Yes, the volume today was a great start. Let's see how the week/month progresses as we await the results of the leach.
Pessimist? No. Realist? Yes.
I literally posted almost the same thing right before you did.
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.
No one has ever planned a Super Bowl victory parade in October...
Belgie,
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.
Show me the gold, then let's celebrate. Let's not forget we have supposedly been here before with leaching and production, and those ventures have us (still) sitting below a penny.
Don't get it confused either, I'm all for them producing and selling gold.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, well...
I think everyone needs to cool their jets...Does anyone remember this?
Until they show results from actual sales of gold, anything that gets released in a PR should be viewed with skepticism...keep this PR from 2 years ago in mind...
CABORCA, SONORA STATE, MEXICO, April 17th, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mexus Gold US (OTCQB: MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) confirmed that it is producing gold at its Santa Elena mine. The first part of the mining plan is now complete with Pad #1 actively leaching gold, new mineralized material being place on pad #2, and the Merrill Crowe gold recovery plant now operational. We will be smelting and selling dore in the near future and will release results when prudent. The plan going forward will be to increase production to 10,000 tons per day and build out the mine infrastructure as necessary with increased revenue funding each stage. Mexus’ goal is to reach maximum output by December 2017.
One more question, Big D.
What do you anticipate the share price to be in September when the meeting rolls around?
Just give me your best guess...sub .01 still? 0.05, .10, .50, 1.00+?
There won't be much celebrating if the price is still hovering around a penny...

Any of these booked for the big event?
Counting positive posts won't get my investment into the green.
Can't wait to see what happens in July. Don't let me down Ellie!
Are you kidding? Listen to yourself. Go back and read all my posts.
When Mexus releases ANY official information regarding gold production and sales then we will see some action.
Until that happens, the only people cheering are a few on this board. Believe it or not, Ellie, there are a lot of investors that lost a substantial amount of money on this little endeavour.
I haven't said anything that isn't untrue. Prove me wrong!
How is there 'no logic' to my post? There is no point in putting another penny into this unless gold production happens. At that point, I will either recoup my losses and perhaps make a profit, or I won't.
There are far more lucrative investments out there that I'm willing to put money into in 2019.
What is so hard to understand about that? Investors are pissed about the promises of imminent production, which there has been none.
Now we sit at over a billion shares, with a R/S looming.
Keep buying mate. That's the ticket.
As a shareholder I want Mexus to succeed, however this type of talk is simply delusional.
Albeit I hope you're right. Might want to lay off the CAPS a bit.
That's the trick. Those that will be roasted by the R/S will fizzle out, leaving the few insiders to 'scoop up bargain basement prices'.
Once the share price inevitably rises after the splilt, (albeit at the expense of 99% losses by investors), those same insiders can tout the success story of Mexus going from sub-penny to .50, .75, 1.00 or whatever. Mexus miracle! New investors will be lured in to the hype, and PT and crew will have millions of shares to dilute at their leisure.
Is it too late to attend the Peppermill party? I live near Reno, would love to discuss the R/S in person with the Mexus brass.
Perhaps someone can refute these claims. Prove me wrong, Mexus.
What difference does it make? Extract would have been a better choice, but they mean the same thing. Not a big deal IMO.
Well, since I was unable to get any answers, I'll reply with a playlist that I believe is much more enjoyable for Mexus.

They certainly could. However, the post you responded to seems to discredit all the nonsense that has been discussed.
I'm not saying that parties that disagree are not well-versed in the law,
problem is when an opinion is formed as an ABSOLUTE, when new information is presented that challenges said opinion, that person is left with a difficult decision.
BOTH sides to the entire 43-101 argument have valid points.
IF a letter is sent out by the SEC to slap the wrist of Mexus, well THEN there will be some concrete evidence to base one's opinion.
Claiming FRAUD is a bit of a stretch.
Well then, agree to disagree. NO BIG DEAL.
The report prepared north of the border is likely to have some sticky maple syrup fingerprints on the cover...
All joking aside, this REALLY is no big deal.
I'm glad you can pat yourself on the back for being very conversant with the law.
By your logic the company I referenced is fraudulent as well, no?
Have a good day.
Your opinions about Thompson and Mexus are clear. However, saying that an international mining consulting company 'almost certainly mispoke' is laughable. It wasn't in some tongue & cheek conversation, it was written and published.
