoy the long weekend buddy
Of course, awaiting exact terms of acquistion deal & confirmation of new round of funding from Merida
Ok got it..you seem motivated so I’m eagerly awaiting what you come up with.. can’t say I wish you luck though lol :)
All the BEST & ENJOY THE LONG WEEKEND everyone!
All it really comes down to is this... if you’re a long term investor then yes you got screwed and that sucks... that’s why imo it is not wise to long term invest in high risk early growth companies, especially that half of them cyclically run on nothing but hype...take your short terms gains then reevaluate re-entry when things cool down...I still fully believe in the direction of this company, especially after all this weeks news...yes they had a major hiccup, but thats life, you or anyone decides to invest a bunch of money into a HIGH RISK growth company, well then you gotta live with that decision when shit doesn’t go as planned...
You are right, the Spain thing should have been handled much better in terms of communication...I’m sure the Merida guys have lawyers advising them what they can & can’t do, unfortunately sometimes retail suffers in these high risk scenarios...IMO since the harvest PRs happened before they stepped in, they would not be liable for any false statements, and the old CEO is being replaced which will further bury this Spain fiasco...
Yes! My thoughts exactly...and I also definitely understand some peoples frustration, basing their high price targets in late 2018 on the huge POTENTIAL of the revenue the greenhouse could have brought in... unfortunately that didn’t pan out, not always smooth sailing when trying to exponetially grow a company, risks are always taken, they can’t control Spain’s regulatory body... I’m more excited about the way the problem was resolved, greenhouse debt gone, great new company acquired...
I believe those harvest PRs happened BEFORE Merida stepped in...
IMO, most importantly 90% of the liability of that greenhouse is gone, no need to find a new buyer, no mortgage payments etc... and IrieCBD moving their operations into the more cost effective Green Lotus facilities is a big plus.. that would imo explain why marketing costs were so low this quarter, as I’m sure they want to intertwine the 2 entities before a big marketing campaign rollout...
now we wait to see the exact terms of the all stock purchase, some may say $14M is a lot, but based on the forward looking statements regarding revenue, the huge contract with CBD Life, the added cost savings and overall future potential I would say it is a fair price...and since Merida is clearly running things now I would assume a new round of funding to be annouced soon...
A quick summary of the call via PR would be a great start to being more communicative. I'm sure many will not listen to it.
Nonetheless, for anyone who missed it: There will be a 30-day replay available, which can be accessed by dialing 844 488-7474 (toll free) or 862 902-0129 (toll), using passcode 52019104.
conspiracy indeed! feels like they didn't want people asking questions...
some great, exciting info on the call, but was there really only ONE person with a question?? lol
Hahaha ouch what a cheap shot, I sure damn hope you own more than me... 2yrs vs what was it? 30yr investing career... I would hope/assume you accummulated more capital than me and are able to play with much bigger sums of money!!
Still doom & gloom huh? Guess u didnt pick up any shares last few days :)
I believe he is speaking strictly technical analysis, somethig I would advise you study up, it will help you to know when to take profits and not feel such disappointment at times like these.. I notice you went through the same with pot* & frlf ... take profits my guy!!
You are wrong because there wasn’t any material event yet... they still own the greenhouse, all thats changed is their future plans for that greenhouse, which they told us about in the 10q.. and yess I do aggree with most they should have communicated this info better
Some people know that when the rsi is in the teens a major bounce is coming
I wouldn’t say this is a scam, come on now lol... my take is they took a calculated business risk by acquiring that spain greenhouse, had the recent elections gone differently everyone would be praising frlf for moving into spain ...unfortunately those elections didn’t pan out as planned therefore they are scrapping their plans for Spain... thats part of the risk of investing in early growth companies, huge risk huge reward... I do agree with everyone they should be more communicative..
“Cashing out” near the lows lol, buy high sell low, great trading strategy lmao
Exactly this! I think some on here forget this isn’t an established big board company.. the growth phase isn’t always smooth sailing...
Lmfao, whats with all those small whacky trades, is someone sending signals? Is it almost that time again? LOL
Indeed! I omitted posting the fact that being stubborn and hard-headed is vital to being successful at times...BUT at other times it causes a lot of butting of heads lol...it's all good we're all here for the same thing, MAKING MONEY!!
P.S. off topic but I do want to THANK YOU for your indirect help, mentorship, whatever you wanna call it...helped me achieve my goal of buying a house, with a HUGE down payment, making life so much easier and less stressful...ever since you showed up on the POT* board, been reading your comments and insights, have learned a lot over the past year or so...HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND everyone!
$FRLF
wow you are one hard-headed stubborn dude, did I mention anywhere they are competing with them? I was making a point to your ignorant comment about screwing the EU market...and yes FRLF management has stated a while back that a buy out in a few years is their exact goal... anyway I don't have time for this anymore, gotta go finish painting the house I just bought from all the $FRLF profits I've made over this past year and a half ;) ...I could tell you are a very experienced and smart guy but goddamn are you stubborn lol... you remind me of my father LOL
screw the EU? ...yes that's why CGC, ACB and others are all buying up EU assets...they must also think 'screw the EU' lol....as if Amsterdam wasn't the original 'stoner's paradise'
$FRLF
Call me crazy but I would argue that your posts are YOUR OPINIONS lol...and since your opinions are all negative why not just move on?....like the last poster stated, things didn't go your way, or not as fast as you'd like so you're frustrated, sucks to be wrong huh? lol
