Link? Because the last thing I heard was that it is about half that amount and there are no more conversions. So, link you the news that no one else knows about at this moment in time would be nice.
You are probably thinking of a reverse split on a sub penny stock, but in the case of SD it may not be too much of an issue.
You are thinking of a scenario such as this:
A stock gets diluted to the point of no return. There are billions of shares, thus driving the price of .0001. The problem is, that price is what the minimum that retail can trade at, but the stock value REALLY is maybe .000001 (again, well below retail trading limits).
So what happens? Well let's say for simplicity purposes you own 10,000,000 shares @ .0001 (really should be valued at .000001, so we will call this the "limit value"), then a 100:1 RS happens. Now you own 100,000 shares, but because of the limit of retail price, your stock is still priced at .0001, thus you just lost a huge portion of your investment. Hence:
10,000,000 x .0001 = $1,000 (although the price REALLY should be @ .000001)
100,000 x .0001 = $10
Now with SD, we are not trading below retail limits and therefore the "true value" of the stock is being traded. So, IF an R/S were to ever happen (and I am not providing any speculation on the subject whatsoever), theoretically your investment should not change. Let's say in this case you owned the same amount of shares as the above example.
10,000,000 @ .2000 = $2,000,000
Let's say the exact same split happened 100:1
Now you own 100,000 @ $20.00 = $2,000,000
In both scenerios you moved the decimal point two to the right:
.000001 to .0001
and
.20 to 20.00
But in the above case since retail was already limited to .0001, you have been forced the entire time to buy shares at a highly inflated price ALL because of the way the regulations state we have to trade stocks. IF these regulations were not in place (and I am not here to argue whether they should be or not) you could have been trading the stock at the true value instead of the limit value
BTW, a R/S on a sub penny stock as in the above example is a short sellers FAVORITE scenario. How nice would it be to short 1 billion shares @ .0001 and only have to buy a portion of those shares back for the exact same price?
Sure is. What an excellent start to a business. The fact that it could accumulate such numbers within the first 4 years is something to be impressed with.
Positive or negative numbers, tens of MILLIONS of dollars in cash flow for a company that has been in existence for 4 short years is an amazing feat - that shows the company is growing. Skew the facts whichever which way you like, but every company that has just begun it's life cycle will be in debt. Hell, companies that have been in existence for 100+ years are in debt - although they may not have a negative cash flow, 11 million dollars in expenses shows signs of huge operations.
Can't wait for startup capital to be paid off and then see where you stand with LTNC.
That really isn't alot of time. There is a market that has to be penetrated and it's always difficult for a new company to come into an existing market.
However, I don't feel that temporary labor is very competitive at the moment, so I believe that $LTNC will be able to get in the mix just fine.
I consider myself an investor, so all this short term bs really doesn't phase me much. $LTNC isn't one I prefer to day trade, I have other stocks I can day trade in. LTNC for the long haul.
$LTNC Good day of trading with again another day with excellent gains. Everyone enjoy your holiday weekend.
I will have to agree with you. This did not run up to these levels simply because of a news release. If that was the case it would have dropped by now.

Wonder if we are going to see a 50 mil buy at 12:59:55 to give us a solid close today. Wouldn't be surprised with past experience.
MACD showing positive momentum. This ride is about to go fast in powerhour.
Thanks for your generous concern with my Portfolio.

Just about every negative thing said up to this point has not come true. Let's just pay attention to the chart!

If there was a significant short squeeze we could easily break past .0018 - .0020 with an upward momentum TODAY alone. All we need to do is trigger a squeeze, because at these prices I'm sure there may be some margin calls out there
Looks like a we will have a solid close today.
$SD
Huge & severely undervalued company in terms of pps imo.
Good luck! I think we've bottomed out at this price and we are starting to pick up some upward momentum from the looks of it
Not that I haven't placed enough money into this beast, now I am deciding if I want to put another grand to take out this ask...
Decisions decisions...
But I don't buy odd lots.. I would probably buy 1,250,000 shares, someone else needs to take out the remaining 128,300 lol..
$LTNC SHORT SQUEEEEEEZE COMING!!!
Exactly what happens why you shake a bottle of soda and open it?? The answer is $LTNC!!!
.0010 up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
9% gain already is a positive sign, especially with all the red lately. I still feel this may have bottomed out and we may be looking for a bounce soon.
Will be very interesting to see how $SD plays out. I am playing this as a cautious long for the time being.
A $35.00 sell is really not that important.
Hmmm interesting.. Most of today's volume (while not much) has been selling. Not going to scare me off but it's worth keeping an eye on the fact.
I think it will eventually. I am big on buying into fear @ discount prices. Short-term company can mean long term gains for me!
This year it's not what but WHO. Who is LTNC going to give us for Christmas? Ready for another big time name!
They are probably holding it as a Christmas gift to all the shareholders. Merry XMAS to all, we are about to start climbing to start off a new year!
Oh look at that. Here's my 2nd chance. Someone please sell me some 7s I've been holding my buy order all day.
If you're not confident about the ride up I will GLADLY take your 7s. I know there are some shorts here who could sell me some shares, right???
$LTNC!!!!!!
Amazing.. There are hardly any sellers today..
Look at the buy/sell spread. Approx 91.5% of the volume today are buys per iHub's trades.
I'm sad my 1 mil @ 7s weren't filled. But not a big deal still holding my original 1s from back in the day and I will continue to hold them all day long
Shorts getting nervous... SQUEEZE coming?????
Lovin it
All I have to say with the 8s being so thin right now.... Look at the chart for the last month. 8s was a point of resistance, and matter of fact it has not broken 8 yet.
SO... If we can break 8s today we will have hit a higher high!
Almost a 100 mil share support on the bid and the ask is so thin...
May be going up early today! $LTNC
15 mil hit on the ask! $9,000 buy.
Let's go $LTNC
