Eh, someone is really desperate for attention. There have been a total of only 49,298 shares traded today and we are in the green......GLTA!!!
FYI, this is one of the largest permits Nebraska DEQ has had in years. Is there anyone who seriously thinks that Niocorp has come this far with the engineering, land agreements, permitting, offtakes, obtaining Nebraska tax incentives and that the CEO has invested such a significant amount of $$$ to just walk away? The company has stated that they have been working on this financing deal for nearly 2 years. I foresee the financing coming shortly after the permit for construction is obtained. I want to see anyone who is shorting the stock to take it in the shorts.......GLTA!!!
No, Niocorp already qualified under this bill. If the program goes away, it will only affect future businesses after 2020. Do your DD
Anyone can file unfounded and unmerited lawsuits for anything if they’re willing to hire an attorney to draw up papers.. You have constantly post this garbage and you’re constantly called out on it. This is a pathetic attempt to attack Niocorp management, the company and its stockholders. FUN FACT: The lawsuit that you consistently post about was thrown out of the courts for good reason.
Based on the foregoing, the Court:
(1) GRANTS Defendants' motion to dismiss (ECF No. 109);
(2) DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Plaintiffs' Complaint (ECF No. 60).
HAPPY NIO YEAR CRITM3!
Not unlike the contrarians on this board that constantly bash Niocorp, it’s management and stockholders. They are all legends in their own minds.
I’ve been kicking my ass for the last month because they have been on my radar for some time. My money has been on Mark, Jim, and Scott. It’s time for Niocorp to shine.......GLTA!!!!
The fact that “Dirty Bob” is involved with Clean Teq is enough for ANY environmentally conscious individual to stay far, far, far away from Clean Teq.......well, except for the Chinese and people vile enough that have no regard for the environment. We all know how environmentally conscious the Chinese are......lol. I definitely agree with Rkf302, the arrogance and ignorance are astounding. I’ll invest my money in a company with ESG (DescriptionEnvironmental, Social, and Governance) values (NIOCORP SUPERALLOYS) over a company who’s investors have a history of environmental catastrophes.
“Around the world, Friedland has left a trail of environmental wreckage behind him. There was a spectacular cyanide spill from his gold mine in Summitville, Colorado, in 1993, dubbed the ‘Exxon-Valdez of the mining industry’.”
“In 1995 the Omai gold mine holding pond collapsed, spewing 3.2 billion litres of cyanide-laced tailings into two rivers in Guyana – reputedly the largest cyanide spill in history. No reparations at all have been paid here.”
“people took to the streets to protest against Ivanhoe Mines in Mongolia in April 2006, burning an effigy of Friedland and camping out in the capital”

High five on that response! Very well articulated!......GLTA!!!!
That is the Cliff notes version of everything and it is correct Max. The post proceeding yours by tedro84 is filled with false statements that were never made. His continued negligence to the company, it’s stockholders and management are noted. I’ve saved numerous comments that have since been removed.
Really?.......LOL
I’m glad you brought up Fidelity. They’re in quite a bit of hot water for dumping money into companies like Clean Teq that you’ve continued to push on this board. Clean Teq is a massive failure and I expect some heads will be rolling soon. The market cap of Clean Teq has plummeted from $800 million to just $100 million in one year.
“participants have incurred more than $100 million per year in losses compared to the average 401(k) plan due to high fund fees and poor performance.”
https://www.investmentnews.com/article/20181011/FREE/181019976/fidelity-sued-again-for-401-k-plan-mismanagement
The maximum annual contribution you can put into a HSA is $3,500 individual and $7,000 family. The best tax advantage would be putting it an IRA, Roth IRA or 401K. You would pay the initial tax rate in the Roth, but no tax when you withdraw. Traditional IRA and 401k you would pay income tax when the money is withdrawn, but no capital gains tax. Consult your accountant for the best strategy depending on what your goal is.
Yes, especially considering there is only .05 to .15% Scandium.
“The alloy is composed of 0.05% to 0.15% scandium, 7.5% to 8.3% zinc, 1.6% to 2.2% magnesium, 1.6% to 2.0% copper, 0.02% to 0.04% chromium, 0.05% to 0.15% zirconium, and 87 to 90% aluminum”
Doesn’t matter what magic numbers any other company puts in their FS. Investors have run from Clean Teq and they are not looking back. The intelligent investors sold when it hit above $1.
Yes, he’s a Harvard MBA graduate and has a doctorate degree from Cambridge University. Why don’t you do yourself a favor and check out some of his published works......GLTA!!!
How is any of what you posted bad news for Niocorp? You’re posting something that has nothing to do with Niocorp. What’s your point exactly that it’s “bad news” as you proclaim?
Bad news?.....You clearly missed the memo. Do some DD
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/05/17/1508575/0/en/U-S-Government-Officially-Declares-All-Three-Superalloy-Metals-from-Nebraska-Project-as-Critical-Minerals.html
It stands to reason that a customer who has a product that doesn’t require as high of a purity or specific impurity requirement of Scandium that the price will be lower. It also stands to reason that Niocorp’s processing of a lesser quality product will result in a lower operating cost. Niocorp has made it clear that their Scandium product will vary depending on customer requirements. It’s not unlike buying 85 octane gasoline at $2.35 a gallon and 100 octane for $10 a gallon. Either way, the actual profit margins won’t change.
Awesome, you know who Niocorp and Traxys customer base for Scandium is? Traxys would not have signed an offtake for the amount of Scandium per year for that surpasses the current world supply if they didn’t have an established customer base to supply. Enlighten everyone to where your knowledge of who is Niocorp and Traxys has for a customer base.
Ah yes, let’s take advice from rubberworm......lol

