Detailed Description
I received a call from Morrow Sodali "in regards to my proxy votes"
on 2.13.2018 from a woman by the name of Connie, calling on behalf of she said(Advantage)but I'm sure she meant Advaxis in regards to my proxy votes. this was pulled off my messages verbatim-(I'm calling with a courtesy reminder that your proxy vote for the annual meeting of Advaxis is scheduled for March 21 2018 is most important. There are eight items of business on the agenda for the meeting the board of directors recommend a yes vote for the election of directors and for proposals 2,3 and four. You may cast your vote on the Internet or telephone voting following the voting instructions provided with the proxy ballot. If you have any questions or wish to vote over the phone with one of our proxies specialist please call 1-877-787-9239....)
ok!!!! sure.
"Again" you can have the best product in the world, but getting it into the market in order for it to achieve its potential cannot be done without proper management or managerial skills.
It also allows TL to be less accountable for any actions that have occur under his watch. The less that is said, the less that can be held against him or management.
sure sh-t does happen, but there is a time and place for it.
No, it’s about recognizing the destructive nature of our management team and casting votes to go another direction. 10 million shares at two bucks, That’s about as destructive as it gets, maybe more destructive then Dans famous 40% discount to market after canceling an annual meeting three times and selling shares before actually having the AM with those shares voting.
AGREED!!!
I guess they fall under the category of the (5-W's,H1)
who?,what!!, where? when!! why & how.
plenty of time to reverse decision. on shares.
I can see why Advaxis hooked up with this law firm. pulled this off their site
"Alston & Bird Named One of Fortune’s Best Places to Work for Women" lol
But it doesn't mean they aren't privy to insider info!
I don't believe for a second, that Adage would allow those warrants to expire in July if in fact they still own them, and due to the nature of the company and how they conduct their business. In fact the only advantage that Adage has," And let me be clear" That it's not there insight that allows them to move forward, but the insider information that's given to them in order for them to make the right decision.
Good luck to all longs, hang in there, everything will work out just fine.
agreed!!!!!!!!!
I check my Spam in my e-mail and found my proxy link. you might want to do the same it will be sent by your brokerage firm.the e- mail was sent to me on 2.13.2018
Good point!!
agreed!
not entirely true, the day when the stocked price dropped to 2.42 I put a sell order in for 2.65 good for the day for 35k shares all or nothing bounced off against it several times but never executed.I was curious along the same lines as far as tutes or shorts grabbing, but it did not occur, all though the price hit as high as 2.64 on several occasions during the day. the stock price closed at 2.64 that day.
So I can't agree with you on that last statement.
All though I have noticed when placing buys if I do it at market it tends to execute immediately but if I do it at a set price it seems to sit around before it executes. I'm not sure why that occurs , but that's what I've noticed
agreed!!
Otherwise known as the good old boys club!!
I'm sorry blue but I would have to totally disagree on that, due the fact that Dan hired her there may be some reflection in which she feels obligated to Dan, and especially for instance as many have stated, Dan having ties to Adage. And again I will reiterate that typically" the apple doesn't fall far from the tree"
In my book I would have to say she would be one of the first to go in upper management especially during these times, having to do with sensative information in regards to Advaxis.
There are plenty of qualified attorneys out there that could take her place.
I agree, my feelings exactly, I felt an urgency on their behalf, trying to sway stock holders for yes votes across the board.
well at that point advaxis saves a lot of money, we rid our selves of self serving g dead beats, and the stock begins to climb.
agreed!
I voted the same also.
ok thanks!
But what if they hold off until the vote is IN when we authorize another 30 million shares then what happens?
Keep in mind that 30 million shares are gonna be coming into fruition.stock has been driven down by somebody holding a lot of shorts what a great way to buy back stock with 30 million extra shares out there. just my opinion.
Adage has approximate 9.8% (4M in shares) keeping them from having to report share trading due to the fact that they are under 10%.
If voting in 30M more shares, does this effect there %, and would there be any beneficial advantage in regards to Adage. The stock increase which would now be close to 72M shares thus lowering their stock percentage under 5%.Thanks in advance.
