The market can be brutal at times, I have definitely had setbacks in past. I noticed the pullback a couple of months ago and I felt that I had to pull the trigger at that point, glad that I did. Through DD I know that is the way of the future. Yourself and others have played a large part with your DD for me to pull that trigger. Thanks to all for the hard work everyone has done.
I haven't been in as long as most of you on here, but I have been monitoring this for some time and was waiting for the right time (financially) to take a position. Big things are in store for us, patients will pay off, pun intended.
I'm still trying to accumulate more shares.
Ok, I'm at work and only caught a glance at a couple of posts. I wasn't trying to insult anyone. I saw $100M and thought to myself, I know this is worth a lot more. Thanks.
Is it me or does $100M for this tech sound a little low considering the industry? Thoughts?
I am curious to find out Jana's role, time will tell.
Oh I absolutely believe that. I think in time, they will be exposed.
Again, thanks for the info.
CL, thanks for the post. I agree, the bears are getting desperate, they are trying everything they can to bring this down. I think a lot of people are on to their game, after the proxy I wasn't sure how far the SP would pull back, I think it goes to show a lot of people know what they own. I will continue to hold strong and hopefully rewarded generously. I'm at work so I post when I can. Thanks!
CL, as always between yourself and others who post on here, great DD. Any speculation on the share exchange ratio?
CL, thanks for the post. I'm not one to be intimidated by the bears and I don't let them influence me. I'm going to continue to hold strong based on the evidence provided by you and others on here on this board.
I don't think it's a coincidence that as you and others have pointed out, why would the BODs increase their shares just to have them split? Also, the timing of the vote, there wouldn't be enough time IMO to perform the RS.
The only question I have now is, who plans on loading more shares on the dip? Will there even be a dip? What are your thoughts?
Gentlemen, as always thanks for the insights and DD. I know this question has already been asked, but "why wait to the final day?". I think something is going, I'm just not sure what.
That's what I was thinking. I'm trying to figure out what good a R/S would do to stay compliant. I feel there is more going on than what we know. I haven't seen anything about PR outside the proxy on here. I'm staying optimistic, however is there something I'm missing? I feel as though if they were to provide a ER this would put us above the $1 range for NASDAQ compliance. I really think something is going on behind the scenes. Thoughts?
Also, why is there no PR of any sort on their website or yahoo finance?
Regardless of the R/S, aren't they required to provide up to date ER to stay NASDAQ compliant? Am I missing something? I am yet to see one ER, so regardless of the $1 compliant mark, aren't they still non-compliant under the guidelines of the NASDAQ?
I like the way you think. Does your crystal ball say anything about share price?
I wasn't sure if it was operator error on my part. I've been having issues with my phone here at work.
Anyone notice the company's phones are disconnected?
MCIG's Supply Division Sales Reach $100k in One Week, per Yahoo Finance.
I can see them get delisted upon BO. I'm holding strong, I'm not buying what the bears are spewing, they have their own agenda. Unfortunately, I think people are buying their BS. I just wasn't sure what the probability would be for that scenario. Thanks.
CL, thanks for the info. I do have a question, is it possible that they will get delisted and then announce a RS? Not sure if that would be a possibility.
Anyone know why a post would get deleted?
Good morning ICLDers. Lets get rich today!
Thanks for the links. I didn't find anything mentioning China as well. I wonder what the reasoning behind that.
I was trying to post the same thing. I've been having trouble with the network here at work.
I owned shares of INNL, I blinked my eyes and boom, BO.
That makes sense
Boston, I agree with you. The evidence is there for a Zimmer BO. I was just speculating with all the other players attending this conference that a new company may be looking to establish themselves in the same arena.
That's what I am thinking. Even without a BO in the near future, long term looks promising. OohRah!
I'm currently looking at the sponsors for the NSpine conference currently underway in London. It looks like to me that there are some pretty big player in attendance, Zimmer Biomet included. With the possibility of a BO, could another big player be a candidate? Also, could this conference possibly serve as a platform for a sales pitch for a BO? Just curious of other peoples opinions.
There so many people over ST that are full of shit. I was poking at a couple of the them while raising the bull shit flag. My hats off to you, I don't know how you deal with them.
I agree, it does take time. Over at ST the Bear are talking how nothing was mentioned about BO in the filing. People can get ridiculous. IMO
Do you suspect BO is off the table? IMO, I feel this could possibly be a stipulation for the BO. What are your thoughts?
MCIG's Grow Contractors Division Exceeds Entire Q4 2017 Revenues in the First Month of Fiscal Year 2018.
That's what I was thinking, I but wasn't sure if there was some kind of requirement for a BO announcement.
Thanks, I wasn't sure.
Your DD and information provided is greatly appreciated. I'm fairly new to this and have a couple of questions. 1) Can a company announce a BO without providing sale price initially? Or are they required to provide the sale price during the announcement? 2) Do companies typically announce a BO before or after the trading day or during the trading day? Any help is greatly appreciated.
That's what I was thinking. Best of luck to you.
I've been following this stock for a little while. Just bought in today, I wasn't sure what would be considered a reasonable sale price. Thanks
I've heard Buyout pop up on multiple occasions. Any speculations on share price?
I guess nobody caught the sarcasm.
IMO, I don't think anyone should buy this until it's free.
