1) What date was the contract with MarMar officially terminated? Was it after the 3/19 PR? If so, why did that PR indicate they were "pleased with the progress?"
2) What is the true status of Santa Elena? Since MarMar is no longer on site, who is tending to things? Are independent contractors the ones running tests on the heap leach? How are they being compensated?
3) When did it become apparent that MarMar was not going to be able to fulfill their obligations?
4) Are there plans at this time to pursue another JV partner? According to the 10-K Mexus does not have any employees, so will the sites be operated by independent contractors? If so, again, how will they be compensated?
These are crucial questions that should have straight-forward, no BS answers. Investors deserve more transparency than we have received!
