Fix the third party review sites with all the one star shipping reviews. And while your at it take down the totally unprofessional main photo of the man and woman with arms spread looking like they are nose diving into the ground with us, that is currently on your facebook and twitter account as the main photo. It’s so wrong for so many reasons.

thanks for the thorough post. they used to always ship on time. If they can resolve these shipping problems ASAP we probably could see a nice move in share price. As their products are really good and their definitely doing well with keeping the marketing campaign going currently.

Tim Zorn should take over again as CEO. He is after all the original Creator of Hemp Life Today. The company was always growing and far more respected when he was at the helm.
Ballas should just keep his shares and step down and see what Tim can do.
investors are so tired of how things have gone with Ballas in control.
They need to get back to GOOD REVIEWS they need to get back to ON TIME shipping they need to get back to a call center that actually WORKS they need to get back to a website that’s EASY to use and does no feel like you have to read a half hour infomercial before you find the products they need to get back to GROWING with real world loyal customers into an evermore respected quality brand.
They need to establish a new TRUSTING relationship with customers and SHAREHOLDERS.

May be good time to join the Million+ shares UBQU stock holder club. If you still believe in the company... 3-4k gets you your million shares and gets you in. theoretically there can only be 900 or less of us currently.

yeah their new phone system is totally unprofessional and immediately is an unpleasant experience for any customer who calls them.
1st off you feel like you are being yelled at by the loud commercial-like answering machine... way too loud i’m guessing this is from the OUTDATED concept that commercials should be made louder than everything else on the tv. for example when you’re watching a sitcom and then the commercials come on and you have to turn down the volume because they are way louder than what you were just watching. But on a phone message it is so so so especially annoying, it immediately makes you want to hang up.
Then they put you on hold forever if you press the option to buy or talk to a representative. And half the time it just hangs up on you after leaving you on hold for many many minutes.
There’s no after hours message. And my guess is the only way to get in contact with a real person is if you leave a message for them to call you back. It’s no wonder they are getting so many bad reviews right now because anyone who calls their number will automatically dislike the company after the phone experience.
Consumers are smarter than you think UBQU and they can see through the infomercial like marketing that makes you look like a sham... even if your not.
How about going back to a good old normal person to person call center during normal business hours. Where customers can get on the line with a real person instantly. (and when on hold simpler quieter hold message) And after hours have an after hours message that says leave a message you have reached us after hours. Either that or just have a simple 24hr message saying thank you for contacting us leave a message and we will return your call within 24hrs or for a faster response please contact us through our website. (as long as they actually do respond to ALL messages)
Either way the current SCREAMING infomercial phone experience has got to go.
Cmon management you should be better than this!
If only the rest of their company was firing on the same cylinders as their new blogs posts and facebook and twitter posts marketing campaign. this would be a much more successful company. because that component of their marketing seems to be the only thing running smoothly and proficiently right now.

ATTN: Managagement... seriously need to get HLT products reviewed and Listed on the Ministry of Hemp website with a very GOOD review by any means necessary asap. Ministry Of Hemp is dominating SEO results in many areas and all they do is review hemp products of all kinds.

If there really is "unforeseen high demand". One would think that could be good for shareholders and should be reflected in the next earnings report with higher numbers.
Really difficult to know what's misinformation, and what's not, right now... Some saying no issues with shipping... some saying delays delays, very confusing.
Anyone else want to chime in as to whether they are getting their products on time?
One thing is for sure, their face book marketing campaigns and new blog are releasing new material very often. So its not all gloom and doom. Marketing is currently pushing hard.

HLTblogs need more information less sales wording if they want to make a dent in seo. right now all their blog entries read like a commercial they need to read more like an encyclopedia with unique informative in depth information.
google always looks down on and doesn’t rank blogs that sound like an obvious sales pitch.

One of the best Hemp CBD blogs i’ve seen
current ubqu gross revenues dwarf FRLF revenues four fold. Even with all UBQU’s current management missteps which are a lot. though i do like what frlf has done with cleaning up its balance sheet as it claims it has in its press releases.
from the frlf press release:
“Tierra has already achieved in excess of $500,000 in revenues from January to June of 2018”
UBQU grossed i think around a couple million in that same time range.
