JS: good question. Got a grant for the landfill which is not consequential per this sale data point but is signifcant for many other reasons. A PO from dresser-rand is immenent per MOA. Still the landfills and the peix deals are not the golden fleece. However, a CVE PO is the real door. The oil and gas industry which is 98 percent of dresser-rand's business is the prize. soon to include seimans as well. Then the manufacturing license is paramount to production. All this has been documented. This is not an overnight investment..when is not that important to me but a good question. Take a look at AERI today which has no revenues but is future sales oriented.

A reverse split and uplist is subject to being beneficial to major shareholders/investors. The fat lady will sing when things are beneficial. Time frames can change with agreements that can be modified. Therefore, relax if you like encr's potential and are long.

Siemens plans merger with Dresser pending European approval. Decision to be announced by regulatory body by 15 July. Share holders already agreed to merger. Thus dresser-rand brand will remain and manage combined gas and oil turbine business. This will only massively increase the encr footprint. This is a perfect storm. Lake: acquired 5k more shares of encr with 2.5k more bid all @ .21 for a total of 7.5k shares. If I can pick up shares for the comparable price of Alain Castro's recent purchase, then I believe it is a good Bet on great business to come.

Got a feel good feeling on my encr position. With the apep orange county landfill grant will bring bright young engineering talent into the fold. A ready source of brilliant aspiring perspective hirees and employees to move the disruptive technology to commercial profits and company growth. Do my fellow encercorians feel my optimisim??

Encr should be news rich over the next few months considering all the business dominoes put upright in the past year. Buy and hold is the appropriate strategy for encr. Anticipate a big breakout before summer end. The Executive team, funding, and business arrangements are all in place......a no brainer sort of like JS.
