Careful, folks. There are more than a couple posters here who have extremely poor track records of rah rah rahs with no results to show for it. If you are truly enamored with OWOO, then trust your own DD, not somebody elses. And if you see somebody posting over and over and over about the same things, maybe it's time to look into that person's post history. When you see somebody show up here endlessly touting this stock out of the blue, the least you can do is check how the PPS performed for the previous 3-5 stocks that person was actively cheering on.
Remember: If it's not your own DD, then it's basically as good as having no DD at all.
This thing is going to the moon today. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
News comes out all the time here (every 6-10 days to be fair). Now that BMM is in the mix there are even more people who want the PPS down. Not everyone involved with this stock has the same aspirations for the PPS as you do. That's not bad trading, it's just a different agenda.
Are you saying that the PPS isn't moving much here because people have no clue how to trade?
Very true. I'm extremely interested to see the OS after today and tomorrow. Hard to get too jazzed up about these brief runs when it keeps getting pounded back down.
RSI now 30.7527. Hasn't been this low all year. Oversold.
Truth. And that's where the real frustration lies. The only people who are actually going to invest at these levels are penny stock traders. And OWOO is hardly an unknown commodity in the penny stock world.
That's why it is both bothersome and telling that we can't sustain a penny break here with multiple catalysts. Fluff news is met with blood red days as expected, but the legit news registers nothing but indifference from the market, and that's just plain odd. It makes one wonder: What on Earth will propel this thing past a penny this time? How many great catalysts can we blow through before something actually happens with the PPS?
Meanwhile, scam companies with no product and no assets run from double zeros through a penny all the time, fraudulent catalyst or not. People talk about a healthy climb on the chart for OWOO and the fact that scam companies get halted and/or tank immediately, and that's all great. But if somebody would have posted back in June, or July, or August about how the PPS would be under a penny come Oct. 13, people would have absolutely lost their minds. And yet here we are.
There are still tons of eyes on this. Some want mid 5's so they can flip into 9's, and some want to hit a penny so they can bail with a solid chunk of change. But the real investors that OWOO wants are the ones who are waiting to see this break .01 and actually stay there.
I guess you didn't read what I wrote earlier. I never once stated that OWOO dolls are not in stores CURRENTLY. I'm saying that the current shipment of dolls that was rolled out this month is all that Walmart will have until spring 2016. How is that false?
Care to elaborate on what you are referring to being incorrect?
Thoughts...
Today's news is good for the growth of the company. Getting a reorder with Walmart is undeniable progress. Finalizing deals with other retailers is also impressive. These are things that are hard to shoot down without coming across as short-sighted. Longs are free to pat themselves on the backs again.
But it appears that there won't be any dolls in stores this Christmas. That much has been confirmed on this very board. And that's a real shame, albeit something that's not entirely OWOO's fault. Still, this means no holiday gift guides, no must-have Xmas lists, and more importantly, no Oprah hail-mary connection. The 2015 holiday angle, as far as I can tell, is pretty much dead here. And I think it's very important that people realize this.
Would getting purchase orders from Toys R Us and Target be big for this company? Absolutely. But will the news of those signed orders actually move the PPS to a level it should be at? I'm not so sure.
Can you speak to whether OWOO dolls will be available during the holidays?
Good news. Maybe somebody can help me answer this question though...
Won't OWOO dolls likely be all sold out or only available in extremely minimal quantities by the time Xmas rolls around? And isn't this reorder not going to take place until Spring 2016? So, a reasonable mind would conclude that there won't be a reorder by Wal-Mart to stock shelves for the holiday season.
Please correct me if I'm wrong here.
Feels like a marathon runner stretching before the race. Just getting the kinks out, but he'll be ready to run hard soon enough.
L2 is ridiculous today. CDEL with a massive block at .05 on ask....PUMA next at .062? Weird
I actually enjoy the fact that he came on here to indirectly warn us so many times. Some aren't intelligent enough to see that actions speak louder than words, but the rest of us can see that his cards are all over the table. Well into the night and up bright and early? Funny stuff. The guy must be having dreams about iHub at this point.
