Indeed! I omitted posting the fact that being stubborn and hard-headed is vital to being successful at times...BUT at other times it causes a lot of butting of heads lol...it's all good we're all here for the same thing, MAKING MONEY!!

P.S. off topic but I do want to THANK YOU for your indirect help, mentorship, whatever you wanna call it...helped me achieve my goal of buying a house, with a HUGE down payment, making life so much easier and less stressful...ever since you showed up on the POT* board, been reading your comments and insights, have learned a lot over the past year or so...HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND everyone!
