i'll post daily to protect others from making the same mistake I did
4 billion shares authorized to be dumped at any time. only 2.5 million outstanding. Reverse splits when they said they wouldnt. CBD and blockchain band wagoning.
wasnt share structure better a year ago before the reverse split that they said they wouldnt do? whats stopping them from dumping the rest of the 4 billion shares?
pleased to be using investor money on vacations to exotic locations , we sent him to so many nice places over the past few years
they been presenting for 3 years with no sales
cant even short this garbage with no volume
I use CDB too, but I invested in a laser company down 99% since initial investment
CBD and blockchain? what happened to the lasers? they keep getting shown around but they still havent sold ANY
no liquidity, no products, no future
all paid pumpers, buyer beware
what a joke and scam
Jordan Poyer had an interception and 3 tackles good for 7 points in fantasy football. keep up the good work!
insurance covers PT, massage, and acupuncture. and this seems like it could be used in conjunction with those therapies. im also thinking they arent yet approved to market as a cosmetic product, but am hoping that is some of the research the are still trying to get IRB approved. and people will pay out of pocket to look better
im a doctor and I concur with this message
even if shes bleeding a bit now, I just want to see some nice returns when I first started investing in this July. im greedy and dont want the extra capital gains taxes. lets go LONGS
well I know its usually up past midnight pacific , ill just wait till then
still going to wait for the otcmarkets.com site to update the current market value, but yes i do wonder how many shares they do plan on releasing and hope she doesnt bleed too long if she started again
you know what time the site updates? or other way to know how to figure out how many shares there are?

yes , two wavelength , but both infrared. You asked if the company had anything else, and they used to have pics of a green laser, but its not yet approved. it would be for different applications
looks like the same one found in their info PDF when I was looking into this company back in July. And its in the same casing as the infrared laser. I'll try to dig up the pdf since it doesnt appear on the site anymore
This green laser is under current FDA review from what I have gathered. Supposed to decrease pigmented lesions/spots, as opposed to the infrared laser for wrinkles. The prototype in the vid must have been submitted around 2013. would hope it too is close to approval
HANDHELD. MEDICAL. LASERS. FDA. Nobody else makes this as of yet. Lets hope they dont fuck it up

what you buy is what you get. DRP it or get the cash div
This is the correct article, sorry for confusion. the other article is about 1000nm wavelength
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3926176/
Here is some medical literature backing their claims
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2687728/
This study already acknowledges the technology works and compares ~600nm wavelength to ~800nm wavelength continuous vs pulsed therapy over a period of time vs control. Results were based on ultrasound collagen measurement and patient satisfaction. No significant difference between the wavelength types
It also goes into some of the scientific background about how it stimulates elastin from fibroblasts
I also got a call today confirming they have units ready to send out for purchase/testing in my office
The risk here is worth it for me IMO. An untapped market for mid-level and higher healthcare practitioners that want to be able to do low power laser treatment without purchasing a $100,000 laser system.
Nonsense! Screw policies and procedures and just wing it so we can make some pennies already!! its not like they got this FDA cleared product that nobody else seems to have .... oh wait, maybe this could be worth a lot of money if they plan things out properly and take their time
seriously, 37 business days approval! why should the company put money they dont have into things like marketing when they didnt even know if/when the product will get cleared and approved.
Too much OTC mentality here hoping share price will double in a day without considering what goes into a new product that just got cleared to market.
setup the team and execute with precision, keep it up
how difficult it is to get FDA approval?, I think this forgotten shareholder alert from March shows us a bit

" successfully completed a Skin Surface Temperature Study as requested by the FDA as part of their most recent request for more information. Using live human subjects, the test was required to show that the Time Machine Laser can maintain skin temperature within a specified range of degrees for a specific treatment times and other details as related to the usage on the live subjects. The test was performed by Laser Lab Corp under its approved IRB (Institutional Review Board) status to perform clinical studies for new possible usages, protocols and treatments for the Time Machine Laser Series. remember what you are getting here , a chance to buy the only FDA approved portable medical class 3b lasers before they hit the market.
Laser Classes:
Class 1 lasers: example: laser printers.
Class 2 lasers Example: barcode scanner/laser pointers.
Class 3a not exceeding 5 milliwatts radiant power. ex: laser pointer
Class 3b not exceeding 500 milliwatts radiant power. <---- THIS IS US
Class 4 lasers - excedes 500 milliwatts : traditional large medical lasers

Im glad the CEO has knows that it is the ART of medicine we are dealing with here. And just above these posts you can read "Mr. Schoengood worked in the medical education industry consulting for such firms as Haymarket Medical, Physician's Weekly, Genecom and Science & Medicine"
Spoke to my partner who is also and MD and owns a medispa, she knows of no such devices exist... yet. She has a large laser , spent $150,000 on it. Works great, has recouped its cost. Class 4 laser
These Class 3b lasers are the next laser step down from that giant machine. They are also smaller than what the competition attempts to make with clunky desktop models , or models that try to achieve the same results but using lower power arrays to get by FDA clearance requirements.
This is a no brainer. I dont know how else to put it . The first medical handheld lasers. At less than a penny a share.

its actually kinda dumb, we are going to own the ONLY class 3b FDA approved lasers I can find that shoot a traditional beam . the competition uses a bunch of smaller diodes together to try to achieve the same effect, but you have to put it much closer and lose the "laser" accuracy
but they do already exist. you can google medical green laser video and find a unit with no mention of MFST. Just wait until they ARE on the market and people will miss out because they didnt buy before the run up
once I have my hands on a few of these lasers (after training of course), us longs/major investors should go meet up for a party and Ill do complementary treatments !
Same approach here. No fear, add cheapies. Didnt plan on selling soon . doesnt phase me
You are right, there other lasers and therapies which do the same thing , whether its the LED infrared array without a beam, or a larger plug in plaser
thats what makes MFST even better, dont have to go around re-inventing the wheel, just make it smaller and more user friendly . This technology has already been out, just nobody seems to offer a portable beam type FDA version. At least I cant find any . Same goes with the green wavelength laser
The Substantial Equivalence part we will just have to guess as to what device was actually tested against
please show why I am wrong and give a real example of infrared beam portable FDA laser
that is not a beam type laser. its a close up one that either touches your skin or comes close because it lacks a beam
Ive already shared my knowledge and have looked for what is currently available and of course want people to do the same
thats why I really do ask if you think you have found something, why cant you share an actual example
why cant you show an example then rather than linking to a google search with no direct competition beam style laser
