Of course the dilution referenced in this video was well before they authorized another BILLION in available shares!

I thought TCEL was going to "skyrocket after last quarters release"???????

I don't hear anyone making those claims now....

I won't be surprised at all if it dips below .0005 before month end.

This will continue to bounce between .0008 and .0011 for the remaining quarter.

The only way this goes up significantly again will be due to a promotional campaign as it did in late July.

The video below is quite interesting and exposes the game that is being played out through verifiable quarterly financial reports.

Does anyone know how much of the "funds raised" through dilution is ear marked for John Meredith & Susan Allwork (Glover) salaries as CEO and Director of TCEL?

Their quartly reports do not state the income used or benefits given to either party.

Are both individuals not taking a salary? Are they do this pro bono and for the greater good?

I highly doubt they are not taking a salary and my gut tells me that all of this dilution and funds received from it is going directly into Mrs. Glover & Mr. Meredith's pockets!

Type I Diabetics pancrease no longer work and they are dependant on insulin injects.

Type II Diabetics pancrease still works; however, it no longer produces a sufficent amounnt of insulin.

As a person that has Type I diabetes I am well versed on the subject.

In addition, they have already successfully regenerated pancreated tissue by using the cells of a deceased persons pancrease and injecting them into a Type I diabetics pancrease.

This however, does not cure Type 1 Diabeties. As is the case when a person first becomes Type 1 diabetic, as soon as their pancrease begins to generate insulin, their immune system immediatly attacks their pancrease and kills it again. It is unknown why this happens initially and why it continues to happen after the pancrease is healed/regenereated.

They only way they can stop this from happening is by requiring the patient to take immune suppression injections for the remained of their life.

So its a trade off, take insulin injections and have diabetic complications, or regenerate your pancrease but take immune suppression injections and be sick all the time.

So, long stoty made short, your statement is incorrect in regards to what TCEL has the capability of fixing.

TCEL may, i repeate MAY, have some usefullness if they ever bring anything to market....but that remains to be seen.

The accusations are definiatly troubling regardless of the seriousness. The fact that a well known Vet would do anything even remotly close to banned/restricted practice shows a serious laps in judgement.

That lapse in judgement causes concern in regards to TCEL. What other poor judgement calls is the inventor of TCEL capable of?

Share/Price manipulation?
Misappropriate of company funds?
Misrepresenting financial statements?
Misrepresenting company objectives/status/viability?

I don't know the answer to any of these questions, but I do have very serious concerns.

I will liquidate my position as soon as the PPS goes back to my entry point (if it ever happens).
