When a company PRs about "shorty", it's a scam.
You can still post pics.
LOL...just look at the picture. It's not JUST the plug...it's the entire thing.
Can't believe this company still trades. That's truly amazing.
Yes, that's the blunt way of putting it.
Why have a digital image, obviously completely fake, and not a genuine photograph?
Unless...hmmm.
Those are computer generated images. They could take an actual picture???
According to the new guy, Hop-On can't deliver.
No I think that refers to some money a mystery investor gave them to start up a phone gambling venture or something.
Some PRs that came out shortly after seemed to allude to the investor wanting the money back.
PM put out a defiant PR stating the investor wanted to go private but he would fight it "for shareholders."
Lol nothing he does is for shareholders.
I dont feel like pouring over those PRs but you can.
He's been touting that money ever since. If the inbestor puled out, then his using the figure in all subsequent financials is fraud.
I don't believe that "Paid in Capital" money exists.
They have $77 in the bank.
Where's the $12-million? In a big ol' mattress somewhere?
I'm calling BS on that one.
Better hope for a BID first. I think this is over.
Michaels is in court more than his office...if he even has an office.
It was most likely shareholders that bought those eCigs, to determine the company's legitimacy.
I honestly doubt there ever was a distributor.
No-bid and zero volume...wow.
No bid. Raising the A/S again ended this stock. R/S coming soon...very soon IMO.
That's nonsense. "Shorty" had nothing to do with this. Quit buying scams. Problem solved.
They should have gotten someone else to argue the case, besides Frizzell.
Reading the transcripts...he was so erratic. He was all over the place.
Ridiculous. Shorting has nothing to do with this scam going belly up.
That's what I meant. The part involving Glenn...the only one to fight it wasn't he?
Seemed like Frizzy was trying to implicate Glenn by downplaying Urban's role in the scam as well.
Losing strategy.
Is it safe to assume Frizzell lost that case? Just from reading the opening statement, I'd have to assume he did.
Anyone know?
Was just reading opening statements from the Frizzell lawsuit against Roger Glenn, posted by Nufced on another board.
My first impressions?
Frizzell is in way over his head. His opening statement was a rambling mess.
And he seems to be trying to implicate Glenn, but diminishing Urban's role in the scam. Not going to work.
2-trillion authorized...as of 3 years ago, 300-billion dumped. It's probably much, much higher than that of course.
There seems to be no information on the share structure for the last couple of years.
At least three different splits.
A suspension.
This one is as ugly as they come.
Stop buying Pinksheet stocks then.
If they had billions in gold, nothing could have driven the PPS to that level.
If they had billions in assets, they wouldn't be Caveat Emptor.
If they had billions, they'd still be in "business."
Be serious please.
Since when did people stop hoping for an ROI based on growth and earnings, and instead start buying scams and hoping for "settlements from shorty"..."secret government payoffs"..."Leo Wanta" and "federal calls?"
It's both funny and very sad at the same time.
Raising the A/S when the PPS is .0001?
There's no chance of this moving again. Especially since the company has nothing at all to report to shareholders.
HPNN AND FFGO??? Oh my...I'm sorry man.
Cancun is a great place to dump shares from and party like crazy.
This POS is done.
HPNN went with a cheap looking website, since the last time I visited.
What stood out most is that those three addresses...USACig's "manufacturing facilities"...have been removed from the website.
Turns out, those addresses belonged to another company.
I encouraged shareholders to call the numbers provided by the real company. Perhaps they did, and that's why HPNN removed them?
Why? Because the CUSIP was booted from the system?
$700 is a lot.
HPNN's website was seriously downgraded recently, it appears.
And on USA Cig's website, those fake manufacturing addresses have been removed.
Turns out, they belonged to another company.
Just check the share structure for all the evidence you need. What else is there??
This company has NOTHING to report. Look at their last few PRs. There's nothing there, and now, it's just silence from them.
Are they entering a dormant phase? It's happened before.
There are consequences now, but nothing significant:
They will be downgraded to "STOP" or "CAVEAT EMPTOR."
Perhaps it impedes there ability to dump a little, perhaps not.
It doesn't appear to affect some investors at all though.
I have a feeling that those still holding haven't even TRIED...yet.
If it turns out many can't trade the stock, I'd say the company is in deep trouble.
I'm betting no filings for the quarter, and back to "STOP". With the PPS so low, and no news to report, I'm expecting an R/S any day now.
No one even knows WHY their CUSIP was dumped by the DTC. They company has never addressed it.
Mackhack brought a legitimate point up. Not one shareholder responded. Amazing.
HPNN's CUSIP was removed from the DTC's system, with no explanation from the company.
Your the first I've heard of unable to sell, but most the people here who own shares thinks this POS is a winner, so they may not have tried yet.
Call the company. Demand to know why their CUSIP was removed.
It's over. Look at HPNN's past filings. They are all the same.
Vague, with a lot of red ink.
The TA probably won't give you any information, claiming they are not authorized to do so.
Hop-On ran out of shares in 2010, but kept on dumping.
They didn't file the required amendment with the Nevada SoS until a month or so ago.
For nearly a year, they were dumping BILLIONS that no one knew existed.
