The wine is excellent. No question it be successful. TopPop who knows
From q1 report. 2 biggest customers didn’t place an order. Biggest was big customer, 2nd biggest was QVC-smaller orders. Now filed chapter 11
ok, one main customer. Without which they go bankrupt?
not sure why a company with successful Bellissima product (now profitable @ Christie Brinkley) would dilute shareholders to the hilt and take on huge debt to acquire another company that had ONE CUSTOMER .
Google reviews says TopPop need to be more professional

Bellissima has been growing. If I were Christy Brinkley I might sue the people who made other decisions that affected Bellissima
TopPop website suspended? unreal. Somebody screwing with Christie and her success.
yes, but “inancial distress of a subsidiary can be a difficult event for its parent company. When the subsidiary faces the prospect of a bankruptcy filing, the parent likely will need to address many more issues than simply its lost investment in the subsidiary. Unpaid creditors of the subsidiary instinctively may look to the parent as a target to recover on their claims under any number of legal theories, including piercing the corporate veil, breach of fiduciary duty, and deepening insolvency. The parent also may find that it has exposure to the subsidiary’s creditors under various state and federal statutes, or under contracts among the parties. In addition, untangling the affairs of the parent and subsidiary, if the latter is going to reorganize under chapter 11 and be owned by its creditors, can be difficult. All of these issues may, in fact, lead to financial challenges for the parent itself. Parent companies thus are well advised to consider their potential exposure to a subsidiary’s creditors not only once the subsidiary actually faces financial distress, but well in advance as a matter of prudent corporate planning. If a subsidiary ultimately is forced to file for chapter 11, however, the bankruptcy laws do provide unique procedures to resolve any existing or potential litigation between the parent and the subsidiary’s creditors and to permit the parent to obtain a clean break from the subsidiary’s financial problems.”
“corporate entities are presumed to have a separate existence; each is responsible for its own debts.” (with some exceptions)
Icnb is not in bankruptcy. Bellissima was profitable this quarter. TopPop is in bankruptcy
Nice to wipe TopPop debt clean in bankruptcy, give them a fresh start
Bellissima should be worth more or at least equal to their debt by now. that TopPop who lost their customers didn’t work out
last year paid $600k fines for late sec reports. Is that what the 600k loan is for, for this year?
explain me please
Lol not sell well? Hmm
You seriously?
Big box coming? Time we’ll tell
Nice new website!! Store locator not working, takes me in a loop. Want to buy Bellissima near me.
good points. buying more Tuesday
interesting that note to be paid off in a few months, very short term
Sound like icnb has been scammed by this lender.maybe Christie should sell Bellissima and get out.
not good. @christiebrinkley, sell your wonderful brand to a big company
yes, getting cash somewhere
10q delinquency again? It was all the delinquencies last year that made price drop so low.
Thank you. Good job. Love Bella Sprizz too. Sustainable & affordable. Big deal.
very classy
TopPop is a startup. Startup always got high startup costs
Well with low share count and profitability Bellissima would have done very well. Being said , sustainable packaging is huge/wave of future but also very expensive & risky unless managed well
$3.4M is all time high for Bellissima. Why did they risk Bellissima profits by buying TopPop and taking on such huge expense. ?
good points , Ty.
Lost 2,biggest customers. Sad. Prob anheuser one of them. Trying to screw them over plus shareholders. Bad guys
Wine is expanding more and more. You will see q1. But TopPop got big overhead. That’s the issue
yes, losses are very high. Look at 10k just filed. Not looking good for investors @christiebrinkley. Such great wine doing well, why did they buy TopPop? Didn’t meet production needed, lost customers
can you point out what new shares? Ty
not much dilution
wth 4 cents
