4 grower licenses will be awarded. Application review period until July 26th. Hold tight until then:
MMCC Receives More Than 160 Medical Cannabis Grower and Processor License Applications
MMCC Investigating Opportunities to Address Technical Issues Encountered by Applicants
Lithicum, MD (May 28, 2019) – The Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) is pleased to announce that more than 160 applications were received for medical cannabis grower and processor licenses. The highly anticipated 60-day application period for new grower and processor licenses closed on Friday May 25, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST. The new licenses are the result of emergency legislation adopted by the Maryland General Assembly and signed into law by Governor Hogan in 2018 to increase participation among small, minority, and women business owners and entrepreneurs in the medical cannabis program.
Due to extremely high traffic levels around the submission deadline, some applicants may have encountered technical issues submitting the application using the online application portal. The MMCC is committed to working with each impacted applicant to ensure their concerns are addressed. The Commission is working to investigate a number of different technical issues encountered, the precise nature of each issue, and the extent to which any of those issues could have acted as a bar to prevent the timely submission of an application that would have been completed on time but for the technical issue.
“We know how hard folks have worked over the past several months to put together highly qualified applications” said MMCC Chairman Brian Lopez. “The Commission does not intend to penalize applicants who would have submitted complete application packages on time if they had not encountered system errors beyond their control.”
By Friday May 31, the MMCC will notify each applicant who submitted timely payment of whether their application package is complete or additional information is required.
“We will work with each and every applicant who faced a technical issue submitting the application to better understand the issues encountered and any opportunities to address these issues” stated Joy Strand, MMCC Executive Director. “The Commission has stressed fairness and transparency throughout the application period, and we remain committed to providing all applicants and stakeholders with a transparent view of the process.”
The application review period is scheduled to run from May 25, 2019 to July 26, 2019. An independent panel of subject matter experts will evaluate the strength of the applications across a wide-range of topics, including business operations, commercial horticulture and agriculture, commercial laboratory operations, communications, financial management, human resources, pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, and safety and security and present their recommendations to the MMCC. The MMCC intends to award up to four medical cannabis grower licenses and up to ten medical cannabis processor licenses.

Those are for dispensaries. SNMN/BayGrow is applying for a grow license. Big difference.
Looks like the end of July or August. Load up now while it's cheap.
Revised Application Timeline:
March 22, 2019 – Application Q&As posted
March 25, 2019 – PDF versions of the Medical Cannabis Grower and Processor Applications, Attachments A-K, and guidance documents posted. Sixty day Application period begins.
April 1, 2019 – Online Application portal opens
May 24, 2019 at 5:00 PM EST – Application deadline
May 25 – July 24, 2019 – Evaluation period
Looks that way, Troy is off on an Ireland vacation, mission accomplished
Common theme, never happened:
“Dog on Deck Productions is currently collaborating with SNM Holdings on preproduction of their new comedy “Potential”, slated for release in 2018.”
no revenue, never had any revenue, not sure it ever will. Back to .0001
Because the one thing he wants to do, make movies, isn't profitable (at least not yet)so he needs the other businesses to finance that.
I think you need to go back and read his posts from yesterday. There won't be any "major catalysts" until the mj grow licenses are issued, probably in August now.
It actually is big news considering some people on this board have claimed that the license will be awarded in the next couple of weeks. Now we find out that the application has not yet been submitted. This will run on real news. No need to make stuff up.
Your post should be stickied.
Thanks for confirming what I’ve been saying for weeks on here! Accumulate now while they are cheap!
or it can drop by half three more times.
Tons of news, yes. I'm talking about real news, the kind that leads to actual revenues, like an mj grow license. Getting current isn't revenue. Signing term sheets isn't revenue. Having Ray Lewis on board isn't revenue. Filming documentaries that nobody wants to see isn't revenue, quite the opposite actually. I'm not bashing, just being realistic that this isn't going big unless and until they get a license and that won't happen before July. So accumulate now while they are cheap. Pump it and flip it if that is your game but if you want the big bucks, be patient.
Because there won't be any real news until Maryland awards four new mj grow permits. July at the earliest. Accumulate now and hold on.
It's a pump and dump at the moment. If they get the grow license in July than it may be for real.
It only gets to a penny if they get the grow license or they reverse split. They tried the r/s last time, tanked the stock, and got shot down anyway, bringing us to where we are now. Are you saying this is a viable business without the grow license? If so, then I believe you are wrong. Troy can sign all the term sheets he wants with payment processors, etc., but without the grow license it all goes up in smoke, or no smoke in this case.
That all sounds great, but it all boils down to whether or not Baygrow gets a license to grow from MD. If it does, pennies at least, if not, back to .0001. That decision is not coming until July at the earliest. If anyone doubts that, call the MD Cannabis Commission yourself. It should bounce around at these levels until then.
Wouldn't that be nice! Let's get it to a penny first...
.004 by the end of the week!
Big things in the works! This one’s going to be huge. Do you due diligence, call the Maryland Cannabis Commission and check on the status of Baygrow’s application for a grow license:

