I agree with your excellent comments, unfortunately, I doubt NWBO can win this fight as the judge can be swayed by political influence, and the lobbying by Wall Street and hedge fund managers to the Senate is immensely strong. If NWBO wins this lawsuit, it will cause Billions in damage to the US market and the politicians will not allow that. I am long with 100K shares & I want to see us flourish, but this lawsuit will not to do that. Another point to note is that even if we win , it is years away. Only approvals from UK & FDA will save NWBO.
