I doubt the 10K will be positive (financial numbers) and this company does dilution on regular basis to pay their expenses since no/low revenue.

IMO the company has no choice to give positive news about the buyout first and after release the 10k to avoid shares selling by unhappy investors.

Slava probably does not know this details because he tells me that the agent will be ungaged soon. I will try to get clarification about all this.

At least, Aurus has the obligation to reveal the share structure in their financial report.

For your information, you can recieve an approximation of the O/S number if you call the TA. It is not the excact number but it does not make big difference. From my understanding, it is not Aurus that made the request to not reveal the numbers, it is the TA choice.

If the TA tell you that O/S is under 450 millions one month ago and the number is under 500 millions today. You know that O/S is between 450-500 millions. It is better than nothing.

Slava tells me one month ago that the TA will be ungaged soon. I will try to get an update on this matter this week.

For the original 43-101, I would like to see this report me too but I am not worried at all because I personnaly confirm the final results of 1.2 g/t of gold with Roumantchouk (TSNIGRI).

The answers are coming slowly but it comes.

I try to convince Slava to give us an update about the annual report 2007 this week if not the publication of report it self. Will see.

The market reaction about the gold production numbers is not positive.

The real impact will be when the financial report 2007 will be published because this report will PROVE/CONFIRM the production number. The production numbers alone have no impact. I imagine that BOD conclude that production number not supported by a audited financial report is not necessary.

The market needs evidence, not only press release numbers.

Only two things will move the pps positively:
- Audited financial by a repectable firm with numbers matching the declared gold production (about 2500kg or better)
- A buyout by a big company

The market confidance is not very high. Only proven information will move the pps.

Unfortunately, we have no choice to wait and hopefully to see the audited financial report 2007 very soon.

We need to look the global pps trend, not looking the pps fluctuation every day.

Since 2 weeks, the global pps trend is up direction. This is very positive. The confidance is starting to be build up again.

I never saw a TA released a PR to inform shareholders that company X has Y share structure. I never saw a TA sending an official form to a shareholders. Information revealed on phone and Email, yes but never in an official form....

80% of the time, the share structure information is provided in financial report.

I recieved a direct confirmation from TSNIGRI that gold is present at Roshal Tailing (Krong). The quantity is suffisant to be economical exploited.

This document has nothing to do with the pending Aurus buyout.

The way I understand the document is to confirm that Krong is the owner of the entire Roshal tailings. This report represent a independant confirmation about the Roshal's ownership matter and which is very positive for us to get this independant confirmation.
