They are not filing Q for a reason don't fool yourself. They know that once they do private placement investors might be able to get there shares out! ( I say might because like you know Jjdub and everyone else knows it is suppose to take 2 weeks max to get shares out and it has taken most 2-3 months of calling everyday to get them released and most can't even get them out then. That seems fraudulent rt there my broker said he has never seen anything like it!!!). And once we get our shares released there will be millions of shares to be sold! I have been the only one on here backing Ubiq besides you and these paid promoters on here that act like they really care about the stock. But I have had Chris lie to me 1000 times and not 1 time has something he said been the truth. The reason I was backing him on here was because I was believing what he was saying. Trust me nothing I mean nothing he says is the truth!! And all these anouncments shouldn't there be something filed with sec if they were legit?!
Dont even get me started how Chris got a senior citizen friend of mine to invest every penny he had into Ubiq and is now without a home!!! I'll save that post for later

Can't be lied to 1000 percent of time and keep believing!! James tsolis is only thing honest about this company and even he gets lied to nonstop!
