Axis Technologies DDH Ballasts Now Being Installed in Zorinsky Federal Building in Omaha, NE
Business Wire - November 22, 2006 09:39
LINCOLN, Neb., Nov 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG) announced that over 1000 Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) ballasts are currently being installed in the newly renovated Zorinsky Federal Building in Omaha, NE. This building will house the Army Corp of Engineers, the Secret Service, and other federal agencies upon completion.
A previous evaluation was conducted to determine the economic and environmental costs and benefits that would result if this 12-story, 415,000 square foot facility converted its current lighting system to a more energy-efficient system (i.e. joined the EPA's Green Lights Program). Lighting accounts for 20-25 percent of all electricity sold in the United States. Costs considered in the study included the cost of retrofitting the building's existing lighting system and the cost of disposal of the current lamps and ballast fixtures. Benefits included a reduction of electric utility costs and a reduction of emissions of SO2, NOX, CO2, and CO from electric utility power plants. Environmental and health issues for air pollutant emissions were also addressed.
The results showed that significant reductions in utility bills as well as reductions in air emissions would result from a major building converting to a more energy efficient lighting system. The results showed that conversion of this large building would reduce SO2 emissions by 14.6 tons/yr and NOX emissions by 6.3 tons/yr. In addition, the conversion would reduce annual energy costs by approximately $114,000.
"We are very proud that Axis products have been included in a landmark renovation such as this one" said Axis CEO Kip Hirschbach. "Our products are being used extensively in projects such as these where Federal and state agencies strive to achieve new green energy standards."
Federal Energy Act Provides Tax Incentive for Energy-Efficient Lighting
Business Wire - November 21, 2006 16:01
LINCOLN, Neb., Nov 21, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXTG) announced today that their product, the Axis Dimming/Daylight Harvesting (DDH) Ballast meets the criteria for Federal Energy Policy Act 1331 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 that went in to effect January 1, 2006. This Act provides for a tax deduction of $0.60/square foot when energy-efficient lighting, that meets the criteria specified, is installed in new or existing buildings.
For example, the owner of a 100,000 square feet building that utilized the Axis DDH ballast system would be eligible to receive a $60,000 tax deduction. For non-tax paying entities such as schools and government buildings, this deduction may flow through to the lighting designer. This deduction is in addition to any state or utility rebates/incentives available for dimming/daylight harvesting products.
"Green initiatives are quickly becoming the norm as our society becomes more informed with regard to energy conservation and environmental issues. As many new laws and initiatives are introduced we feel that we are definitely in the right place at the right time with our unique product. We are confident that this new Act will have a tremendous impact on future sales for Axis," said Kip Hirschbach, CEO of Axis Technologies Group, Inc.

Sorry about the dates but i hope the point was made. Champagne wishes to you.
How come so much silence? If you can't take the drop in price your in the wrong place. If the volatility will cause you to kick your cat all weekend, try this link http://www.thetradingdoctor.com/
I bought in case it broke resistance at .4 and held some in cash in case it retraced back to support. I've stated that I might sell a piece at .9 but this back and forth is expected. Taj's prospects haven't changed. Have you ever desperately sold on Friday only to have the stock regain the next week? have you ever "kicked the cat" all weekend waiting to sell on Monday and get out of your misery only to see in the coming weeks that your research and expectations, in the beginning, were right after all. well guys enjoy your weekend,'ll definately enjoy mine because I'll never get a chance to experience 10/3/2006, 10/04/2006, and 10/05/2006 twice. Just my opin.
Look at the market as a whole. Alot of red today. Pre-election jitters might have alot to do with it. Taj's prospects haven't changed.
HAts off to the upkeepers of the data on the board. All that's needed to say has pretty much already been said and posted. To all a good night, tommorrows another day.
"The company is essentially building a cross promotional marketing vehicle to
ensure success for its online and land based businesses. Naturally, enthusiasts
of the game who aim to play and win at the World Series of TeenPatti, will look
to practice the game online, as so many Poker players have been doing for years."
"Management explained its intent to build immediate brand recognition within a
global network, allowing it to be one of the strongest forms of communication to
the Indian and South Asian community worldwide. If successful, the company has
the ability to be an influential voice within South Asian culture, fashion, and
entertainment, opening limitless potential for Taj Systems and its marketing
clientele."
Nothing has changed about Taj's prospects. Buy on a dip. It seems that Taj and friends are bringing a Conglomerate oversees to Indians worldwide. just my opinion.
India news
"“There’s a herd mentality at play, with neither foreign investors nor domestic players wanting to lose out on India’s growth story,” says Kapadia. “Indian mainline companies are growing at 30%, the economy has seen growth rates above 8% for a while now. That’s not a fluke. India is bound to command a certain premium,” he adds."

