Wishful thinking. Stay safe out there fellas. This deal isn't a sure thing yet.
Looks like someone knows this deal isn't going through...
It comes with the territory, but it helps to be realistic.
Good Post, I'm invested in here too. People seem to be wanting an 8k as if that will guarantee their riches. I've was invested in a company who actually released an 8k announcing a new (big name) CEO that had come on board and was supposed to come in and turn the company around. After 3 months of no word the company goes down and criminal charges are filed, the whole company was a scam for years. The supposed to be CEO didn't even know and had to completely remove all association with them.
I'm sure Mr. North will make a pretty little penny off this deal. Hey I've got serveral thousand shares in here so I'm hoping this goes well. But forgive me for being skeptical of UHLN. They don't have the best record. They seem to switch industries and management every year. And still no one seems to want to discuss my completely legitimate concern that this is not a reverse merger and that UHLN is a pretty vague & sketchy company.
Someone is getting some cash
Agreed, so lets call it what it is. A lot of people here seem to think this is a reverse merger. A reverse merger would be if Charlie Grainger was doing so incredibly well they had money pouring out of their ears and are ready to go public. UHLN is a failed company buying a brand and Graingers is an old man cashing out.
But Charlie Graingers is not acquirring a "shell". The shell is not a shell. According to them they are "a publicly traded company with diversified interests in several product categories." And they "work with emerging brands, products and concepts to launch into the US Marketplace."
Correct me if I am wrong but from what I have seen it looks like UHLN is acquiring Charlie Graingers. A reverse merger would be if Charlie Graingers pulls enough money together to purchase the majority shares of UHLN. From the news releases it looks like UHLN is trying to "appear" active and they are the one's acquiring Charlie Graingers, not the other way around. Not really sure what this company does. In the past few years they've gone from making V-twin engines, to apparel, to marketing, and now franchise restaurants all while tanking stock price.
Is it possible when the merger happens they'll reverse split and make our shares basically worth what they are now?
Do you guys think they will split shares when the merger happens? I just got in!
I agree, honest question, why do you think it's still trading? Are we just waiting for the legal stuff to be over to get news that they're filing for bankruptcy? Or could they be trying to turn their assets into something?
Just going to have to wait for news. We just need a hint that there is still a company here and a management team that wants to turn it around. AA, having a public image, didn't want to mix her name with what's going on here. As of right now I think everyone is assuming that there is no company, product, or service. We need news regarding the company, not the lawsuit. Unfortunately this wont happen overnight or may never happen
I went from about $1,000 to about $60 so whether it comes back or stops trading I can't really lose much more. I'll wait till this thing stop trading.
I think the only thing we can all agree on is that this is just a giant cluster f***
The one thing I know is that the share price really can't go much lower. If this company is a shell the only thing AA can do is try to turn it into something worth buying.
Have you walked into a Walmart or Best Buy?
These charges have nothing to do with current management. I didn't invest because a couple years ago the stock looked good, I invested because AA is going to turn this company around.
Where are you guys seeing the news for the SEC Investigation? I can't find it anywhere.
Message from AA
For anyone wondering if AA is still with the company, I sent her a message on FB today and received this response.

Triple bottom coming at .35, don't miss it, going to shoot past .60 after that.
People do know what this company is, obviously people who don't read the filings won't know. This company owns machines that convert film to 4k quality. They have converted and released one film so far and are finishing up two more. They recently got a machine that can convert smaller more traditional film. What they need now is to get people to give them the rights to convert and distribute their films. That's where AA comes in. By the way, she is going to be CEO, you obviously didn't understand the language of the filings or have just failed to read all of them.
Someone sell me some shares! I can't get my order to fill
Why hasn't this been listed again yet?
I can't see it in my TD Ameritrade account
A new release would be nice, I'm glad they just posted in general though to get some more good news out there.
They should have posted it in September when it first came out. My guess would be they just haven't caught a lot of analysts eyes recently, maybe someone from VGTL even reached out and say hey, we have this piece of news can you please post it so people can see this?
For anyone looking at the charts, there's a very nice divergence on the MACD and share price on the weekly chart, and MACD is about to cross zero, all she needs is some volume which good news can bring!
Why so defensive?
I was talking to the bears.
I'm all in on VGTL
What do you mean "it's the 90 that we are buying at these levels"
I wonder why they just posted this today. This has been on their website for a while now
For you guys talking about Amilya Antonetti, no where in the SEC filing does it imply that she is only a temporary replacement. You may have missed this part:
"The company and Ms. Antonetti are currently working together on the terms of employment beyond the first 90 days and will file our employment agreement with the SEC when it is finalized."
She is the "interim" CEO until it is finalized, not the "temp" CEO