True, the only update that matters will come in July when Maryland issue the mj grow licenses per their official cannabis commission website. Getting current will be good, but anything other than the license is bs. Patience here, accumulate where you can, knowing you will lose it all if they don’t get that license.
Be patient, Maryland grow licenses won’t be awarded until July.
Your truck is parked, my truck is parked, I told the other guy to park his truck. I don’t see why you’re bashing me when we are in agreement. The only thing we may disagree on is whether this is a viable company without the grow license. I don’t think so. So all we can do is wait for the licenses to be awarded. Some people think that will happen soon but from what I’ve read on MD’s official website is that the evaluation of applications won’t end until June 31st. Other people seem to have sources that say otherwise.
Where are you getting that information? Don’t get me wrong, I would love it if that were true. I don’t want to wait until July either. I’m not bashing the stock, I’m long on it, but I want the price to rise based on real information so it doesn’t crash like last time. I know you were here for that. Anyone that doesn’t want to wait for real news is just pumping it in my opinion and that didn’t end well last time.
I sent a link to a Govt website that says the grow licenses will be awarded in July. You sent a message saying you own half the float.
Who is more credible?

They have an application for a MD grow license that will be decided in July. Other than that, the company has no revenue and no hope of revenue, so that's what's wrong with it. This run is a bit early, in my opinion. It was sparked by the fact that their attempt at a reverse split was declined. Hold your stock and come back in late June.
Maryland will announce the grow licenses in July. Any news before then is worthless. They will either get a license or not. If not, then back to .0001.
That’s the plan. Of course, that was the plan last time too, just procrastinated and got burned.
I got caught holding the bag last time when they attempted the reverse split but that’s off the table now and they own a share of an mj company that has a pending application for a Maryland grow license. That will be decided in July. If they get that license then the sky’s the limit. I could break even if I sold now but I’m going to hold on for a while and see what happens.
My Wells Fargo branch just replaced its Diebold ATMs with NCR. The first thing the NCR did was chew up a check I deposited, or tried to deposit.
If they get approved for an mj grow license in Maryland in July then it should.
There won't be any useful news until July when the MD grow licenses are awarded. Anything before then is a lot of BS. I still think it is worth loading up now in anticipation.
I just hope we don’t lose momentum before the real news hits.

Not to mention FINRA denied the RS
The Commission will receive public questions on the Applications from stakeholders and interested members of the public for 30 days after posting until February 11, 2019 at 5:00 pm.
The Commission will review all public questions for potential revisions prior to finalizing the Application which will be released on March 1, 2019 (anticipated). The proposed Application timeline is:
• Application Period: March 1 – April 30, 2019 (60 days)
• Evaluation Period: May 1 – June 30, 2019 (60 days)

I only missed out on doubling my position. Trust me, I'm hoping they get the license.
The only news we need to see is if/when Baygrow gets licensed to operate in Maryland. Anything else is BS. No license=back to .0001, license=pennies. Place your bet now.
Looks like our conversation last night spurred some action, nice! Keep on running
