As a Belgian, shouldn't he be suggesting Duvel?
LM. Are you willing to project an initial PPS after analysts have had time to digest the feasibility study?
I have only been invested in niocorp for a year and a half, so I do not consider myself a long. But I have been following this forum since I started, and consider myself as part of an exclusive group. I look forward to a long relationship.
Up .02 cents US. I can live with this kind of stable waiting!
Thanks Landmark.
Are PEA's typically released prior to market opening, or could we see it at any time of the day?
Good way to end a weird day. Thanks!
crickets....
Last Friday I followed your lead Landmark, and celebrated with Heineken too. My skull split apart right down the middle late at night, but the good news brought things back under control. A Toast to all!
Where is all the chatter? There's almost as much growth today as there was last Friday. Too much Heineken over the weekend?
Does anyone think that if the Keystone pipeline bill can get fully passed, it will have a positive impact on the stock?
It is getting demoralizing. If I could look at this drop as an opportunity to purchase more stock at a temporary low I would. But I'm not a professional at this, and have to look at developments from the outside. I keep wondering if I've overstepped my bounds, and invested too heavily. Just rambling.....
Well that would suck. I think in US currency, so $3 US and $5 Canadian makes it sound even worse.
Just the response I was hoping for. Thanks Landmark! I honestly can't fathom the potential for this opportunity, but it seems hard to believe that accepting a quick buyout before the mine is functioning would be a smart decision, and that staying the course for the long run (3-4 years?) is the much more prudent action.
No kidding!
How does this work? Does everyone have to go by the majority vote, or can an individual be a hold out and just transition over to the new company?
In regards to buyout discussions, if this option does come up, what are our options as shareholders? I would not be impressed with a $3 to $5 offer.
Every day I come here hoping to see posts that say things like, "My gosh it's taking off like a rocket!" Just looking for patience now.
What is going on? You'd think we just struck lead!
Sure is quiet today....
I do want to keep my expectation realistic, so I don't shoot for the stars in my planning. I do wonder however, when the mine is producing, do any of the informed here believe that there will be dividends? If Niocorp maintains control, would dividend levels similar to what Molycorp produced in it's hay day be realistic?
Displaying my ignorance again, but what does a buyout mean, and does a shareholder have to accept? I am looking towards the end of 2018 as the point of tapping into this investment, and have visions of PPS being much higher than $15.
I'm new to this board, and to investing in general. Just a probing question. If there have been discussions on the side, is there a general consensus on what the projected value of this stock could be in four, six and eight years?
