Your 2 cents makes great sense, its just such a shame that a company generating 5 million in annual revenues is trading at 1/5 of a penny. The last stock I was in is trading higher than SVTE and it has no revenues, just empty promises (EQL*), just like most OTC stocks.
Yeah, pretty pathetic to say the least! Wonder why nobody is buying the stock, fear of more dilution, lack of any news?
The good news is that once it is confirmed that the dilution is over and the notes have been paid off, this stock should move up quickly, its was as high as .006 in just the past 3 months.
The end-of-day dump of about 1 million shares at .002 must be dilution in my humble opinion, I really don't think someone would be selling a million shares for a loss at that price at this time. If Times is correct that there is 1 more significant note to pay off, then it looks like they wait till the end of the day to decide to dump shares based on the spread.
Unfortunately, that's the sad truth about OTC stocks. It seems buyers ignore companies like this that don't have a "sexy" product and don't put out PR's, but have a real product with real revenues and growth, but instead they chase the ones with no to little revenues, but have a sexier product. I accumulated 2 million shares recently and will hold 3-6 months, if the price is not appreciating by then I will have to move on (and out of OTC stocks altogether).
Well I admit that I originally got into this stock when it was trading between .006-.008, but I sold when they started diluting at a loss. I then flipped it a couple times to recoup my loss, then decided to wait until a safer looking entry point to hold. Thus, I have bought 2 million shares over the past week at a cost average of .0025 which I plan to hold longer term, assuming dilution ends after this current note. If this is the last note, then we should be fine once its done.
Thanks, appreciate the input. Unlike other boards on the OTC, this one seems to be much more honest and informative without all the worthless hype and pumping.
Then if it has only been nibbled at, 15-30 million shares could drop this back down into the teens again. Hopefully it won't go that low, hope they finish this note quickly so that this stock can finally sustain an upward trend once there is no fear of more dilution.
So how much is this note for and how many more shares will be diluted from it?
Must be dilution, if I would have known then I would have held back more cash to buy even lower. I got my first 900K shares at .0027, then another 500K at .0025, then today I got my last order filled for another 600K at .0023. Hope it doesn't go much lower, but my boat is filled.
gap up? you guys crack me up. With a 20 billion a/s, and dilution occurring daily, you won't see it above .0002 again and in fact, it will soon be at .0001/.0001 where it will remain stuck unless they eventually do another r/s.
I know you invested heavily here and I wish you the best of luck, but just because its down doesn't mean it won't go lower. If dilution continues, it will drive it lower.
Don't blame me, my goal is to make money and once they burned me, I had to flip it a few times in order to make back my loss on my original trade. If not and I was still holding my original position, I would be down 60-70% right now. Your problem is, most people buying here will also be looking to flip it on the next intra-day pop when it comes, just like what happened yesterday.
I dumped last week, I originally bought planning to hold, but that was before all the dilution started. I got burned the first trade, but then started flipping the swings to recoup my loss. Just saying, holding this stock, or any other OTC stock thru dilution is a very costly lesson which will burn you badly in the end. I wish longs good luck, but as you can see this stock cannot hold any gains.
Every rally attempt gets squashed by more dilution, eventually it will break the will of most and only a few will remain to flip the short term swings like yesterday. Sad that mgt. killed this stock, it happens to so many OTC stocks because they could care less about the shareholders (i.e. gamblers).
lol, Trump is building a wall and the deal will fall apart!
If you believe that, then I have some ocean front property to sell you in Nebraska! Hope your not one of the suckers buying .0002's, you will be down 50% by eow.
lol, 340 million cans will be produced? they can't even unload their first measly shipment on Amazon still and now they say they will be producing 340 Million cans, what a joke and a scam if I have ever heard one!
Nice scam PR, too bad not a single bottle will ever be produced or sold in Mexico and South America! Hope many of you take advantage of the scam and exit at .0002 today, otherwise see you back stuck at .0001 by eow.
yep, a few lucky ones will use it to exit, while most will be suckers left holding the bag in the end.
so all sales today would have to have been retail sales for a loss then? I don't believe it, dilution must be occurring, 15 million shares don't trade at a loss without this being dilution.
the only future catalyst is scam and spam!
then you got lucky, but most won't be so lucky and will be left holding the bag of worthless .0001's.
SVTE looks like its turning into another stock I owned a while back (WSTI) which continually bled from .01 down to .0001 and then died due to dilution.
I really don't know why I even bother to trade any OTC stocks anymore, been burned on every single one of them by holding, they are only good for flipping short term, and even that is too risky. I thought SVTE was the exception when I originally bought some months ago in the .006's, that was until dilution began and I jumped ship and started flipping it to get back my losses from my original purchase.
and any sale at .0002 will be to the dilutors taking advantage of the retail suckers buying them. All those that bought at .0001 hoping to flip for a 100% profit at .0002 will not get their wish and will be stuck holding the bag, unfortunately that is how the game is played.
100% of selling at this level by retail would be at a loss, so its either retail bailing, dilution or both. Either way it does not bode well for us longs who bought in higher because now most will be looking for exit points on any pop. I flipped this from the .002's to the .003's a couple rounds, now I'm holding a milly that I bought at .0022 last week just hoping to exit at breakeven this time.
Worthless!!!!!
Happens with almost every OTC stock, the CEO's put shareholders last and will dilute continually to pay their salaries, pay off debt, etc, its the way of the OTC. They also lie to shareholders in an attempt to gain interest in their stock. I own EQL* and the CEO actually posts on the board occasionally which turned out not be a good thing, he lied and said he was going to put out a lot of news over the summer and the stock initially ran higher, haven't heard a peep from him in 3 months since and the stock has dropped back by 70%.
lol, but is sure does go down daily!
That's life in the OTC I guess, shareholders are obviously at the bottom of the line and the CEO's care less about the share price of their stock and will do anything necessary to continue the cash flow.
It's going up daily now, what a shame how these CEO's destroy their own stock.
It's sad Cad, but they all gambled and they are all now trapped in the stock which will die, or eventually get approval for another r/s. Their are making desperate posts in hopes of getting one more run to exit, but unfortunately it can never happen.
lol, the only thing picking up is the continued dilution!
Not to be negative, and I am holding almost 1 million shares, but something is severely broken here and the stock is pushing to a new all-time low as I am typing this message. It must be daily dilution that is pushing this lower, any retail sales would be for a loss at this low price. I am thinking this dilution is new from the recent conversion with the other company and it appears that it may have a ways to go. Seen this happen with most other OTC stocks, they will convert till it sits at .0001, then eventually it dies, or they do a r/s, either one is a death sentence!
Seeing that near term dilution is done, this will run back up to .003 real quick. I flipped my previous buy at .002 at .003 and rebought yesterday at .0022, this time I will hold looking for the .003-.004 range next week.
1.2 million shares to the downside today, guess some are getting impatient and selling for a loss and moving on. As the song goes, slip-sliding-away........wasn't this about the same price as it was at a year ago? Hasn't a lot of positive developments taken place this past year? Just goes to show how hard it is to make a profit on the OTC, nearly impossible.
Gotta luv this volume, guess its telling us that until Mo and Timba prove that product is actually selling that nobody cares or believes them. Guess its due to the damage from similiar PR's released in the past that turned out to not be valid. Hope this time its the real deal and that they give the needed proof soon before the price evaporates further!
Sorry you are all stuck holding the bag on this one, can't even sell .0001's at this point.
