Tell that to Pylon Cam. After all, they could just tape an iPhone to the Pylon right?

PGA Tour hosts about 45 events a year. That’s a lot of opportunity for flagstick cam broadcasts. One only needs to look to the success of Pylon Cam in the NFL to see the value add to a viewing audience.

Now consider that the LPGA Tour also has about 35 events per year. I don’t think it is crazy to believe that a deal could be made with the LPGA Tour as well. Ohhh and don’t forget about the Senior Champions Tour for another 30 events and the Euro tour for another 40 events. Golf is huge opportunity by itself.

That’s a LOT of potential broadcasts for flagstick cam bookings.

All that really matters is what a judge says because a $39M lawsuit has been filed in Canada. I'm confident in a payout from that lawsuit. Others may not share that confidence.

If iSee Automation didn't like the contract they signed with BRK Inc then they should have negotiated with more skill or not signed at all. We'll see what a judge has to say about signed contracts. $BRKK

$BRKK acquired the company that has the technical know how for 5,000,000 shares in 2016 and all intellectual property that goes with it. That is iSee Automation which apparently became Vicareo Systems. The facts and the actual signed contracts keep getting in the way of your bias.

Fortunately Rogers Sports and Media is located in Canada and they are worth billions. We can just go thru Trudeau - no need for Putin lol.

iSee Automation / Vicareo Systems have always been powered by IMT VisLink since the beginning. I’m not sure why there is a controversy over outdated technology with IMT / VisLink powering it the whole time.

With that said, in this new generation 2 solution, perhaps IMT VisLink is no longer the hardware supplier. I do not know if they are or are not.

It would be nice to hear “you know Mightybull said there would be a court case for years, and look, now there is a $39M court case”! One can dream I suppose. $BRKK

Wrong. Vicareo Systems continues to win awards for their sports broadcasting.

It’s not hidden. The case number is on the website. Complain to Canada that they don’t release all court documents for public consumption without a fee paid. $BRKK

The documents on Pacer Monitor explains how iSee Automation was witholding things that were purchased (like the “ref cam” USA trademark for example, and the Rogers Media revenues for example). It wasn’t “a smooth acquisition” is just my point. This was iSee Automation’s choice to sell to $BRKK in 2016 for 5,000,000 shares.

I have been saying for years is a trial is coming to determine the outcome. I look forward to a judge’s decision in Canada.

Shares and money exchanged hands in contracts signed by iSee Automation and BRK Inc. You can see the signed documents in Pacer Monitor. I do not know if $BRKK will win this newest lawsuit or not. All I know is there is plenty of a paper trail to bring about a $39M lawsuit - and they have.

I have described this case using the following analogy before. This case is equivalent to buying a race horse, then the race horse is stolen in the middle of the night, then the race horse goes on to win many races. I’ll let the judge decide the outcome.

That’s why there is a $39M lawsuit. Their business was interrupted for 3.5 years. We’ll see how the lawsuit goes. $BRKK
