That is incorrect. Nulief still comes under inergetics trademark.
Keep an eye on the lavamen and nulief. As long as those two belong to inergetics there is hope. In my opinion it is worth accumulating 10 million shares for $2000. Right now I have 15 million at a price of $4500. Even if it gets to 0.001 I stand to benefit significantly.
The year ain't over. And stocks typically drop before they recover. The drop resulted from selling due to removal from Russell.
No. They will when they are ready to.
Shelf offering will dilute. In fact they can't do shelf offering till reverse split. They are at max on shares. Then dilution to raise money.
Actually per the link below, it says Jim Kras is President/CMO.

Jim Kras is the new CEO of Inergetics
Just search inergetics on Google. And read the results related to inergetics
Google search says inergetics site may have been hacked
If FDA didn't think the assay was approvable, it would have been rejected by now. The FDA approval process is 90 days. However, if they have questions the clock stops until the company responds back. This is probably the case. They may face been asked to provide additional data which they may have just provided.
Yearly results need to come out by March 30; not feb 15 like q1,2,&3 results have too
Earnings will likely come out close to end of March. Hope they pre-release some info on earnings.
Looks like they are heading in the direction of movie based games. Could be a nice niche. See it being a $2-$3 stock a year from now.
15 m
Okay so since only 3 million left as of yesterday, should be soon.
Thought there was a limit of 25 days.
On what day can investors no longer cash in Series C shares? Should be coming up.
Could rise to earnings next month and then into release of Rocky. Good thing is earnings are positive and in q4 there were multiple free top 10 games.
Also updated to 2016. Looks like they are still alive.
They filed form 13d which suggests that they want to make changes.
Yes. Just saw their fillings. They need to do something to avoid the obvious. Otherwise, best time to buy is once all warrants are exercised. The company should have lined up someone to buy the warrants. So that they could squeeze the shorts. Would be interesting how this turns out. If nothing I see the repeat of the August/ September pattern.
Is there a possibility that GBSN uses cash to pay the warrant holders rather than shares.
Definitely not encouraging that they have not filed yet. But at this time no point selling - risk is already in;
0.25 means company is worth 50 million assuming all 200 million shares issued. At max it is worth around 15 million which would represent the cash value in hand.
I have been thinking the same as well. There is no way they can do a split before all the shares are sold off. If they do, they are looking at another split unless pay cash for debt
Couple of things:
Considering the number of shares traded over the past 3 days, the number of shares exercised pale in comparison.
They can't go above 200 million shares without asking shareholders for an increase.
The PR that came today was lame. The stock is being diluted. And that PR didn't account for that.
There should be announcement of another 510k assay submission before end of the month and two FDA 510k assay approvals prior to year end.
CRGP already gave money in the form of dividends. There is no additional money coming.
Obviously no one knows anything and that includes you as well so let's just let it go. No one will know now. I got my dividend and made money on this so as far as I am concerned real or not, it made some investors a lot of money and that's all that matters. No one should fall in love with a pink sheet stock. Just trade.
Interesting press release. The dividend was consistent with a one time payment and going private. However, looks like they sold Jovita also. Not just San Pedro. However now we will never know if the revenues were real.
Got out of this stock yesterday. Better to keep the dividend. At least don't use it back on this stock.
Yes there is nothing simple. Because NOBLIS sold before the exdivy date, they need to pay a due bill per law. In this case it backfired, since share price was lower than divy price. It is actually that simple. The due bill is there to protect other shareholders from certain shareholders selling while everyone is holding. If NOBLIS was selling, they should have got the due bill, not COR.
That said company could still be a scam. However, the due bill should have been charged. The company should have placed a restriction on newly minted shares unless that had already given warrants for unrestricted conversion to shares.
If I am in tdameritrade. I sell shares prior to divy date. Tdameritrade gets a due bill. They will make me pay. Not the company. It is as simple as that.
That is why NOBLIS sold the shares. COR got the bill and they should have asked NOBLIS to pay due bill. Simple as that.
That is why something doesn't add up. Why did COR go after CRGP.
The only way COR could get a due bill was if it sold shares prior to divy without having bought them.
In their lawsuit, they claim their client sold shares. The seller of shares gets the due bill.
Maybe they were short then like people are saying.
The correct term is that NOBLIS sold shares that they had never bought. Doesn't matter if they were shorted or simply sold. Effect is the same.
Nobody who bought the shares and then sold them on the exdivy date or after got a due bill. In fact don't even know of anyone who bought after record date and sold before the exdivy date getting a due bill.
Of course. Everyone was buying so that they could get the dividend yet the price never went up. Even if CRGP is a scam, some other forces were keeping the price down. The stock should have gone up to at least .011, which it only did after the dividend was paid. Should have dropped to 0 when the dividend was paid.
If NOBLIS sold shares to CRGP, why isn't COR going after NOBLIS? NOBLIS needs to be suing CRGP not COR suing CRGP. And COR should be going after NOBLIS.
Something in all this doesn't make sense. COR story doesn't add up.
