CORRECTED POST: I spoke with the SEC. I must say it is a nightmare trying to get any kind of information out of them. There defently not out to protect investors.

I spoke with a gentleman named Jim Investors Relations and One of my question was. Can the company GVRP print shares to cover the mess made by an insider selling stock prematurely. He went to say the SEC does not comment on companies.

The I went to say can a company if they made a short themselfs print shares to cover their short.

He then went to say. A COMPANY CAN ISSUE SHARES AS LONG AS THEY MAKE IT PUBLIC MEANING PUT IT IN A PR FOR THE PEOPLE. I was shocked to hear that.

Any comments on this matter would be greatly apriciated.

Stockrancher. WHen I was speaking to the Lady in the NASD office. We spoke about that idea. She went on to saying that she is sure that in the event the company committs a mistake of this sort that the insurrance company will not take effect.

Guy. As I understand where you coming from I just dont see trades being reverta back as that is even more of an issue in a hole broad spectrum.

Again. The only way is to let it trade and let them cover as for the money, Were will it come? Well ever MM company must be bonded and Insured up too a certain amount.

As for having faith in the system am with you. I can tell you this, This situation is unique beucase its chanlleging the system to go by the laws.

Guy. I have to dissagree with you. Am sure I dont speak for myself here only, I do not want the shares busted. I mean the law is the law. That would give reason for many lawsuits to happen. I dont see it possible.

At this stage of the game this is what I look for beucase at this point there is only one way out of this mess.

COVER. Ill take my changes in the open market. I dont see how it would be even possible to issue more shares now. I think folks that we have a winner. I also think it will take more than 10 days to handle the matter in hand.

At the end of it all and unfortanely we must wait. Our changes for making more are now greater than before. A covering issue will defently get us a .0001 to .001 it is very possible if and only if cover will happen.

There is also revokation but who the hell knows.

Would the company being trying to do whatever to fall into default and break all the rules to get there status revoked. I mean from what am seeing here the company makes some serious dumb decision.

I spoke with ATRADE. They said they company is not suspended. Its a Halt which is less time than a Suspension. She said it can be halted for an hour or a day. Who really knows folks. I belive we have a winner regardless.

I belive the company failed to deliver due bills. Now we wait. I still feel very positive about it.
