Yeah, I mean I was honestly waiting for things to get here. It's about time. The sector is dirty and people need to stand up for the little guys doing the research, such as this one. ELTP better stick to their guns. Take profit and not let anyone buy them out. I feel things will have a positive projection around December here. Time will tell.

Agreed and well said. A lot of people don't realize Strikeforce has been around since just after the dot com boom and crash (founded in 2001). This company has been quietly developing and providing security in the background for well over a decade. Only really becoming relevant to civilians as an investment opportunity and product(s) now because of smartphones! GLTA
Interesting, the same date set for the third quarter release.
Proof new guy? Not the case here for some time.
No screenshot no cookie points from me. That said. I'm more of a coffee dude myself. As stated earlier.
Yea, sunrise is not yet here. I need a coffee.
Which allows for marketing, which allows for employeeing working professionals, which allows for maketing contract deals, which allows for more marketing. The fundamentals just now have a chance. Far too many crying wolf. Good grief.
I haven't found anything stating your arguements. Stating as such with no source means you either think I'm a sucker or that I couldn't find the information online. Thank you. For wasting my time. Shorters. Always can tell who they are. They're like leeches. Slow to let go and a bloody mess at the end.
Strikeforce doesn't have retailers. They have distrubutors but they don't have any channel partners with brick and mortor stores. Who went bankrupt was not. A major distributor. You make no sense. Good day to you.
Huh? Amazon or any of the large retail companies have no obligation to pay SFOR on the spot. It could be every 6 months or even once a year. SFOR had just enough time to sell one batch of software on HSN before the last quarter release.
Get real.
They marketed their products into:
Target
Amazon
BestBuy
Office Depot
HSN
Next!
Let's see you post this stuff after they pay off their debt in one settlement. What they have now in debt is roughly how much they got from Microsoft and they got off easy (bing the first to go to court with SFOR).
Will not be much mercy from judges with 2 law firms representing SFOR in court in 3 different States on these 6 companies. Who are the law firms again? Oh right, some of the best in the world. And they agreed to help sFOR by not taking payment for their work if and only if they win.
You were saying?
Nvm. Kind of answered my own question. Greed.
Why did Duo Security Inc. even go to court Zpaul? Serious question as even a high schooler could see their trail of deceit and demise. What a mess that company is! Thief movements 101. imho
Yes, it is one thing for the court to say the settlement to procede and another for it to be filed and signed as completed.
The CEO knows what he's doing. Financing shows he put a fail safe, not because the settlements won't go through, but because it looks responsible and less cocky to potential buyers of the company.
You don't want to be "that" penny stock that looks like it's being run like a casino game.

Welp, just want to say before opening this Monday that it's been fun. I got in after the first peak and haven't looked back after affirming the CEO and products were not a scheme.
Whatever comes this week. It's been fun as a first serious OTC stock for me. Really looking forward onward to the 10K and such. Summer was tough with how quiet it was but here's to all the patience paying off!
All the best to everyone.
That largely depends on if Strikeforce board members decide on voting for purchasing back shares with the settlmement revenue. My thoughts are they will do so to put the company in good standing for sale to a large corporate name. With $10 million in debt. One settlement would bring that path into view. My 2 cents. Pun not intended.
Agreed, it's a question of when, and not if. In my eyes it is more a question of how much per each settlement.
"Ooooh, who wants to build a snowman?"
For the people left out in the cold for this one!
Massive cup with handle confirmed on the scale of the 1 year view. Olie molie crack tollies!
Here it goes! Till the 10K, this thing is going to be batshit crazy. IMHO
Oh I took the advice. I have their customer service number in my contacts now. Fully agree.
Well I was out of luck. My 8th attempt went through (1 limit then, 4 market attempts, then 1 limit, and then finally good on a market order)...as I got off hold. Not rude enough for that, hah!
Going to do so as well. This is not something I want to keep dealing with (it has happened in the past).
I guess I personally shouldn't complain. Scottrade doesn't even trade this ticker (my uncle has said broker). They were recently aquired by TD. Still can't buy SFOR; the joys of modern technology.
Thanks.
Professors have the best stories. Some not best said among good folks. Great story.
No kidding. Bummed!
Wow, nothing is going through. I have the latest app version (version 75.16). Putting a small order of whatever I got. Interesting. And damnit.
Oh, right. I have been holding for so long I've forgotten. Lol! Goodness. Thanks.
Thinkorswim app on Android.
Well I'll be damned if I don't have that sentiment at this point. I cannot get a copy that doesn't have the box half smashed with the key slip missing. Even got a box with the key slip still inside but both seals slit. Like, come on!
Anyone having trouble putting market orders through TD? I have tried 5 times. Rejected all of them.
I did in both cases but I have learned that novel products? Get stolen. Don't have an issue with other products. Software products are easy to pick off and it looks like what we have here is quite popular (my first job was at Circuit City during the Holidays). My point is I can tell this is of interest to people. Never seen something stolen so consistently. For crying out loud people in shipping are most likely doing this to me.
I have ordered from Amazon 3 times. Twice, the product was stolen. I firstly ordered from their website. Will be going back to doing so. Tired of the robbery.
Shhhhhh!
It feels good as a long to be back in the green.
He mentioned as a possibility 6 months ago when asked on Twitter. I haven't heard anything since.
The main question I have myself.
Longterm. Which is what I prefer looking at. The CEO has stated that large contract deals will go into effect end of this year. With who is not clear but that would generate a steady revenue. Something that lacks here because retail is just been moved into as a potential market. Best.
1) Last year SFOR won 2 settlements against Microsoft at a total of $9mil.
2) That money in the past 8 months has allowed SFOR to sell their product in the retail space:
Amazon
BestBuy
Office Depot
HSN
&
Target
3) SFOR is now in 6 lawsuits in 3 different States with two law firms that make up some of the best in the world (Ropes and Gray) and (Black and Rome).
4) First 2 settlements are expected this October 27th. Estimates run from a conservative $10 to 30mil up to $100mil.
5) There are up to 14 other rumor companies that SFOR could legally pursue. Some are not small names (ex. Google).
Huh?
