The TA would disagree with you as I received the current share structure yesterday and it hasn't changed since the most recent posting of the share structure - the one that shows and 11 million share difference between restricted and unrestricted shares
GLTY
Geez Louise...again with the copy and paste of a post that disproves your own attempt at an argument regarding the release of the share structure. This is a Transfer Agent policy, not a Strikeforce policy.
Oh by the way...I was able to acquire the latest share structure no problem...why does it seem to be so difficult for you to get it?
Oh wait...that's because you do have it and weren't happy with the numbers as they debunked your "theories".
GLTY
As of today, no change to the share structure from when it was last posted here, per pacific stock transfer
sorry...that's how I'm rolling with this one...1 other member has validated it though and you won't be disappointed
LMAO...again, you just proved to the board that this is a Worldwide Stock Transfer policy - not a SFOR policy.
A for effort though
BTW, I have the current share structure.
If anyone would like the latest O/S, please pm me (I don't have pm) and I will forward the email.
Cheers
why is my stuff being removed when I am on topic...I am discussing the share structure which is related to the company
You're funny
Yes, there is something you can do about it. It's called a cash account. "They" cannot touch your shares if you have a cash account versus a margin account. That was verified by my broker as well as many others on other boards I follow.
GLTA
...and when you do buy, keep it in a cash account safely stored away
I'm patient on this stock. I've said in the past this a 3-4 year play (lock the shares in a closet) with a big time payoff at the end if things go according to plan. I'm just looking to acquire the drink to sample is all.
Good thing you have the vegas hookup for now.
Got a second reply from the AirGo rep asking me what state I live in. Told him I'm just looking to get some in my hands for myself and to spread around a little.
It's ridiculous at this time that they have a new website but you can't order directly from it (maybe a contractual thing I'm not aware of). Might not be a lot, but it would be another avenue for sales other than just nevada
Where did you answer? In which post did you answer my SIMPLE question as to where you purchased it from?
I have read every one of your posts since the one from you showing that you received the product (not stating how you received the product)
You were also asked this from another poster with no reply (at least not a public reply to the whole board)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=128866259
And now all you can come up with is call Mo.
Why are you having such trouble informing a fellow long here (as well as the rest of the longs here) as to what site/link you purchased last shot?
I have recently sent messages through both the new drinkeq site (still waiting for a response) and to the AirGo site. AirGo rep responded saying I could order it from the drinkeq site which is currently a false statement.
All I'm trying to do here is order me some last shot. Seems like a no-brainer for someone with photos of last shot plastered all over his desk and invested in this company would be easily willing to provide a simple answer as to how you ordered it (for the whole board to see). Shouldn't be this pain staking.
Mo, if you happen to read this, could you please respond. Thanks.
$$$EQLB$$$
Okay EmptyBones, let's try this one more time. You have photos of last shot cans on your desk. Where did you purchase them? Online? If so, please provide link because I don't see any currently on the drinkeq or airgo sites.
I find it odd you won't answer this simple inquiry, but have no problems responding to others relating to different eqlb topics.
TIA
Empty, where did you purchase last shot from? Could you please provide a link? Not a screenshot of a pdf from airgo (like someone else sent) as I didn't see an area on that site to actually purchase it.
I'm not trying to debunk anything here as I am a long (check my previous posts for this board). I would like to purchase some for myself and neither the new drinkeq site nor the airgo site has areas for which to purchase from what I can tell. Did I miss something?
TIA
EmptyBones,
How were you able to order it? I don't see an area anywhere on the new site for which to purchase. Am I missing something?
TIA
Can someone answer this? It is my understanding that in order to qualify for the REG A, we need to trade above a penny for 30 days. Is that accurate? If so, is that 30 calendar days or 30 trading days?
TIA
my 2 cents IMHO...
The size of this RS is what reeks here. 1:2000 puts them at .20 per share which will give them plenty of wiggle for "when" the stock sinks again as all they care about is staying above a penny and this gives them the room to accomplish this. As someone else posted, they have notes to convert. The math is simple...current O/S divided by 2,000 and then start tacking on more dilution.
