If this is a sure thing and all we are waiting for is fda approval and someone to market and sell the product for Biel
Why is the pps staying the same place
Don’t you think that all the people that know about this company would already be investing in these cheap shares?
More people including competitors know about this company then just this Biel board....
If the tsunami is coming why isn’t the pps going up now?
Why aren’t way more people buying these cheap shares?
LOL.. I thought we were going to be approved on the fast track in under 30 days?
Now, it will happen when it happens...
Didn’t someone post on Friday that they got an email from Paul that stating Andy Whelan was working on a message about the status with the FDA?
If so, seems like he would only work on a status message if he had heard something from them ?
I sent them a list of about 400 email addresses for pain management groups
And links to about 10 other lists from simple google searches..
They replied saying they contacted the groups...
I also tried to register the user name actipatch with Mailchimp which is a low cost email marketing tool and someone already had...
they said they have tried to use social media in the past but since they represent the company they are limited to what they can post...
This should have been done for years to reach targeted audiences....
No middle man, easy to ship...
This product can be sold worldwide via social media, email campaigns and word of mouth from users that have found it beneficial
World wide....
And the cost to do that is basically zero... I’m talking 20 dollars a month and someone’s time to actually do it...
Major opportunity lost selling this to the people actively looking for pain management solutions across the entire world.
Total BS
People in pain will spend money and are right now looking for solutions.
If you are laid up in bed or on the couch all day because your in pain you will spend 30 dollars for something that will help you be more comfortable.
And you don’t have to sell a product to everyone possible person...
If 75% of the people could pay for a product Out of their pocket... isn’t those potential sales better then selling to 0% of those people ?
Let alone the people factor... of you have a product that could make people feel better .... why the hell wont you try to sell it to them?
You don’t think that someone that is in pain, on messages boards talking with others, looking for a solution would not pay 30 dollars to try it if others said it worked?
Come on...
They should have been using social media and email campaigns for years.. i am in IT.. it costs literally nothing ...
They should be doing it now driving up not only sales but demand for the product!!!!
Is this a great comment left by a user?
Yes it is...
So why the hell didn’t BIEL contact pain management groups years ago and get their product in the hands of end users?
People say it wasn’t their marketing strategy...
Sure seems like having people actually buy, use and talk about it is a good thing..
I don’t agree with or understand the lack of sales and pulling OTC products off the shelf....
I don’t agree with what they are doing but I have still kept buying shares...
If you have such heartburn and concerns about your investment you can always sell and then you don’t have to be concerned with updates or sales..
It’s as interesting as the question of why BIEL would pull a product off OTC and require a person to go see a doctor to get...
Does their not recommend mean that it is not reimbursable in their area?
Look at the reviews... they are from 2-3 years ago
This isn’t new..
Building what base? They had 250k in sales last quarter....
Biel could have and should have been profitable for years
They could have internally marketed via social media and email campaigns to groups like pain management groups.
The cost is minimal.
They could have built sales and demand for their products while trying to to get approvals from nhs and fda.
Opportunity lost...
Just being in cvs will not increase sales.. people still have to want it and buy it
They could buy it online easier then going down into a store....
Ever heard of amazon?
You don’t need to be in a brick and mortar retailer...
You can buy actipatch online... you don’t need to be in a retailer for sales right now....
Sorry, don’t see being in cvs or any other retailer as a game changer
If someone wanted an actipatch they would find it online
Your an investor in the company
The company loses money each quarter...
Why would you want to pay half price?
Why are US sales that important? You have the whole world to sell to right now!!!
There is this thing called the Internet...
And people looking for pain management solutions in other countries outside of the us..
There is this company called amazon... there is a Biel website where you can buy product..
You don’t need sales in the US to have a successful and profitable company
Because it could be a good opportunity
But it won’t matter if they can’t sell product
Don’t you think that when negotiating with another company on deals or a buy out that if you have proven sales and demand for the product that you are in a stronger negotiating position?
Seriously, why use a discount code to buy product
We all know it works or we wouldn’t be on here..
If people on here want sales to increase..
Why are they using a discount code to buy product?
No it doesn’t...
Time means nothing...
Sales means something and right now there isn’t any...
A voice of reason...
I doubt the fda approval will have any major impact on the pps..
It hasn’t before when Biel got fda approval
Why would we get to .18 by Xmas?
If big players wanted to invest or purchase the company they would do it now...
Or are the people on iHub the only ones in the know? Come on...
I posted earlier this week with some pain management group emails I found doing an internet search
I emailed Biel with the information and just saw that they responded to me the same day saying they had already emailed the groups.
They were very quick in responding....
It has nothing to do with relaxing or waiting for the fda
Why wouldn’t a company try to sell their product to a consumer that is looking to buy it ?
It would cost no money to send a few damn emails out...
No advertising money to do it...
The company would be profitable ...
I said I wouldn’t post again.. but here I am..
It’s great that the Biel group has 1k users
I am more interested in the hundreds of thousands of users on Facebook in the pain management groups..
People looking for solutions to their pain problems.
I am obviously not as smart as other people because I can’t figure out why Biel wouldn’t send out a few emails to those groups... would cost nothing...
Let me do the math...
800000 users in pain groups... let’s say half buy one to see if it helps their pain
400,000 x 5 dollar profit on each actipatch = 2 million dollars
Then those pain sufferers re order 5 times over the course of the year...
5 x 2 million = 10 million dollars..
And that is just Facebook groups.. what about all the other pain management groups outside of Facebook?
So why again do we need the fda clearance?
Think about it....
LOL... I am not talking about a press release
I am talking sales.. or lack of sales in this case....
Why would you produce a product... actipatch
Get it approved for sale by both the FDA in the US and NHS in the UK
And then not appear to even try to sell the product?
People thought that Actipatch in CVS was such a huge win...
Others are asking why only in CVS...
Why not sell as many as you can, wherever you can....
Now.... not later ...
150k in sales?
Including in the UK where NHS is paying for it?
where do you think this puts a company when negotiating?
And why are we just talking US sales and the soft roll out at CVS
What happened to selling the product to the rest of the world including England where NHS has approved it?
Then why do they sell actipatch on a website they own?
What about the countries outside of the US?
Your company lost 750k last quarter
You have a product you could sell now to consumers that is FDA approved.
Why wouldn’t you?
Don’t you think that a company would be in a better negotiating position if they had proven sales and demand?
There are pain sufferers everywhere that could buy actipatches now
All advertising doesn’t cost money
There is a Facebook group of 300k pain sufferers looking for answers
I found lists of thousands of pain groups on the Internet...
You don’t think they would buy actipatch for 30 bucks
They are in pain and looking for relief
It is really more then about sales, it’s about helping people. But if you don’t have sales you don’t have a company
You know why you don’t hear about products that don’t sales?
Because the companies aren’t in business any longer
Don’t confuse questioning decisions with being negative
If BIEL has two products already FDA approved in the US
Where are the sales?
Why pull otc in England just because NHS approved to reimburse? Let alone that each regional body has to approve for reimbursement?
Why is aspirin sold otc when it can be prescribed by a doctor? Because you will get more sales and not require you to go to a doctor..
As someone investing in a company I would like to at least think I understand decisions that they make... I don’t
It’s a serious question...
I plan on sending out an email about actipatch to pain management groups that I found on the Internet
These are people that are actively looking for solutions to manage pain...
If those aren’t potential customers ...
Who is?
Since Biel doesn’t seem to use email \ social media for marketing...
And people on this board doesn’t see value in it....
I am curious if the company has problems with us referring others to use the product in general?
