EWLL being tracked on lots of radars. Big moves the last couple of days has caught a lot of attention.

Lmao. Yeah, that would seem to fit into this companies life cycle.
1. Come up with a big idea.
2. Boost it for several months
3. Get right to the moment it's about to be released
4. Go dark for several years.
5. Go back to step one
I'm not bashing. I was once a hopeless optimist with this stock. In fact, it became my personal scar of holding on too long and chasing million dollar dreams.
Trust me, I'm not bashing. I hold far too many shares, so I'm adrift on this boat like everyone else. Just...trust me...take your profits when they come, and only play with the Houses money.
Good to see you still hanging around here.
Here's the link to the overall page. Haven't really scrolled through myself yet...

Again, not a lender, not a "sister company" as some have claimed.
But, thanks for the news.
They are not "Sister Companies"
There was no "lending of money"
As everyone in the OTC knows, L.O.I's mean nothing until contracts are signed and delivered upon.
LRDG being suspended has nothing to do with EWLL...at all. They are two separate and unrelated entities that at one point discussed possible ventures together.
Not sure where anyone would see they are connected in anyway at this point.
I could be wrong, but I'd like to see some finalized agreement before they can be labeled as a "lender" and a "sister company"
Some people also claimed that they were "Sister Companies", but that was clearly debunked.
Just like them being a "lender"...
How much money did they lend EWLL again?
Durppp...but da webSitE is susendpended duurrrrpppp! LMAO
That is good news! Good find Werd, thanks
I agree the product seems to be great. As far as the momentum, I've stated this before, I think that was a school of day traders looking to turn a quick profit that rode the wave. They weren't your true long term investors.
After all, a spike like that, as positive as I think it was in getting EWLL's name on a lot of peoples boards, cannot last forever.
I do agree with you though, that once news hits, assuming it's going the way we seem to think its going, this will turn into a major play.
Again, ignore the daily trades and wait. Unless its for day trading purposes, the daily PPS holds no bearing on the future of this company.
Good morning all! EWLL
Just checking in. Still here, still holding!
K....thanks.
Now that we've put the false claims of "sister company" to bed; imo, EWLL is well positioned to make nice moves.
Hahaha. Blue is the best! A bottle for all when this hits!
Still not seeing "sister company" proof there... could you point me to it?
So, they aren't sister companies? Or are they? Just asking you to clarify your "DD"?
Very nice 0210! Very, very nice.
I've only seen it one place... Probably a false, misleading, claim I'd wager.
I just read an opinion where someone claimed LDRG is a SISTER COMPANY to EWLL
How ridiculous is that!
I understand that this pesky, unsubstantiated claim may seem useful to some, but to claim them as SISTER COMPANIES seems a bit over the top, no?
IMHO of course.
Well...the person who posted the video has videos going back to July 3 from what I can see. I don't have time to watch them and see how his advice panned out.
I have no knowledge of a reverse merger here, aside from rumors and boasts. But, it would be nice.
Cool, thanks for sharing
I'm in!!!
Yeah, that would be a definite retirement for me...
Ever see the movie "The Dirt"...yeah, pretty much sums up the next two days after .06 lmao
On the other hand, if they want to drop it to .0002 for a sec, that would be appreciated ;)
This took effect yesterday, and at this time there has been almost 280 million shares traded, with some buys being in the tens of millions volume...That's not your everyday joe investor money coming in.
So, I'm guessing they don't seem to think it matters. Big ol' yawn to that
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, of trading in the securities of Lord Global
Corp. (LRDG) (CIK No. 0001569568), of Carson City, Nevada commencing at 9:30 a.m. EDT on August 21, 2020, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 3, 2020.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of LRDG because of questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace relating to LRDG common stock. The questions relate to statements LRDG made about oral and nasal sanitizers that the company claims protect against the virus that causes COVID-19, which LRDG made in press releases and Commission filings between June 2 and August 18, 2020.
The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by LRDG.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless
and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer
has any questions as to whether or not it has complied with the rule, it should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of
Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, it should refrain from entering quotations relating to LRDG’s securities until such time as it has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker-dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, contact Thomas P. Smith Jr., Assistant Regional Director, at (212) 336-0171 or Alix Biel, Senior
Counsel, New York Regional Office, at (212) 336-0028. The Commission appreciates the assistance of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
Wow...just wow...
The Napoleon "metaphor", as you put it, shows the potential ignorance towards technology.
Thank you for proving its legitimacy.

*GASP* You should probably lodge a complaint with them then!!!
This post is marked...I'm not a Patriots fan...but I've learned NEVER to bet against the Patriots. Lol!
You're assuming they did it to CYA with the SEC. Thats one of about a dozen scenarios.
Maybe they did it to CYA themselves with ATI...maybe there's something there that they don't quite want out yet, and they wanted to let it be known that they weren't the ones who opened the box?
Is it a certainty? Of course not, but my scenario is just as likely as yours is.
Either way, you know what I saw? I saw EWLL release it's potential, as in just TWO days, 9 billion shares flew, and their stock jumped from .0002 to .0017. IN TWO DAYS.
Believe me...that kind of action is NEVER negative. If a company is looking at EWLL, last weeks trading alone shows that this bird can fly into the atmosphere in a moments notice. That's the kind of potential that would leave most standing there in awe...especially if you're partnered with them.
So...while some may talk about SEC investigations...I see a little company that just put itself on the Radar.
Yeah man! Excellent buy in prices right there. Good thinking.
Bingo. If you are investing for the future, the daily PPS is meaningless. You are investing in potential, not daily trades. The only reason to watch the daily swings is if you're trying to trade or turn a quick profit.
One of the major lessons I've learned...if you want heart burn, watch the PPS daily. Otherwise, invest wisely, trust your choice, and let the train take you to where it may.
We can debate the daily PPS here for eternity, in the long run however, it's just wasted energy.
I'm here for the potential. I'm not selling, and my next buy in level is .0003, if it gets there. If not, just as good for me.
Good luck to all.
Very true, but there was one posted the day before the 8k dropped. Could be a coincidence, but it did just recently happen.
Either way, gotta watch the show to find out what happens on todays episode.
YES! HELLO!!!
TRADER53:
On the OTC,
"Dilution" is the best news one can hear !
Not only does Dilution,
give the company a chance at growth,
it does not effect their EPS value one bit.
They have no EPS to effect.
Plus, every time VCs get there hands
on large amounts of shares,
they buy a run,
and we can trade for profits !
"Dilution" is:
* a win for the company,
* a win for the Venture capital firm,
* a win for the educated Pennyland Trader,
on the OTC.
Stocks of many start-up companies,
bottom at the "Sub-penny"
and "Triple 000" price levels,
before they begin their meteoric rise.
"Venture Capitalists"
like to buy the shares of these companies
at these low levels.
Yes! I know. It's good they have the ability to generate income as needed! Thanks for the daily reminder!

Ha! Who get get mad at you? I bought when this was above .01, and with the recent plays here, I still turned a nice profit on the run.
Still holding onto millions now, and playing with house money. I can enjoy the ride from here on out.
Still expecting some big things here.
Probably for these reasons! Thanks for bringing it up again! Good reminder