Ah rubberworm richard. Remember this classic from just 2 years ago on this board?
“Btw I was buying CTEQF and EXMGF today and felt very happy about it. Both put out real news about having cash and buying lead time to go into production. They have cash because the real market supports them. Good with your goverment bail out .

Fully enforceable offtake agreements for 10 years is an investment! Not to mention, the project is light years further along than where it was when this “opinion” piece was published. The article was nothing more than an opinion and we all know how opinions go. It was your opinion that Niocorp would be a failure and you were going to be filthy rich with Clean Teq by now. Why do you come onto a board and imply that you have DD as compared to the majority of investors here with years of DD on this project? It’s rather foolish of you to continue with your guerrilla tactics against Niocorp after the other company you pushed on this board is trading down 90% from where it was 2 years ago. Some people have no shame.
Bet? You’re holding Aces and Eights. I’ll buy your last drink.....GLTA!!!
Niocorp will be mining Scandium. The company has stated several times that their Scandium pricing is based on average expected prices depending on purity and/or impurities that a customer requires. The Scandium that Niocorp will produce can have varying chemistry and pricing that will depend on customer specifications. Niocorp may very well produce Scandium Nitride or supply the Scandium to a customer for further processing......GLTA!!!
Bingo!!! The majority of United States' imports of semi-finished steel came from Brazil in YTD 2019, at 66 percent (2.5 million metric tons). You hit them where it is going to cause the most pain. Watch the US steel stocks this week.
Niocorp is up 65% since 08-26-19. Myself and several others are doing quite well. Your constant and ridiculous postings of the same thing over and over without meriting any substance is really getting old.
Let them keep exposing themselves as the fools they are. They will receive what they deserve
There you go making completely false and slanderous claims. The reason Molycorp went bankrupt was due to the flooding of rare earths by the Chinese. You know this, it’s been well documented. The mine is still operational today.
Walter, I realize the company doesn’t want to waste resources at this point in time to seek litigation against these people spreading false and malicious information about the company and management, but I do hope that they go for blood.
Because this has NOTHING to do with Mark Smith of NIOCORP! I can’t wait until IP addresses are pulled and people are held accountable
That is absolutely hilarious!!! Love it!!!.....GLTA!!!
Predictable, you answer with slanderous and false statements against the company employees. How about providing the new poster with FACTS. I do realize the company has much more on their plate than to go after some clown making slanderous statements against them, but I hope they go after you when they have the free time and resources to do so.
“To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement.”
The ore body that was discovered decades ago had not been extensively researched and detailed until the past few years. Mark Smith became the CEO about 6 years ago. More news on the DuPont - Niocorp partnership.....GLTA!!!

I love it when people publicly proclaim their weakness to everyone. Years ago the weak were weeded out by natural selection. Now they are coddled and given participation trophies.
