I must disagree. There have been no knee jerk reactions to news for months until the latest developments and topped by the Bloomberg news. I bought some shares around $2. It dropped steadily and stalled at twenty, twelve and five cents. I added at those three levels, especially at a nickel. There have not been any serious upticks or knee jerks in response to news until this past Thursday. There is starting to be some hope as the plan develops/ unfolds. I am optimistic. Glass it 3/4 full.

NVAX has more data that is being analyzed from trials. They needed a little more time to report very good news IMO. The negative phase III results from the respiratory vaccine were surprising and needed further study to explain. Buy the dip, IMO.

Yes and the posts here may influence some small traders, but have zero influence on those,who made 300 and 500k share purchases yesterday. Something is up and good.

Not simple. Multiple factors point to turnaround. Do a news search. Judge threw out $1B suit from Vivint. $1.9b settlement with Tepper. Asset sales that paid and eliminated debt. Some assets not ncluded in bk. Agreements developing with yieldco's. Undisclosed assets. More going on that commons don't know about, IMO. The Bloomberg news was positive. Read the Actual news.

Yes and there were several multi-100k share trades that went through. Best volume in months. Closed near high of the day. Settlements and deals being made. May keep crown jewel yeildco and other assets. Shareholders may not be wiped. Looking great!

(Eisai) filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Lupin Limited and Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in response to a “Paragraph IV certification” notification received from Lupin Limited in August 2016. The notification advised that Lupin Limited submitted an abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) requesting approval to engage in the commercial manufacture, use, importation, offer for sale or sale of a generic version of BELVIQ® (lorcaserin hydrochloride tablets, 10 mg).

The lawsuit claims infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,953,787; 7,514,422; 7,977,329; 8,207,158; 8,273,734; 8,546,379; 8,575,149; 8,999,970 and 9,169,213. In accordance with the Hatch-Waxman Act, as a result of filing a patent infringement lawsuit within 45 days of receipt of Lupin Limited’s notification, the FDA cannot approve the ANDA any earlier than 7.5 years from NDA approval unless a District Court finds that all of the asserted claims of the patents-in-suit are invalid, unenforceable or not infringed.

SUNEQ has so many assets they don't even know what all they own. It will be interesting to see what all turns up after 45 days and what the value will be of all of the bk and non bk assets.

Commons may or may not get entirely wiped out, but what I am betting on is that there will be a nice spike back above twenty cents within the next month or two. There will be great interest and bidding for the yieldcos. No money for Vivint is a big plus. Patents are worth who knows what. Many unknowns. Don't buy on what I say. IMHO fwiw, I think SUNEQ goes higher, at least briefly.

CHK will continue higher with oil continuing to rise. OPEC cuts or fear of them could send this over $7 near term. I'm surprised nat. gas hasn't rallied. Nat. Gas should rally soon with high electricity demand the heat wave in north east and New Yorkers being told to not use the AC.