The comments on the article I posted ALL seemed to understand what was being referenced. Your repeated "READ THE LAW" posts make no difference to the FACT that you are off. I suggest you read the comments.
You seem like an intelligent person, but it also seems that your hatred for PT and MXSG will not allow you to open your mind to the possibility that maybe you're the one that could be wrong on this.
I'm not claiming that everything you say is incorrect, but this is pretty simple.
https://www.micon-international.com/ni-43-101-technical-reports-theyre-not/
https://www.micon-international.com/ni-43-101-technical-reports-theyre-not/
In Canada, if someone mentions a NI 43-101 report from XXXX company, I guarantee you the parties involved would understand EXACTLY what was being referenced.
Again, Mexus aside, you're wrong pal, just admit it.
I didn't mention Mexus, I only refuted your claim that there is there is
"no such thing as an "NI 43-101 report".
Now, you say, it's an "NI 43-101 Compliant technical report".
OR
NI 43-101 Report for short.
Look, not trying to start an argument, but come on man! Who are you trying to convince here?
How can one possibly expect a truthful answer from IR if pertinent news is being disclosed selectively? I emailed him the morning the PR came out and have received zero response...today I find out that PD has responded, but only on the private board? WTF?
Due diligence only works if information is made available to ALL investors at the same time. As many have put forth here 'Just contact the company and all questions will be answered'
Well, I did, and haven't received anything in return.
Don't think this was directed at me, but no doubt my opinions are shared by others.
Do I own shares in MXSG? YES!
Do I want this company to succeed and give me a decent return on my investment? YES!
Am I displeased with the way things have gone the past 18 months? Am I displeased with the lack of transparency, lack of disclosure, and as others have put, lying by omission? 1000% YES!
The ONLY thing that matters to me is if this company can make some money, and so far they have been a massive failure. Call a spade a spade.
So, what is your point?
Is the mole the reason we are sitting below .02 right now?
Is the mole the reason that MarMar is inept, and PT has been doing shady stuff for months now trying to cover it up?
The problem is, all the information put forth in EightRealtors post, if truthful, SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE PUBLIC IN THE PR!!!
All that information is relevant to investors.
So again, Ellie, what is the bigger issue here?
A 'well-respected investor' leaking information that's 'not for public dissemination'?
OR
The investor relations contact for Mexus SELECTIVELY DISCLOSING PERTINENT INFORMATION without making it public?
Private board? Where is the link?
Maybe I don't meet the minimum share requirements to be invited? What's the cutoff, 1 million shares?
Also, if the post regarding Paul Dent is true, then WTF?
I reached out to Paul the morning of the most recent PR, and have received zero response.
MODS -- PLEASE STICKY THIS/ADD TO IT AS THESE ARE QUESTIONS WE DESERVE TO HAVE ANSWERED! ALSO, PLEASE REMOVE ALL MAR-MAR RELATED INFORMATION FROM THE SITE.
1) What date was the contract with MarMar officially terminated? Was it after the 3/19 PR? If so, why did that PR indicate they were "pleased with the progress?"
2) What is the true status of Santa Elena? Since MarMar is no longer on site, who is tending to things? Are independent contractors the ones running tests on the heap leach? How are they being compensated?
3) When did it become apparent that MarMar was not going to be able to fulfill their obligations?
4) Are there plans at this time to pursue another JV partner? According to the 10-K Mexus does not have any employees, so will the sites be operated by independent contractors? If so, again, how will they be compensated?
These are crucial questions that should have straight-forward, no BS answers. Investors deserve more transparency than we have received!
Lots of valid questions. I expected a PR today announcing XX amount of gold sales, not an announcement that MarMar has been dead weight for the past 20+ months and the contract was being terminated.
If you weren't surprised by that PR then you either:
A) Knew it was coming.
or
B) Knew it was coming.
Even those that have scrutinized MXSG the most had to have been a little shocked by it, especially considering the last PR from 3/19 stated "In addition, the mine engineer at the Santa Elena is pleased with the progress and expects a substantial increase in production moving forward."
Calling Don, attention!!! 8thaero your attention is needed!!!
WHEN YOU SPOKE TO PT DID HE DISCLOSE TO YOU THE INFORMATION IN TODAY'S PR REGARDING THE TERMINATION OF THE MARMAR JV? IS THAT WAS IS MEANT BY 'NOT PRIME TIME READY'?
Have you told your wife about today's PR yet?