They don't release news like most other companies. OWOO wants the stage to themselves, so expect an odd time like 10:30 ET or something.
And honestly, it's this style that continues to hurt the PPS in my opinion. They believe that pre-announcing PRs will build hype, when in fact it does the opposite as we've seen multiple times over the last few months. And that's why when we get nothing but fluff, it hits twice as hard and the PPS suffers more than it should have.
Important: A company doesn't have to be a scam to fail.
I see a lot of early-stage penny investors in this one because it looks so legit and has enough retail clout to make it to another level. And it definitely does. BUT, that could very easily come at the expense of shareholders in the near future, especially if the PPS takes another tumble or two. One quick reverse split (which is very much in their playbook whether you want to accept it or not) and every single investor gets wiped out while the company moves on like nothing happened.
It's not always about whether you think a company will make it big or not. Most will sell you a story about how they CAN make it big. In penny land though it's just as much about whether you TRUST that company with your money. And if you are playing this as an investment and not a swing/flip, then I don't know how you can trust these guys based on the track record. Just my opinion.
The one thing that always stood out was how he never talked about the PPS. Always about impatient shareholders. Always about clueless bashers. Always trying to highlight how hard OWOO is working. Always calling people dumb for not understanding the value of each PR.
To those who were looking to uncover this type of stuff, it was a can't-miss. To those who didn't ever think something like that was going on, it still was a can't-miss.
Those same shareholders that Trent cares nothing about are the ones that are bailing. THAT'S what I find so funny. The guy looks a gift-horse in the mouth and likely will have no idea why he got kicked in the face.
And look, there's nobody around to spin this 12% drop into a positive. THE BIGGEST WEEK IN COMPANY HISTORY, FOLKS!
Prediction
I wrote this on Friday:
"Here's my prediction (as always, I would really love to be wrong): Monday we churn in the high 7's and low 8's before a strong close in anticipation of Tuesday's news. Maybe we hit .0090 before a few late bid whacks drives it back down. Then Tuesday arrives and the news is released, but buyers aren't coming out of the woodwork. Why? Because the news isn't really anything newsworthy again. Crap, now people are selling! Whoops there goes a big block! Now the OWOO shotgun is out of ammo for a week or so, and there's nothing to create any immediate demand for this (aside from the same stuff we've known for a while). And therefore, down we will probably go into the rest of the week."
My guess is that One World will send out another hype tweet this afternoon (maybe 2:30ish). That could sucker a few people in to create some late buying.
An intelligent person can see that is not even close to being the case. You are spouting INCORRECT statements.
I doubt we see much volume with this today.
Prediction: It will take two hours to hit 1 million shares traded
If I ran a company from the ground up I would probably pay every cheap pump newsletter out there to get people to invest. And when I had no money to actually pay those "firms", I would add to my growing mountain of convertible debt. And then I'd probably try to keep people hanging along despite knowing I was about to pull off a brutal reverse split. Then I'd play games with shareholders for months and months with dilution despite ungagging the TA, and release useless PRs in hopes that people will blindly buy in hope of a PPS pop. Then I'd probably show up on social media and message boards and try real hard to alter the minds of anyone who speaks ill of my company or my shady tactics. That's what I'd do. What about you?
It's safe to expect a PR.
It will probably be a few pictures and a tease about the retail deals they have alluded to but cannot yet confirm. Sadly there's no reason to expect any substance there.
But honestly, a PR like that would be just fine if we could ignore the last three months and how most of these PRs have been (mis)handled. That's the part I'm not sure OWOO realizes. These poorly contrived press releases are straight up alienating current shareholders in an attempt to gain more exposure and seemingly attract new investors. That's nonsensical to me.

Again, I truly hope I'm wrong. But I don't believe the PPS would react this way if the company simply kept these PR dates to themselves. I guess only time will tell...
I agree with you that frustration can often lead to sabotage, but there are times when this frustration is very much warranted. And this company, with those extremely lucrative PRs that have yet to be proven, definitely falls within those parameters.
