Great news today, traders taking notice and buying. Must be a large short position in there.
Called TA again today and got the same #. so at these levels and current float can become a momo play overnight. Waiting though where she makes a strong base.
Heavy volume whats the story, are we in the spotlight today? Maybe hollywood locals related folks taking notic. Recent Houndog film gathering much attention by both critics and silverscreen media
Called the T.A today and she gave me this number for float: 4,379,483. Call them; Atlas stock transfer, talked to Pam over there.
Interesting, this is the next horizon for Voip, the ability to use voip via your cellular phone. This is where wifi-enabled phones, which are just beginning to enter the u.s market, will come into favor. Skype has just released their Vox service, www.voxlib.com,
Voip Inc. is also in this arena, inpart from their acquisition of WQN (www.wqn.com) This is big and i'm in the process of testing both services to help lower my phone bill by eliminating roaming fees.
lol, looks like a lazy spammer
Pokervertigo the new head of VOII is just coming over from another pinky company, i beleive MVEE his name is Cataldo, look it up. before he left from them he pulled a 900-1 r/s the one before that he completed 2 death spiral loans.
Not to mention the company was just sued and paid close to 10million to settle with the company's own stock. Talk about a blank check.
And dont forget to add that its down 90% from last years price of 2.35-2.40. Is VOII a buy here? Do you know anything about the company? Do you know that its non-revenue generating alliance with google has been terminated? And guess what they are now considering getting into the click-to-call arena! 72 million float and financing done with stock at the high levels...
I dont have time to worry about VOII. and neither do any other investors with the current stock activity with VPFI.
VPFI this looks to be the base it runs from.
VPFI building steam, eod runner strong
VPFI building bid about to rocket!!
VPFI great level to pick up some cheap shares!
thats conservative, it could easily run up to previous highs with some attention. Its got the solid projects and management. Maybe some distribution news and/or projections. Maybe a famous spokesperson or director.......wont take make, its come down on peanuts.
Took a small position on a freind pointing out the companies website and tech, which led me to Grid a few weeks ago. Added on the dip and watching it from time to time as i agree with you that this is one for the near-long term, looking good
The company's use and/or alliance with grid networks sold me on the stocks validity. The availability of HD veiwing on my laptop is tremendous and the future of online media veiwing. RLTR to the stars!
Let me tell you guys something, no stock pump site is effective or any oracle thats hired on ihub or chatroom; those days are history. spam was effective, but it too has been abused and online brokers restrict trading in them sometimes for as much as 3 days. They are not hired because of their lists, knowledge etc. etc., they are hired so people have someone to point to, either blame or credit, TRUST ME! These forces that be abuse such sights or touts, some very prominent ones were called out and disgraced just recently on a stock that has a bid on only 2 days of the week.
Anyways, the point is we've all seen some very speculative stocks run to crazy evaluations resulting in many traders makeing money, just look at LFZA just recently, u think all that buying power was due to daytraders? On the flip side there are some sound companies on the otc markets that may not go up 100% in one week but rather take years...the choice is yours and no one else. A stock tout is what he/she is and no different than tobacco lawyer from the 70's, they will say whatever they are told. Or better yet do you beleive what all the candidates on t.v are saying right now, both dems & rebs. The choice is yours just like the money in your pocket.
It amazes me, i find a clixme link of a web portal and a company that may help give vpfi's product much needed exposure into the online viral marketing arena and all i see is people verbally badgering eachother......whats up with that?
Must read for all interested in VPFI and indicative of the company's mission to grow its business.
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/11/prweb467686.htm
follow the link and check out the click to call link,
thats Voip5000's product.
majority held by insiders who wont sell in order to hold control of their company. They are no. 10 in a feild of 240 in terms of traffic and so whoever needs this content will be willing to pay much more than this. This is only the first day of trading and no sighn of promoting. Those buying today were not daytraders.
There are 29.8 million shares of common stock outstanding and fully diluted
We can both agree cargo that this is a great trade and can only go up from here with limited selling pressure considering the company insiders wont be selling into any buying.

