Good question. I have also read that the power capability in that area couldn't begin to supply the elec. required for such a large scale grow project. (Just consider A/C usage in the desert for all these proposed operations.) gl
Perhaps PNTV would also be interested in this other mega mj grow area proposed near the one in the Desert Palm Springs? gl with your DD.

Looks like Blythe, Ca, just down the road is getting the "pitch" for a mj facility much like PNTV's possible location in Palm Springs:

Had not seen that pic...certainly A/C condensing units...look to be residential models.
You are correct Dj, there are 15 commercial units on the entire building. I once saw a pic from pntv of some sort of sheet metal on the end of one of the buildings, but certainly didn't look like anything a/c. Perhaps a previous tenant had some sore of extra filtration or something...dunno.
As for residential in the current Las Vegas market, the units I saw advertised by your local dealers were regular "split" systems where the condensing unit is located on a pad at ground level and the air handler is often a "horizontal" which is placed in the attic of gable homes. What I am seeing is the same equipment used in my Texas market. You go girl!
Beg to differ with ya on that comment.
If a company (PNTV) gets a line of credit, the company is required to pay back the loan amount plus interest.
In this case, the company never pays back the debt. PNTV sells the loaner corp. stock in lieu of money. The shareholders pay back the loan via a reduction of pps as the stock is sold by the loaner. Printing more shares is easy and cheap, so the debt arrangement provides a lot on revenue for the CEO to spend w/o ever making a profit selling a product or service. PNTV (CEO Mark Bradley) has been do just that for 20 years. Somehow, some stockholders just love the arrangement as a long term investment...
I am pretty sure the OS increased by 10 million to the now 585M.
Totally agree. There are a lot of poor decisions being made w/o regard for the likely future of this industry and many will get burned. jmho

Guess pntv didn't have any interest in doing any mj biz in Nevada City, NV.
My opine is based on this part of the report:
One of the primary concerns with the proposed regulations within the marijuana industry is the further monopolization of sales channels. Substantially all dispensaries operate their own cultivation facilities. Because the initial costs to build out a storefront dispensary are substantially lower than the cost to build a compliant cultivation or production facility, most retail license holders constructed their dispensary first and purchased marijuana products wholesale from other cultivators. However, as the retail establishments have realized profits, they have constructed their own cultivation facilities and have largely ceased buying marijuana products from unrelated marijuana establishments. This “vertical integration” means that retail license holders primarily control the sales channels, and threaten to freeze out other license holders, including cultivators and production facilities. There are currently 88 active cultivation licenses statewide, and only 58 retail dispensary licenses. These retail dispensary licenses are not distributed evenly. In fact, some licensees control as many as five retail dispensary licenses.
The proposed regulations would create a small syndicate of vertically integrated marijuana establishments, which puts more than 30 non-vertically integrated marijuana establishments at risk. Because there is no limit to the number of marijuana plants allowed with a cultivation license, vertically integrated operators will soon have no reason to make wholesale purchases from independent cultivators.
Maybe I am reading it wrong, phase 2 hardly matters because pntv and the other dedicated growers don't have dispensaries to sell too. They have gotten grow licenses and are growing their own inventory.
Looks like the state politicians really hung the growers out to dry.
They better get several dispensaries quickly, as all the Nevada growers have virtually no retailers left to sell their goods. This appears to be a critical matter. Nothing else matters here.
From report:: "Substantially all dispensaries operate their own cultivation facilities."

Two weeks has become very important as it pinpoints the start of the next 2 week cycle.
Uh, sell that pntv puppy and make very good cash for your bank account. Watch others for more frequent opportunities.
It should be listed in the 10K, which we will not see until at least March 331, but more likely an extention will take it to April 15th.
Welcome aboard!
They have 6 grow tents for cloning and nurturing young plants and nowhere to finish grow 500, much less 900 adult plants, based on what I have read. So how do you figure?
Well, dj, they owe you an explanation and you should press them on this. The only thing I can think of is you were violating the T-3 rule on a wholesale basis. Good luck.
btw, FINRA would be the organization for the stoppage, not the broker.

If a loan it is not an "investment." If a purchase of stock, I would expect and SEC filing and info in the quarterly report too.
Thanks. Look forward to a filing. Not very trusting of pr comments by a ceo.
Can you point me to where it is written that the CEO invested $500k of his money in mcig? tia
LOL, old Pam might just be a perfect fit!
Who has the jurisdiction to renew the memo? Pres., DOJ, Congress....tia
"on a shoestring?" Hardly.
Last 10Q shows an accumulated deficit of $2.5 million for YTD and $36 million for the nearly 20 years that Mark has run this "thing."

Only reason is the option of withdrawing cash against your credit card for purchases. Don't see any other reason.
It would provide more cash for a customer to buy, buy, buy.
No fix. If they put in install the machines, then the employess won't have to make change. (state of the art technology) don't ya no!
Problems are:
1. Merchant can't get a bank to process the card used to shop their store for mj items.
2. Actually, the biggest problem is that the IRS will not allow for the deduction of any overhead items in order to drill down on a net profit, so they have to pay income tax on the gross profit. Big 'ol problem.
I guess Mark fib a bit? rotfl

So, 3k of space will be for a kitchen and 3k for extraction, whatever that term means. What will be the total space for the growth of mj to maturity of the phase 2 7-8k space? tia
And you will see that info on or about April 20, 2018. Got a long time to wait.
When did the US legalize the cultivation of the hemp plant in the US? I haven't seen anything on the subject...anyone?
Gee, apparently several people know how much lawsuit settlement money pntv is getting since they know it will pay off all the company debt?

Happy Thanksgiving, y'all. LOL
Well, slap my face, I assumed the balcony was for doubling the space for growing plants, but hey, what do I know. As I recall, I think the building is 27,000 feet, so would think they have all the space needed to do a kitchen operation. Anyway, they have spent, and obviously improperly expensed it on the P & L. (over $5million) for general and administration) in just 9 months of this year.
You can't expense and depreciate leasehold improvements in that manner.
Happy Thanksgiving from Texas.

Looks like 10 24x36 sections would do it, plus stairs and gate...
about $150K looks like.
Seems da Rosin isn't selling too well, eh? LOL
This filing is just plain UGLY!
Oh well, nobody gives a flip, oh that is incorrect, the folks ARE flipping pntv.
Standing by for the fun that is sure to come.
