In regards to your private message about CE removal, who knows. They've said all the paperwork is in. However i get the sense OTC called back and was like "uhhhhh we need these assets verified" so they hired legit auditors. Probably comes off with the financials. Either way it's just a waiting game. PGPM is definitely trying to do the right thing from what I see. I'm expecting big things coming after removal and many will be kicking themselves for not going deep at the current price.
