Totally agree that they saw tremendous growth.
Exactly, 2020 was a big year in terms of growth, but they completely messed up by setting expectation too high.
Will this year be the same? Even if we miss 10 million by the same margin it will be a great year of growth again, but a big miss.
The real problem here is setting expectations and communication. They should never look beyond the next quarter.
Well, I guess I slept through it all. ; )
Earth Safe Solutions website works fine for me. The FUD around here is at extra high levels this week.
I can see the disinfection business, outside of hospitals, going down, but I still think there is room for airplanes, trains, and definitely for cruise ships (remember norovirus).
Even if enough could be produced, the real problem are the elements – P and N – they are fertilizer.
Totally agree. We have a new CFO, which offers the chance to get the concern of late filings behind us. If they blow it now, then they will continue to get bashed on this ad infinitum.
I was a bit perplexed when GG offered up the 4 million estimate so early last year - a year of massive growth and many unpredictable headwinds with the pandemic. It always seemed that there must have been a lot of unknowns in that estimate. Nonetheless, at some point it was reiterated and then later we heard about a slow Fall. Still, it is unknown how much of the fluids for the oil order were shipped and paid for in 2020, which means there is some hope for a very good Q4. I’m feeling anything above 3.5 million is very good, and 3-3.5 million as still good, but a notable miss from the rosy predictions. If we are below 3 million for 2020, it will still be a year of excellent growth, but we will continue to have big problems with undelivered promises of the CEO and how much we can believe the 10 million estimate for this year.
Honestly, I wish they would be much more careful in their estimates. This is a small company with rapid growth. That is challenging to predict in any time, but even more of a challenge in a shakier economy during a pandemic. I’d be happy if they just made estimates for one quarter at a time. We can all add or multiply by 4.
To be fair to GG, I do believe that the 4 million estimate was made at a time that rampant pie in the sky speculation was having the company earn 10’s of millions last year by selling 10,000 gallons a day HOCL at $30-60 a gallon etc. The 4 million estimate was really to temper expectations - at least this is my memory of how things went down last spring.
And this is why I didn’t post the Question the first time and just posted Rosen answer. We get enough doom and gloom around here.
The question was:
What about $PCTL ? Their SP is sucking hind tit. I have a strong feeling if their soon to be released reports are not impressive, they will be sub penny very soon. Their new PR hire sucks!
FWIW, Brett Rosen just tweeted that “It is all being fixed now” in response to the a concerned tweet about PCTL.
Some nice buying near the close, I wonder if anything is up?
OK, that question mark was a ‘not equal’ sign.
Low volume flat day ? dumpage.
I purchase Hydrolyte for home and work. Shipping times have even improved over the last year. I live in California, so far away from the source. I get it in a couple of days and it is good for a month - a conservative estimate - as many proven uses at even 1:10 dilution.
I agree. Assuming they started to ship and received payment on some of the million gallon oil order and all other revenue remained about steady, that should get us over a million for the Q4. So I really hope over 3 million total.
Absolutely, HAI are a big deal and I would just add SARS CoV 2 to that list as it is not going away completely any time soon.
IF the settlement involves a future working relationship, it makes a lot of sense that the PR avoids all negativity between the parties as they are now on the same team.
I took that to mean that she is no longer CFO, but that she is still with the company in a new role. At least that was my reading of it.
I have noticed that over the last year they started sealing the bottles of Hydrolyte. Perhaps this was just to reduce leaks, but it may also help keep it fresh. I’m not aware of any documentation that the product has been ‘stabilized’. It would be nice to see data at least for sealed bottles. Open bottles is clearly a more difficult situation to predict as contact with air will be variable.
The 12k /month might just make sense. I kind of remember that PCTL was talking about 6K/month income, so that would be a typical 100% mark-up for ACE.
EOn mist is 0.046% HOCl.

I don’t know who writes them and how, but if it was my job I would have a template with all the basics that don’t change - including the first line. Maybe they used a template thinking it was a done deal and forgot to change the first line for one last pink PR.
Successful defense of a patent in court is a big deal. Anyone can file a patent, many that file get awarded a patent, but but few lead to actual money-making products. When they do, often that is the only real test of a patent as the knives come out and others want a piece of the pie. A patent that has successfully stood that test is worth much more than before the test.
This test does seem very specific for COVID wards, not just generally housekeeping practices to reduce HAI.
It looks like today’s drop is probably an effect of yesterday’s news about GameStop that has led some to take profits and exit riskier investments. Although the DOW, S&P, and NASDAQ are up, I see lots of red down here in penny land. I think people got spooked. My bet is we will be back on the road to soon to face that 3 cent wall.
It has been a little annoying to watch many of the crappy little stocks I once invested in suddenly running, and the one stock I actually believe in as a viable business (PCTL) just not getting any traction.
Not selling, though, and I may buy more if I can.
Thanks. ≤ 0.9% NaCl. So likely isotonic or slightly hypo.
Also noticed they said NaCl or KCl. KCl might be better for agricultural use. Plants don’t like NaCl, but KCl works. Interesting that Hydrolyte has that flexibility.
Are you guessing or do you know it is isotonic? If it is, I have some fun ideas to try out in the lab.
Thanks! When all else fails read the label I guess.
Makes sense given the way it is produced that NaCl would be present, just wasn’t sure.
DE, do the solutions also contain some NaCl? In other words, HOCl in a mild NaCl solution and the same for the NaOH.
I’m a little froggy on the concept.
Hypochlorous acid = HOCl (PCTL stuff)
Hydrochloric acid = HCl (strong stuff)
White marubozu
Marubozu is the name of a Japanese candlesticks formation used in technical analysis to indicate a stock has traded strongly in one direction throughout the session and closed at its high or low price of the day. A marubozu candle is represented only by a body; it has no wicks or shadows extending from the top or bottom of the candle. A white marubozu candle has a long white body and is formed when the open equals the low and the close equals the high.[1]
The white marubozu candle indicates that buyers controlled the price of the stock from the opening bell to the close of the day, and is considered very bullish.

I can’t think of a better use of our product than the cruise industry. Even before COVID, they had an ongoing problem with Norovirus. HOCl works on that virus as well as others plus it is not toxic. You can treat an area and don’t have to wait to let people in.
Yes that is us, just looked it up.
Emit did you search HCl or HOCl?
It looks like yesterday’s resistance at 2 cents is being tested as today’s support. Hope it holds.
Doesn’t Len-Tex make flooring? Why would they purchase the disinfectant?
Agree, and HAI was the reason I first invested. I would just add that SARS CoV 2 will likely just become another HAI to look out for, like chicken pox etc
Thanks for sharing. I imagine the updated share count discussed in today’s PR would have been one issue. Although that was probably settle a couple of weeks back.
