Sure they do.
Do not believe anything on this board. Do your own research ffs.
This 100%
There are no actual trials or efficacy results.
OWCP is a scam and now they've created so many bag holders they know the jig is up soon
Their dilutive financing model can only last for so long.
Not every trader is drinking the koolaid anymore. They've promised efficacy results since 2015
You don't think if they had such promising results for multiple myeloma (a incurable cancer that kills most patients in less than 5 years that they wouldn't be able to fast track funding and get FDA approval like every other legitimate drug trial?
This Mickey Mouse operation did great creating bag holders at 1.70 and now their "accredited investors" i.e insiders are cashing out their shares which they got in deals for pennies on the dollar.
Shame on OWCP
like everyone have heard "8 patents 100% owned", which is even stated in the PR video being distributed around here but after finally doing my own dd with the help of this site :
http://patents.stackexchange.com/questions/5595/how-do-i-know-if-a-patent-is-pending-or-granted
I then searched each patent application on this site: https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/search.jsf
I then realized all of OWCP's 'patents' are actually patent applications as they have only filed and paid the application fee but not actually applied for any patents in any country(National-tab on the site). Simple google search reveals there is no such thing as a provisional patent.
"The provisional application establishes a priority date for the contents of the application, but is never examined. Instead, 1 year later you can file a non-provisional application based on the provisional."
I find it misleading to tell investors that the actual patents have 100% been granted.
Something doesn't smell right but I guess it will all shake out soon and we'll all know what's what.
*reposting as admin said they accidentally deleted.
It does not say that in the filing. It is the same owners.
Did you even read it?
I would like to see actual efficacy results. We demand more OWCP!!
We will definitely see $2.00 since it's a Friday!
OWCP!!
This guy gets it.
He's referring to the fact that OWCP owns zero patents at the moment.
By patent I mean:
1.
a government authority or license conferring a right or title for a set period, especially the sole right to exclude others from making, using, or selling an invention.
"he took out a patent for an improved steam hammer"
synonyms: copyright, license, legal protection, registered trademark
"there is a patent on the drug"
OWCP has zero right now.
Thanks? But I already know they are the same entity.
Nice try. None of that is true.
That's the secret. There are no partners. No TEVA, no Medmar distribution deal and no patents.

The issuance of the Shares and Warrants was made in reliance upon the exemptions provided in Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act") and Regulation S and Regulation D promulgated by the SEC under the Act.
Easy.
Some people get offended when you bring up the truth. Everyone can make their own decisions but the gameplan sounds awfully familiar.
Promise of patents
Imminent product launch
Bankruptcy-->new entity
Same CEO on each document Mordechai Bignitz.
Some people are definitely getting rich off this stock printing shares while a boatload of others are stuck holding the bag at $1.70.
You have to wonder what people's motivations are when they choose to be willfully ignorant and not even want to discuss facts. My guess is they are insiders planted around us for the pump.
Let's choose to be more analytical.
Just 3 years ago OWCP quarterly reports from when it was "Dynamic Applications Corp."
http://app.quotemedia.com/data/downloadFiling?webmasterId=102426&ref=9720600&type=HTML&symbol=OWCP&companyName=OWC+Pharmaceutical+Research+Corp&formType=10-Q&formDescription=Quarterly+report+with+a+continuing+view+of+a+company%27s+financial+position&dateFiled=2014-07-29
"The business plan of the Company is to develop a commercial application of the design in a patent of a "Electromagnetic percussion device" which is a device intended to provide an electromagnetic percussion hammer. The Company also intends to enhance the existing prototype, obtain approval of its patent application, and manufacture and market the product and/or seek third party entities interested in licensing the rights to manufacture and market the device.
They even distributed articles implying the imminent manufacure of this proprietory hammer:
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/dynamic-applications-corp-announces-production-of-first-commercial-model-of-its-patented-electromagenetic-percussion-device-211961541.html
But later claimed bankruptcy and reavealed there is no actual manufacturing agreement. Thy were then required to explain their lack of disclosure with the SEC:

So once again folks, do your own dd and realize not everything ends well.
Level 2 looks like tides are turning. 100% $2.00 close today
Know what you own:
OWCP 10k filing:
"We are a development stage company with only a limited operating history and may never be able to carry out our business plan or achieve any revenues or profitability; as a development stage company, potential investors have a high probability of losing their entire investment."
They then converted all debt in stock shares and continued issuing shares to receive financing.:
"We expect that during the next twelve months, we will have to continue to rely on loans from and/or purchases of our capital stock by our affiliates to fund our operating expenses; we may require additional funds through the sale of our common stock from third parties; this will be dependent upon favorable market conditions and interest in our business activities by investors."

Now these early investors are cashing out as it becomes clear that there is no miracle pill for cancer or psoriasis.
Expect the daily sell-offs to continue. Yesterday would have been another bloodbath had it not been for the early exuberence from the fluff 8k released 2 days ago.
Everyone do your own dd. Its all in the 8k and 10k filings. Only risk what you can afford. This is all smoke and mirrors.