I had a call also today asking me if I wanted to place my votes in the same manner as you had explained. My response was I'd rather cast my own via internet. Twice during the conversation the gentleman came across stating that he would be more than happy to cast the votes for me today, each time I said no, I'd rather place it on my own through the Internet.
To me it sounded as though there was some desperation on the other end of the telephone in order to get votes cast
immediately. I really didn't have a good feeling about allowing this gentleman to cast my votes via over the phone. I've got a call in because I never did receive my proxy paper work from Advaxis.
Great, got it!
even if EU is submitted before the proxy vote, i will still vote No on everything except for stock issuance. Reasons are lack of communication from company in regards progress in all areas, as well as its lackadaisical approach to key issues and time lines!
they also need to ban shorting bio stocks that are running phase conditions under a specific market cap due to the length of trials.
I think I'll join you!
thinking in those terms, is just one of the under lying tones that tells me that everything is fine with Advaxis, except for market. Hopefully adjustment is somewhat stabilized and we'll see it climb
they're is a way to kind of put people's minds at ease,"see if there has been any major sell offs by any of the major holders!
It pays to know what a company's owners are up to. By watching the trading activity of corporate insiders and large institutional investors, it is easier to get a sense of a stock's prospects. While insider or institutional ownership on its own is not necessarily a buy or sell signal, it certainly offers a handy first screen in the search for a good investment.
Here is a quick review on how you can access insider and institutional-ownership information to make well-informed investment decisions.
Insider Ownership
Insiders are a company's officers, directors, relatives or anyone else with access to key company information before it's made available to the public. Savvy investors, making the reasonable assumption that insiders know a lot more about their company's prospects than the rest of us, pay close attention to what insiders do with company shares. Since insider ownership and trading can impact share prices, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires companies to file reports on these matters, giving investors the opportunity to have some insight into insider activity.
(For further information on insiders, see Defining Illegal Insider Trading and Uncovering Insider Trading.)
The Forms
You can retrieve reporting forms from the SEC's EDGAR database or the SEC Info Insider Trading Reports. Form 14A is the proxy statement in which you will find a list of directors and officers and the number of shares they each own. There is also a list of beneficial owners, or people or entities owning more than 5% of a company's stock.
The other relevant forms are 13D and 13G for disclosure of outside beneficial ownership, and Forms 3, 4 and 5 for disclosure of insider beneficial ownership. Insiders with more than 10% of the voting power file Forms 3, 4 or 5, and outsiders owning more than 5% file schedule 13D or its amendment form 13F.
Individuals file Form 3 when first acquiring shares, Form 4 to report changes, and Form 5 as an annual snapshot of holdings. Insider trading must be filed electronically through the EDGAR system within two days of the transaction, giving outside investors reasonably up-to-date ownership information.
Interpreting Insider Reports
High insider ownership typically signals confidence in the company's prospects, and the ownership in its shares in turn gives management an incentive to make the company profitable and maximize shareholder value. Indeed, academic research has shown that firms with significant insider purchasing tend to outperform the market indexes.
On the other hand, you can have too much insider ownership. When insiders gain corporate control, management may not feel responsible to shareholders. This occurs frequently at companies with multiple classes of stock, which means one class carries more voting power than another.
For example, Google's much publicized IPO in the fall of 2004 was criticized for issuing a special class of "super voting shares" to certain company executives. Critics of the dual-class share structure contend that, should managers yield less than satisfactory results, they are less likely to be replaced because they possess 10 times the voting power of normal shareholders.
(Read more in The Two Sides of Dual-Class Shares.)
While insider buying is usually a good sign, don't be alarmed by insider selling, unless there is a lot of it — insiders tend to buy because they have positive expectations, but they may sell for reasons independent of their expectations for the company.

We have had several days where the markets have plummeted and so it's made someone's job a lot easier collecting stocks at this price. Investors are nervous, so some one is taking advantage of what the market has laid out over the last week. That's my take on it anyways .It's not a time to panic. Good luck to all longs.