The cynicism here is born from the initial skepticism that investors walk in the door with. Any smart trader is going to view all penny stocks with even the slightest bit of skepticism. When red flags start to show up though, that's when the skepticism begins to morph into cynicism. There's a distinct difference between the two.
While I would agree that this board has helped some of the skeptics become cynics over time, I would completely disagree with the assertion that the comments here are what has driven the PPS down. That falls directly into the laps of management.
EXACTLY. If these deals even had a slim chance of being legit then SOMEBODY would be buying this. The red flag of all red flags.
Good to hear that they landed a deal. Seemed likely after that tweet, but thanks for the actual confirmation my man.
Sad how much of a dead giveaway he is.
SWEEEEEET T
The penny break.
It's coming....but when?
And when it happens, will it actually hold? For the day? For the week? For good?
There are many sets of eyes on this that want to wait until it clears a penny before investing. At the same time, there are many anxious but unconvinced traders who are ready to unload shares and freeroll right above a penny.
Who wants some popcorn?
I expect some trade show/industry money to start coming in soon coinciding with the major industry trade show in Dallas today!
Brilliant, as usual.
His company is. http://toyfall15.mapyourshow.com/6_0/search.cfm?srch-type=keyword&srch-query=tonner&srch-showresults=true
I cannot confirm if Tonner is actually there however.
Tonner Doll Company has its own exhibit there, separate from One World. It's on Level 13 (13-3922).
No reason to expect Tonner to be with his OWOO pals when his company is there trying to get funding. If Tonner still isn't there, then that's a bit odd, but not necessarily a red flag.
It's somewhat encouraging that these dolls haven't landed in Mexico yet. Clearly that's the international angle they are working on, but it seems just as important to me as landing another big box retailer. Wal-Mart has over 2300 locations (251 supercenters) in Mexico, and Puerto Rico already has them in seven stores w/ the US distribution deal. Wal-Mart's reach in Central and South America is spotty but impressive nonetheless, especially when you get to Brazil (WM is the country's third largest retailer). There's just too many inconsistent markets in the US to get a true read on the demand here in my opinion. Getting these in front of kids from diverse backgrounds outside the US is so vital.
Here's the play: They don't have much $ to spend to advertise and they know they need to get creative to market this. The YouTube/Instagram generation is what they are after , and they are attempting to create enough of a buzz to last into the winter. The attempt is commendable. Per usual though, the execution is flawed.
Believing that this Bananas girl is an influential figure for her peers isn't entirely bad, but PRing this video is one part amateur and two parts tacky. That's what Twitter is for. How many kids who Collect dolls are actively reading PRs from a random company??? I say zero. And why does it feel like that Twitter account is more of a news wire than a place to support the brand with things exactly like this girl? Confusing to say the least.
People see right through all these "paid glowing reviews" nowadays, whether it's a 10 year old girl or a well spoken celeb. It takes a naive mind to think they can slip part of their marketing agenda right past unsuspecting customers. This Banana girl got free swag, so her opinion has clearly been Influenced. Of course, kids these days are basically little sheep to their devices and will follow the opinions of friends even if that leads them off a cliff, so maybe this thing actually pays off .
Any PR firm worth even $1/hour would have changed the name Banana to "popular YouTube toy reviewer" or something similar. That's how we know that Trent is crafting these himself. And that's why we continue to see juvenile things being sent out to prospective investors/shareholders.
You seem to have a good deal of retail knowledge, so I would like to hear your thoughts on this question: How common is it for a start-up company with no track record of sales and no real funding to get into 2900 Wal-Marts without a test order ?
Here's the confusing part: Wasn't the PR of "We are now available in 2900+ WalMarts" basically ready to go for today? Why on Earth would they ignore that to talk about some person named Banana? I really cannot remember coming across a company this clueless when it comes to news.
I haven't been able to stop chuckling to myself about this PR. More convinced than ever that Trent is just sending these out on his own.
They kick off the biggest week in the company's history with this? LMAO. Well if Banana likes it, then it must be good.
