CL, thanks for the post. I'm not one to be intimidated by the bears and I don't let them influence me. I'm going to continue to hold strong based on the evidence provided by you and others on here on this board.

I don't think it's a coincidence that as you and others have pointed out, why would the BODs increase their shares just to have them split? Also, the timing of the vote, there wouldn't be enough time IMO to perform the RS.

The only question I have now is, who plans on loading more shares on the dip? Will there even be a dip? What are your thoughts?