India is hot, period.
"India boasts one of the fastest growing economies in the world;
The growth rate of Internet users is higher than any other highly populated country;
Card playing is a favored past time among millions of Indians, men and women;
First-to-Market advantage – the market has been largely ignored during the early online gaming expansion resulting in virtually zero competition today;
Most of all, being Indian, we know our market better than anyone else"
This is what is the "patience" factor
"Bring on two more licensees for TeenPatti software (currently under negotiations)"
Hats off 2 u phan. 2jobs, shyte, we'll party at .90, that's when I expect some stalling. .9 is the only resistance I'm concerned with.
.43 on Monday
Just my opin
Look at the chart on the board page. yesterday was 10/16, today is 10/17 tommorrow is 10/18 and either tommorrow or Monday is the next breakout.
Just my opin.
"It'll work itself out fine
All we need is just a little patience
Said sugar make it slow
And we'll come together fine
All we need is just a little patience
(inhale) Patience...
Ooh, oh, yeah"
Guns and Roses
Patience
You are not alone. lol
"Priority one is completing the move, followed by completing the audit, and subsequently upgrading our listing to a more senior exchange if possible."
I like what I see, in fact, I'm voluntaring the use of my Jetta for their move, the use of my sliderule for their audit, and I'm contacting a friend that works security at night at the NYSE for his input about listing.
Seriously though, the more I see, the more I like.
The $500,00 in financing recieved with the poss. of $5 mil for next year is assuring that they have backers which make dilution and any "death spiral" unlikely. For Patel to seem so concerned about moving to a "more senior exchange" suggests that Taj is serious about being a major online gaming powerhouse. All eyes are on China but what about the money pouring into India waiting to be turned into venture capital. Financing shouldn't be a problem for them. revenue shouldn't be either because the Indian communities worldwide, even a small percentage, should provide the momentum. Advertising in Indian papers should make the cost of acquiring revenue, and players, nill. Subsequently, keeping the share count tight.
The more I see, the more I like.

Nothing right now, the ball is in Taj's court. The tight share count and the high pop. and commitment of the Indian communities worldwide is what attracted me. The ball is in Taj's court. Their PR stated the 100th country of membership penetration. That's impressive, their World Series will truly be a wWorld Series with that kind of "spread of influence" this game once broadcast could be massive. The ball is in Taj's court. Just my opin.
I'm not so mouch concerned about pullbacks as much as I'm waiting for a major media company signing to broadcast the WSOT. Taking the share count as 25mil, I'm expecting .80 to .90 range. PRs relating to progress of sign-ups, partner negotiations, sponsorships, etc.
It seems that they're plugging the Tube along with the #1 cable programs like Sex and the City. The local cable network is giving the Tube ads as if it were already a top offering.
Morning Mr. Crab, what I wouldn't do for a Led Zep or ELP jacket. I remember Mr. Roshkind's Elec. Lab with music playing just barely enough to hear it. Steshko the lab tech told me it was Pink Floyd. I said who the hell is Floyd and is his name really pink. It was during High School that I found out that "smoke on the water" wasn't a weather condition, Fleetwood Mac wasn't the name of a car or a pimp, and some are gratefull to be dead. I would love to see memorabilia offered for sale on the Tube website. I'm sure The Rolling Stones still sell a ton of "tongue" jackets. I must admit I still get a boner watching Stevie Nicks. I never thought that I would still enjoy Pink Floyd (sober). LOL
Awesome. I was back in high school again.
Did you just see the David Gilmour solo? Dam, I should have been a musician.
It seems that the tree is being shaken with a bulldozer.