Now thats some quick thinking unity. Comapny doesnt even say on their website about the stock. Once the word gets out it flys to much higher levels
what do you mean "some of us" cargohauler? Are you guys a group of buyers. Well all I know is that when those buyers get bought out at these levels the stock moves much to higher levels. With the stock haveing conducted a r/s no one has a controlling block of share to effect the stocks movement or momentum that was easily killed with the previous share structure.
That would seem like a smart thing to do. But back to Pokervertigo's comment on investing in pinksheets or "hyped" stocks in general.
Today i purchased stock in Gofish.com (GOFH) at near hod levels. The company has no revs and neither do any of its competitors such as youtube. But does this mean its a bad investment / speculative play. Maybe if your Warren Buffet, but it didnt stop Google from putting a 1.6billion DOLLAR price tag on Youtube, which may never show a peice of revenue during its product lifetime.
company seems to have raised 12 million with the offering. Is on the right path and trying new ideas to promote and get themselves much more media attention, such as a recent dating themed reality program described in the article: http://www.mediaweek.com/mw/news/interactive/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1002914114
Lets get one thing straight though, neither youtube or Gofish are producing any meaningfull revenues BUT the recent sale of youtube to google for 1.6billion has set a bench mark on the importance of big one stop websites to have such features and free content in their arsenal. Looking for buzz to spread on financial websites and published media concerning Blowfish and others in the very near future.
Where does it go from here, been reading sec filings all day on it.
Site traffic impressive and may grow as youtube becomes more restrictive on proprietary material. Gofish also seems to be gaining much attention from overseas (pacific rim) investors.
I beleive Pokervtertigo that the entire equity mkts mentality has fallen to this level, from the big boards down to the micros.
even those outspoken puppets on tv do not promoke long term investments.
Nice response Pokervertigo but we have differing opinions of the pink sheets. Yes there may be value plays but with the restrictions and unavailability of info on many of these stocks its difficult to make "value" investments rather than "assumptions" or prognastications. In addition these value plays may have great share structures but they fall into the old theme of "if a tree falls and no-one hears it will it make any noise" in other words is it or its sector in favor.
We have to assume that something is going on with VPFI, putting the pain from the past aside. Dollar wise it has not done this type of volume in some time and interest is building. I have taken positions post r/s and monitoring its daily movement.
the way its moving upwards with such ease from the 0.30's indicates how small the float is. May be much smaller than than i have assumed of approx 4 million shares. Float may be 1.2 million.
As for the market cap that value may only hold up after 2years because those shares can not enter the market for another 2 years.
In other words those shares may not be used as collateral or factored into any current value because they in essence locked up or off limits.
Wow Gofish went public silently utilitzing the reverse merger procedure on the OTCBB market.
Thats the spirit PokerVertigo, Im not looking for another wife?
Once again Poker you have not done your homework. VPFI was dgko a food/hospitality provider up until March/April and then became VPFI. Prior to that it was a dormant shell company up until last January, which is when the present company purchased the shell and reversed merged their company into it. This was their first and hopefully last reverse split.
Hey PokerVertigo, thought you had left us, u are officially the only person on this board who made a profit. Boonmarket.com what kind of name is that? I could think of a better name for a stock pick site, oh well it seems to be working form him. we're paying to post on ihub and hes gettting paid to post, similar to many on ihub in highly populated boards. The only bright spot with boonstock is that he got paid with cash, no dilution, and i doubt he has any effect on the stock price, who has ever heard of that site?
as i posted before, give me one company that has completed a reverse merger and not completed a reverse split. They all do but they do it prior to launching their company into the public eye. After two years yes the restricted shares do become available, but why would they dump them, that would mean loss of power; whoevers got the most, controls the company! right?
Its like youre house, if they the amount owed to the bank is greater than the equity, who trully owns the house? Not you but the bank.
and dont forget that over 96% is restricted for another 2 years.
