With all that pending news I think I will sell now. NOT LOL
BRIKK-
I agree. If Pert were deliberately taking this down to get shares for a client..that is absolutely illegal in all respects to SEC rules. This drop IMO is NSS all the way.
Welcome to the unpoliced markets and the SEC's toothless
ability to enforce the rules.
Joe-
Looks to me like Pert has instilled some fear here and are
manipulating it down. JMO A little NSS action?
Thanks four sounds good to me.
No argumetn there.
brikk-
Hopefully our size of the swimming pool will grow larger.
the whole thing is "phantom" LOL
brikk-
Lot's of silliness going on right now with the pps.
LS-
and you know for a FACT that they are sold at a huge discount?
Bird-
When we uplist, dilution and nss slacks up and revs. Then we move.
Gmen-
As I told MC, I'll be around.
MC-
Don't worry as this ramps up I'll be around.
Mike
Nice-
Try this, they tried to sell it to a third-party who informed SPZI of the action.
IW-if you want to learn how all of this works go to this site and listen to the 4 part tapes on the right hand side of the homepage on www.financialsense.com. It pretty well sums up the state of our current capital markets and what is going on with smallcaps stocks and mm's,etc.By the way they have Wes Christian on part III and he explains the whoms, whats, whys, and wheres of the shenanigans.
Mike
IW-
I think more poignantly that they think there might be some competitors out there that would love to see this endeavor
crater if you get my drift.
Mike
Seeker-
I don;t think they will be using SWARM as we envision they have several trading systems that can be used according to a clients specs and what that clients focus is in like equities
options, futures, etc.

I have been on IHUB as one of the founding members. I have also found that if one wants to do any research on a company it is best to pick up the phone and talk to key people..not sit on a board and rant about what a company is or isn't doing. I don't post often on the boards because I find it most of the time a waste of time. If what DD and I spoke about last night( in general terms) comes to fruition all here will be fine. This stock is not going to be some moonshot flippers paradise but has great fundamental upside if they stick to an execute their gameplan.
Mike
yep
yep
Had a long conversation with DD last night (about and hour) at Spooz. There is much on the plate going on with Spooz. There is a strategic marketing plan that is evolving. Products are forthcoming. The lawsuit apprantly is really a non-issue as they have the goods on those guys and a third-party support on the lawsuit. The deal with IB is still on and
TDA is coming close at hand. Don;t shoot the messenger here. Just reiterating our telecon.
Mike
After hours vol went from 61M to 74M in a flash. Guess the MM's settling their books from earlier trades in the day.
I think you, eats, and apophis are correct. I think we are on another stealth journey with a different crew. Lancaster and Watkins were bad..but are we seeing the same with these guys. They don't have to wait and give everything at once. They could give us a status update on existing partnerships, wells, etc without full financials if that is the holdup. They promised something and they have yet to deliver. I think we give them until the end of the week and then do as shareholders what we got to do. This has gone from the ridiculous to the sublime.
Mike
Anyone think this stock isn't being played with?
I will see how this pps holds over the next week. Then will buy in for more if I like what I see.
Just bought into this company last week or two. Looks like things could get interesting here in the next 30-60days. Decent cc call. did not sound like hype but real anticipated
results.
Mike
Ronning999-
Interestingly enough when people buy one of these "mileage improvers" ( whatever that is) we in America do not change our driving habits. Very difficult to change a driver's habits
since we all tend to drive subconsciously. The next question is how many people actually keep a log between fillups to see if they have improved gas mileage? I would present that most don't...they just are someshat aware of the time factor between fillups. I suspect as the price at the pump continues to rise...we in America will become very conscious of MPG achievements. It is then that IMO the consumer will be looking for ways to increase MPG. AERP at that point may have
something worth claiming to the public at large. Time as always will tell.
Apophis-
Totally agree!
Mike
it just tells me that they have not started to ramp up their
marketing program to the average "supposed" auto enthusiast
who is in many cases doesn't know the difference between a
high performance muffler and a piece of galvanized steel that looks like one.
Popcorn-
That's what I am waiting on also. The 30day P/R as promised.
Like you said WOW and that was all in the past WOW!
Joe-
Good post. I have been watching this stock on occasion. Hold some shares here and divi shares in TYEG and WWOG(oil) in Scottrade. A changing of the guard here is long overdue. ARCH's action against the past management is a course I can
follow. The longer these type of scumbags that run these pinkie scams can keep taking honest people's money then they will keep playing. The SEC is toothless anyway. We know nothing of the new President. I don't think he could be any worse than the shills that were running this company before.
Anyway, there might be some hope here. If he is honest and
forthright with the shareholders then this will be a refreshing breeze to the otherwise pungent stench that we have all endured in this debacle.
Mike
DERB-
All gas savings is determined by how one drives-that's a given. If one is heavy-footed in a car that is rated 18-20 MPG
then it doesn't matter what is put on the car it is going to
lose MPG. Most american cars and trucks max HP and torgue is in the 4000-5200 RPM range. So the more throttle you give it the more RPM's and the more HP and torgue and that of course translates into the faster you will burn your gas. That is why
our car manufacturers here in the states put the estimated city and highway MPG as a range. They don't know what kind of driver the new owner will be.
Well Golden-
Looks like No's 106 and 262 on your call list reiterated to you a 2-4MPG savings. I would dare say most people average somewhere around 18-20 MPG on their car. So looks to me like that is a savings of somewhere between 10-20% overall from that average if my math is correct.
Agent-
If you need verification. Why ask other posters to do your
bidding for you. Call IR, I am sure they would love to hear
from a long term shareholder LOL
Cruz-
I totally agree with your assessment.
Iw-
In all do respect not all of these endeavors are a side show.
ADGI now GTEM had a class action lawsuit against the management and prevailed. The old managemment had to divest themselves of all shares and put back up to 50M? shares back to the company. It resurrected under new managment , new BOD, etc. It exists today although the new management did not do much better. All is not always lost on these endeavors.
Frat-
If this is legit I am totally for it. Let's get em. This company can be something but not the way it is run now.

The unknown in your post is how much did DR Gas do with Freightliner? If it was minimal then yes one could say that they did work for an OEM but the cost to acquire Dr. Gas relative to consolidated income may not have been worth it.
At least management knew when to back off and not make a big acquisition error. We don't know Dr. GAS's numbers so we can make any meaningful evaluation of that acquisition. Besides it is now a moot point, no?
Why do we need to mark it?