And this is coming from a current bagholder. I'm on vette's list.
As someone stated on another board - bet the jockey, not the horse. I was hoping the split would have been no more than 1:500. This tells me we're heading for a 60-70% pps drop from the .20pps post split (maybe more)
Sad
Reverse splits have nothing to do with the A/S. That will remain the same unless stated otherwise. It's the O/S that is affected.
thank you for linking it
that would be sweet....I'm in this one and not selling, but now I'm a little hesitant to buy more given these numbers. Although at this price, it is hard to pass up
GLTY
Sorry, but I didn't want to just write the numbers in a post for a couple reasons - the main one being that most people would think I was full of crap....I just hope what I received was inaccurate, but that's highly unlikely
not that high but close...and you might as well tack on another 150 million or so after today's dump....hopefully the company will get back to me for verification and answer some other concerns I had regarding this.
GLTY
one of the mods pm'ed me and I sent it to him/her. Said it would get posted if he/she felt it was worth it. Thanks.
GLTY
PM me your email and I'll forward you the PDF. Unfortunately, I don't have PM and the pdf isn't allowing me to copy and paste into a post here
Could someone please email the TA for the current share structure? I did today and did not like the numbers in the response. I would like to see if it may have been a mistake or if it is in fact accurate. I also submitted the numbers to the company in an email and I'm waiting for a response.
Confirmed with the TA today - current O/S is 2.774 billion
I hear you brother. $36 a case isn't the greatest price point. I would imagine that if (a big IF) they were to ever get into brick and mortar stores, it would be somewhat less. Of course, I freely admit I haven't purchased any of it for quite some time because me spending $36 a case isn't gonna move the needle on this one. I typically wait for them to release sales like a 2 cases for 1 of 3 for 2.
GLTY
I concur. I called the Walmart main number at their headquarters back when they allegedly had their meeting and the person on the phone could not say whether TBEV had a meeting unless I knew the specific POC who they were meeting with. As she stated to me that day, "Walmart reps meet with hundreds of companies daily".
Because it's not like Walmart only sells sports drinks.
IMO, I think that is their way of keeping their meetings air tight.
and the remaining come verified customers like myself who know that the product is top notch. It's just a shame that management, up to this point, is a true POS
Let's hope...GLTY and GLTA...a lot of potential here
And I hope you're crystal ball is spot on.
One thing for certain is that I am happy to be a part of both stocks.
not sure...IMO though, I don't see this running on speculation in the same way SF$R did. I think we need to see the concrete proof of their catalysts here before it truly takes off. Patience is key here.
O/S went up almost 300M in 1 1/2 months this past summer
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=ABVG&id=165159
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ABVG/profile
New here and taking a look at this one, does anyone have the most up to date O/S count? OTC shows 1.67B as of 8/16/2016 - up almost 300M from 6/30/2016. Traded almost half of that today. Dilution?
TIA
I'm at 4.9mil now
what has 2 thumbs, 5.5 mil shares and will not be selling this anytime soon?
This guy
the big what-if is whether the dilution of toxic debt can/will happen before or after the "alleged" R/S. If the notes are fully diluted prior to the R/S, I believe we will be fine here (probably a 1/100 or 200 R/S). If it happens post R/S, we will suffer short term. Hoping for the former. Either way, I'll be going in for round 2 if need be. I just believe this is promising here. I can attest to that being in one that went through a couple of R/S's and is poised to explode long term and already has exploded short term (SF*R). And correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you are in on that one.
$$WRFX$$
with R/S's, the key factor will be whether or not WRFX still has any toxic financing post R/S that will dilute into a bloated O/S and sink the PPS back to where it came from.
I do not have experience with Reg A filings. Brad said in the podcast they have to be at least a penny for that to happen. What I don't know is do they have to remain above a penny for a certain amount of time for that Reg A to be official.
Again though, the big thing is are they through with toxic debt holders? If so, this may end up being 1 of the few R/S's that actually could work out in our favor. If not, good chance this gets walked back down. I'm hoping for the former.
Cheers.
I found the podcast from their facebook page
