Not necessairily if both partied are trying to compete jointly in a request for proposal on a contract one does not have to disclose a material event till it happens with a contract award making one subcontract to the other party.
If you pause the video at about 48 seconds you can see the lens on the left side.
That is a high tech camera imo
Nerd you imo hit it right on the head. If you all go back to the older PR where Raytheon mentioned they were intrigued by what Globetel was working on and this PR it may come together for some. In addition I believe this HAA Sanswire 2 will only go up to 45k feet in its final testing based on what some of the earlier PRs stated. Remember it is only a prototype.
There have been sooo many people who are trying to bury this company the fact that it is still surviving even amazes me for everything they have gone through.
This month is to me a telltale sign, hopefully the SEC investigation is over, the lawsuit get thrown out of court and Globetel starts to wake up in the market and btw I did introduce this company to a friend of mine who works in management for Raytheon. I sent him an email regarding the HAA and how they should take a look at it since I felt this would be a great counter to Lockheed who is their greatest competitor. He never said anything to me but I believe I put this company on their screens.
Doc gap filled and going back up around lunch time like you predicted.
Maybe a possibility Strat goes up today. Weather sure looks good for a launch im.
Pit are you getting a news alert for gtem?
One thing you learn on the pinks when they run they can really run up or down so my recommendation is don't chase come up with an entry and get in there.
This also throws out the crap from Motley Fool that no HAA exists.Amen
It is a picture go to the release and click on the picture to full length you could see the HAA being tethered.
If the AMEX was doing their job explain to me why they didn't halt trading of GTE during the Bank of NY fiasco?
DonG the acquisition investigation could have something to do with the Australian acquisition that Motley Fool put out imo.
Here is another thought on the SEC investigation and some thinking regarding our friend Seth at Motley Fool. The SEC investigation may go further into the Bank of NY fiasco and maybe the connections of the articles and shorting aspects. My bet is the fool stays quiet for now so they don't upset the apple cart and try to avoid any more fuel to the fire. All IMO.
Soo many doubters and people calling GTE a sham now you all will see everything come to fruition. Many will apologize to Huff, you all are so weak and believe these bashers. G-cash is just one area many more to come stay tuned.
Everybody criticizes GTE on Sanswire delays and maybe it had something to do with this delisting crap but what about others who have delays check this out.

Thats correct but look at this scenario. Delta buys from GTE, they sell to the government. 51% of work performed by Delta, 49% by GTE. No bidding. simply a win-win.
Another
Example Raytheon & Delta get together for a contract. They buy from GTE. Everybody wins. Government gets what they need. Delta, Raytheon and GTE make money.
Simply my opinion and scenario.
If I'm not mistaken Delta is a company owned by Bob Jones. Correct me if I'm wrong. He falls under the minority owned background to qualify as an 8A. Thus GTE has the needed resources to do business with the government. Just mo.
Mide I may be able to help you in that aspect. I believe Delta Aero is set up as a small disadvantaged business or otherwise know as an SBA 8a company. What that allows is for that company to get govenment contracts as a set aside where there are no competes involved. These 8a companies are Wminority ownwed. women, American Indians, Alaskans,Blacks, Hispanics owned companies comprise many of these companies. It is set up that they may compete or work with the big boys, like Boeing, Lockheed, Raytheon etc. They are required to have over 50% of the business and may subout the rest. Hope that helps.
Crash you are correct the delisting determination has been made and that is why GTE is appealing. Hopefully they are able to document the facts to explain why they shouldn't b delisted and give all the mitigating facts to turn it around. The lawyers they hired should explain why the russian deal was pulled. time will tell.
DoubleDeuce who you BS'ing you started by saying OUCH! We are reading right through you.
Globetel is not in the area of developing fabric for blimps. They are not manufacturing parts they are buyers.
Thursday is the meeting with AMEX. If GTE is going to stay listed this is the week to pull out all the stops with news releases. My guess and IMO they will put out NR's on contracts if any and Sanswire updates if they are to insure their credibility.
Saw this quote on yahoo anyone see this on CNBC?
"It's official! It's official! Huff's on CNBC now! The buildouts are already under way! Watch the program on CNBC now before you miss it. Progress is being made on all fronts. Why would Globetel be featured on CNBC is it were not very promising? I'm very impressed! Long time holder here, since 1999. Thank you Mr Huff, and GO GTE! "
For those wondering how far 800 meters equates to it is about 1/2 mile.

Fake Danielle here notice the - after Danielle.
The problem with their Reporting and what most writers do is the art of slanting and these writers use it quite skillfully. Omit significant facts and play on partial truths. It was these writers who took GTE down to the levels where we are. All imo.
Fortune Volume does confirm eom
Cole, Analyst my butt, just a reporter spewing GARBAGE eom
Seth invited him down to Pembrooke Pines which he declined eom
Protect the shareholders into oblivion. Maybe we should start a class action lawsuit against Motley Fool and Seth for slanting and not placing out all of the facts only the ones he/they wants printed. We can say they are the ones who caused this massive slide because of incomplete reporting that was slanted only ony way showing a bias nature that has hurt shareholders significantly.
That being said is true it's called GROWTH.
The communications business will experience a Paradigm shift should Globetel succeed. A paradigm shift is not a course adjustment on a trip to a familiar destination. It is an entirely new destination. In addition a paradigm shift does not place suddenly. Although many will be surprised when it is recognized, research willalways show that a significant period of time was required to bring about the results of the paradigm shift. This imo is why we have some many disbelievers and nonsayers regarding Globetel and its' efforts.
History has provided many examples of a Paradigm shift and one of the most well known occurred in the watch industry some 35 years ago. At that time the Swiss were known the world over for their fine watch making. They held more than 65% of the sales of watches worldwide and more than 80% of the profits worldwide. What happened? A paradigm shift. The numbers are startling, but the story behind the story is most startling of all. The paradigm shift in the watch industry was a completely new way of making watches. This new method, the quartz movement, made obsolute the tradtional methods employed by the Swiss. In 1967 the Japanese held less than 1% of the world market. In 10 years they held 33%, using the quartz method as the basis of their watches. The amazing part of the story is that the Quartz movement was developed by Swiss engineers, but the manufacturers could see no possible use the movement so they rejected it. They allowed the Swiss engineers to take it to the world Watch Congress where it was purchased by Seiko.
No look at Globetel and its' purchases of Hotzone and their Sanswire and the test that were done in Atlanta.
Put it alltogethere and know you know the rest of the story of why some many are seeing the lightbulb and are so afraid of Globetel. All imo.
Try american Express LOL eom
If globet succeeds this will the norm for new generations in their car, jogging or wherever they go.

orlander_file I believe Seth is just as liable for with holding all the facts in his reporting trying to slant things in an unfavorable way. Motley fool is just as liable for permitting such trash to be printed. They were warned and still published as well as literally laughed at GTE and it's warnings.
As shareholders we should put together a class action suit against Motley and Jayson for not providing the full facts and hurting the shareolders value imo.
This was literally a one sided report that withheld the other side of the story to do one thing - to bring the shares down.
If you look each time the reports came out they were timed when the technicals were showing they were ready to start an uptrend.
All imo.
Just to let you know I believe it was an email I sent to an aqaintance with whom my wife worked with that put GTE and Raytheon together. He works in the division that was talked about in that aritcle. I am unable to say anymore.
COB = Close of business
I think the news release is at COB. This imo is for maximun inpact. But then what do I know. At least it eliminates flipping problem.
Laptop i'm playing ptsc until gte does something. Hopefully both are good.
Good to see you here as well Rocky. Thank you for all your hard work through the years.
