Jjdub you are a investor like me that was lied to and told that Ubiq had all these big things coming out and big contracts etc! But has 1 thing they have told us in last 4 years been true? Just 1 I am asking you to name out of the 1000 things we have been told?????

I was at there offices a few months ago and spoke to one of there programmers. That was a young guy who didn't have a car and said he was taking the bus home! But was trying to save up to buy a cheap car. Sounds like a real big time programmer!! They just put bodies in there to make it look like stuff is going on. Carmichaels 2 kids were there also working. I have been in there about 10 times and never anything or anyone there except guys that are there to help show there " products" to lure investor money because that is all that is going on there. When I was there few months ago. I saw 2 different investors there going thru the dog and pony show!!!

Looks like the truth is finally coming out! Mitsakos did all of Ubiq private investor news meetings they did about 2 years ago. He has been s part of ubiquity for many years! I even spoke to him on the phone many times about big news that was about to be announced from Ubiq! Yep never happened. This article sounds very familiar to what I have been through with this company! And jaclin was there attorney!

Investor lawsuit. Kay strategies lawsuit is minor compared to the lawsuit I am about to file. Yes Sec yes Fbi and yes IRS are on to them. They are not filing Q for a reason don't fool yourself. They know that once they do private placement investors might be able to get there shares out! ( I say might because like you know Jjdub and everyone else knows it is suppose to take 2 weeks max to get shares out and it has taken most 2-3 months of calling everyday to get them released and most can't even get them out then. That seems fraudulent rt there my broker said he has never seen anything like it!!!). And once we get our shares released there will be millions of shares to be sold! I have been the only one on here backing Ubiq besides you and these paid promoters on here that act like they really care about the stock. But I have had Chris lie to me 1000 times and not 1 time has something he said been the truth. The reason I was backing him on here was because I was believing what he was saying. Trust me nothing I mean nothing he says is the truth!! And all these anouncments shouldn't there be something filed with sec if they were legit?!

Yes that sounds about right. With that said if the audit goes through will you finally believe it is not a scam? Obviously every penny will be accounted for and will prove all the claims you have made before of Carmichael stealing money to not be true. Correct?

Well to correct your lies that you post. I have contacted SEC and the reports were not forged as you state. The SEC said that they require all financials to be done by a registered Pcaob accounting firm. And Ubiq did not use a registered accountant. So they are doing another one to comply with SEC rules with a registered Pcaob accountant. Big difference than what you claim of forging
